发明涉及一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：小蓟10-15份，地榆10-15份、葱白5-10份，人参5-10份，山药10-30份，刺五加5-15份，大枣10-30份、川芎3-12份，延胡索5-10份，姜黄5-10份，本发明的优势是：以中医理论为基础，配伍合理，内外用药，可以有效治疗慢性中耳炎疾病，疗效显著，纯中药制剂，毒副作用小。

Description

一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及治疗中耳炎中药，特别涉及一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
中耳炎是累及中耳(包括咽鼓管、鼓室、鼓窦及乳突气房)全部或部分结构的炎性病变，好发于儿童。可分为非化脓性及化脓性两大类。非化脓性者包括分泌性中耳炎、气压损伤性中耳炎等，化脓性者有急性和慢性之分。特异性炎症太少见，如结核性中耳炎等。
西医治疗中耳炎多以单纯型局部用药为主，用抗生素水溶液或抗生素与类固醇激素类药物混合液，如0.25％氯霉素液、氯霉素可的松液、氧氟沙星滴耳液等，治疗中耳炎及外耳道炎等。显效快，但是治标不治本，病症容易反复。
中医认为，耳部疾病是由于致病邪毒侵犯，使机体正常生理功能失调，从而发生病理变化，具体到中耳炎，即为肝胆湿热、邪气盛行所致。当机体正气旺盛，邪气便不易侵犯而发生病，故《素问·遗篇·刺法论》说：“正气存内，邪不可干。”若正气虚，邪气乘虚而入，才会发生疾病，故《素问·评热病论》说：“邪之所凑，其气必虚。”因此，中耳炎疾病的发生是正邪斗争的反映，是五脏六腑功能失调的结果。在耳病中，致病之外邪多见于风、热、湿邪；脏腑功能失调，多为肝、肾、心、脾等。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗效果好、疗效显著的治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：
小蓟10-15份，地榆10-15份、葱白5-10份，人参5-10份，山药10-30份，刺五加5-15份，大枣10-30份、川芎3-12份，延胡索5-10份，姜黄5-10份，
一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：
小蓟12份，地榆12份、葱白8份，人参8份，山药20份，刺五加10份，大枣20份、川芎8份，延胡索8份，姜黄8份，
一种制备如上所述的治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物的方法，包括以下步骤，
(1)按量称取上述组合物，用清水冲洗两遍；
(2)将上述组合物混合后粉碎；
(3)将粉碎后的组合物加入1000份水中，浸泡10小时后武火煮沸，文火持续煎煮20分钟；
(4)过滤，弃掉滤渣；将滤液浓缩至300份。
本发明的治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物中，小蓟凉血止血、解毒消痈；地榆凉血止血、解毒敛疮；葱白散寒通阳、解毒散结；三药共为君药；人参大补元气、补脾益肺、安神增志；山药益气养阴、补脾肺肾；刺五加益气健脾、补肾安神；大枣补中益气、养血安神；四药共为臣药；川芎活血行气；延胡索活血行气、止痛；姜黄破血行气、通经止痛，三药共为佐药；十味中药合用，共奏凉血止血、解毒敛疮、补中益气、活血行气之功效，有效治疗慢性中耳炎。
本发明的优势是：以中医理论为基础，配伍合理，内外用药，可以有效治疗慢性中耳炎疾病，疗效显著，纯中药制剂，毒副作用小。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量分数组成(每份1g)：
小蓟10份，地榆10份、葱白5份，人参5份，山药10份，刺五加5份，大枣10份、川芎3份，延胡索5份，姜黄5份，
具体制备方法如下：
(1)按量称取上述组合物，用清水冲洗两遍；
(2)将上述组合物混合后粉碎；
(3)将粉碎后的组合物加入1000份水中，浸泡10小时后武火煮沸，文火持续煎煮20分钟；
(4)过滤，弃掉滤渣；将滤液浓缩至300份。
实施例2
一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量分数组成(每份1g)：
小蓟12份，地榆12份、葱白8份，人参8份，山药20份，刺五加10份，大枣20份、川芎8份，延胡索8份，姜黄8份，
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量分数组成(每份1g)：
小蓟15份，地榆15份、葱白10份，人参10份，山药30份，刺五加15份，大枣30份、川芎12份，延胡索10份，姜黄10份，
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实验例：
1.一般资料
自2008年-2011年，共选取慢性中耳炎患者150例，其中男64例女86例，年龄最大82岁，最小19岁，平均年龄46岁，病程最长2.5年，最短3个月。
2.治疗方法
服用本发明实施例2制备的药物，每日1剂，早晚各一次，每次100g。同时使用本发明制备的药剂滴耳，每日早晚各一次，具体为：病人取坐位或者卧位，耳朵朝上，将耳朵向上方轻轻牵拉，向外耳道内滴入药液3-4滴，然后手指轻按耳屏数次，促使药液经鼓膜穿孔流入中耳。15天为一疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。
3.诊断标准
显效：耳堵、耳鸣症状消失，听力提高至正常；纯音测听检测骨气导差在10dB以内；声阻抗检查鼓室压力图为A型曲线，峰值为0.3～1.5mm。镫骨肌反射引出。
有效：耳堵、耳鸣症状减轻，听力有提高；纯音测听检测气导较治疗前提高10～15dB，但未达到正常，声阻抗检查鼓室压力图为As型曲线，峰值较正常偏低。
无效：临床症状无好转，各项检查无明显改善显效加有效为总有效率。
4.治疗效果
经过两个疗程的治疗，显效68例显效，有效79例，无效3例，总有效率为：98％。
不良反应：使用中均未见明显不良反应。

1.一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下组分按照重量分数组成： 
小蓟10-15份，地榆10-15份、葱白5-10份，人参5-10份，山药10-30份，刺五加5-15份，大枣10-30份、川芎3-12份，延胡索5-10份，姜黄5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性中耳炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下组分按照重量分数组成： 
小蓟12份，地榆12份、葱白8份，人参8份，山药20份，刺五加10份，大枣20份、川芎8份，延胡索8份，姜黄8份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤， 
(1)按量称取上述组合物，用清水冲洗两遍； 
(2)将上述组合物混合后粉碎； 
(3)将粉碎后的组合物加入1000份水中，浸泡10小时后武火煮沸，文火持续煎煮20分钟； 
(4)过滤，弃掉滤渣；将滤液浓缩至300份。
