本发明公开了一种切割机传动机构,包括:一底座,所述底座包括两导轨和固定座,两所述导轨平行放置,所述固定座安装在所述导轨的两端,两所述导轨相对面上开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的上下端固定安装有链条;两滑块,两所述滑块分别安装在两所述导轨上,所述滑块内安装有电机,所述电机上安装有第一齿轮;两滑杆,所述滑杆上端开设有链槽;一驱动装置,所述驱动装置下端开设有两滑杆孔,所述驱动装置内安装有一双头电机,所述双头电机的两个头均连接有第二齿轮。通过上述方式,本发明一种切割机传动机构,该传动机构结构稳定、安装调节方便、操作简单,能降低控制系统的复杂性的切割机传动机构。

一种切割机传动机构
技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,尤其涉及一种切割机传动机构。
背景技术
切割机是机电维修,金属材料剪切,零配件装配以及其它多种行业经常使用的一种工具,切割机机床工作台的交换通常是用手动或利用主机架上的伺服电机和气动插销装置来驱动,前者效率很低,不能用于激光切割机这种高端产品,后者增加了控制系统和机械结构的复杂性,操作使用故障率较高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种切割机传动机构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种切割机传动机构,包括:
一底座,所述底座包括两导轨和固定座,两所述导轨平行放置,所述固定座安装在所述导轨的两端,两所述导轨相对面上开设有滑槽,所述滑槽为T字形,所述滑槽的上下端固定安装有链条;
两滑块,两所述滑块分别安装在两所述导轨上,所述滑块内安装有电机,所述电机上安装有第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮位于两所述滑块的相对面上且凸出于所述滑块表面;
两滑杆,两所述滑杆安装在两所述滑块之间,所述滑杆上端开设有链槽;
一驱动装置,所述驱动装置下端开设有两滑杆孔,所述驱动装置内安装有一双头电机,所述双头电机的两个头均连接有第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮凸出于所述滑杆孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述滑槽与所述第一齿轮相配合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述滑杆与所述滑杆孔相配合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述链槽与所述第二齿轮相配合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种切割机传动机构,该传动机构结构稳定、安装调节方便、操作简单,能降低控制系统的复杂性的切割机传动机构。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1至图4,本发明实施例包括:一种切割机传动机构,包括:
一底座1,所述底座1包括两导轨2和固定座3,两所述导轨2平行放置,所述导轨2用于切割机的纵向移动。
所述固定座3安装在所述导轨2的两端,所述固定座3用于所述导轨2的固定安装。
两所述导轨2相对面上开设有滑槽4,所述滑槽4为T字形,所述滑槽4的上下端固定安装有链条5,所述链条5用于所述第一齿轮6的滚动,避免所述第一齿轮6在光滑的表面上滚动,从而造成打滑。
两滑块7,两所述滑块7分别安装在两所述导轨2上,所述滑块7内安装有电机8,所述电机8上安装有第一齿轮6,所述第一齿轮6位于两所述滑块7的相对面上且凸出于所述滑块7表面,所述滑槽4与所述第一齿轮6相配合,使得切割机可以在纵向上移动。
两滑杆9,两所述滑杆9安装在两所述滑块7之间,采用两个所述滑杆9使得所述驱动装置11可以水平放置,若采用一个所述滑杆9使得所述驱动装置11难以平衡,若采用两个以上所述滑杆9,又浪费了材料,而且造成电机的浪费,所述滑杆9上端开设有链槽10。
一驱动装置11,切割机安装在所述驱动装置11上,所述驱动装置11下端开设有两滑杆孔12,所述滑杆9与所述滑杆孔12相配合,使得所述驱动装置11可以在所述滑杆9上滑行。
所述驱动装置11内安装有一双头电机13,所述双头电机13的两个头均连接有第二齿轮14,所述第二齿轮14凸出于所述滑杆孔12,所述链槽10与所述第二齿轮14相配合,使得切割机可以横向移动,所述滑杆9与所述导轨2的配合使得切割机可以到达范围内的所有位置。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种切割机传动机构,该传动机构结构稳定、安装调节方便、操作简单,能降低控制系统的复杂性的切割机传动机构。

1.一种切割机传动机构,其特征在于,包括:
一底座,所述底座包括两导轨和固定座,两所述导轨平行放置,所述固定座安装在所述导轨的两端,两所述导轨相对面上开设有滑槽,所述滑槽为T字形,所述滑槽的上下端固定安装有链条;
两滑块,两所述滑块分别安装在两所述导轨上,所述滑块内安装有电机,所述电机上安装有第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮位于两所述滑块的相对面上且凸出于所述滑块表面;
两滑杆,两所述滑杆安装在两所述滑块之间,所述滑杆上端开设有链槽;
一驱动装置,所述驱动装置下端开设有两滑杆孔,所述驱动装置内安装有一双头电机,所述双头电机的两个头均连接有第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮凸出于所述滑杆孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割机传动机构,其特征在于:所述滑槽与所述第一齿轮相配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割机传动机构,其特征在于:所述滑杆与所述滑杆孔相配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割机传动机构,其特征在于:所述链槽与所述第二齿轮相配合。
