本发明属于医药技术领域，尤其属于一种采用中药配制成的治疗慢性中耳炎的中药外用液。
【技术背景】
慢性中耳炎是是累及中耳(包括咽鼓管、鼓室、鼓窦及乳突气房)全部或部分结构的炎性病变，好发于儿童。可分为非化脓性两大类。非化脓性者包括分泌中耳炎、气压损伤性中耳炎等，化脓性者有急性和慢性之分。特异性炎症太少见，如结核性中耳炎等。
西医治疗中耳炎多以单纯型局部用药为主，用抗生素水溶液或抗生素与类固醇激素类药物混合液，如0.25％氯霉素液、氯霉素可的松液、氧氟沙星滴耳液等，治疗中耳炎及外耳道炎等。显效快，但是治标不治本，病症容易反复。
中医将本病称为“耳脓”、“耳疳”，认为是因肝胆湿热，邪气盛行而起。中药治疗中耳炎有虚实之分。实证的主要症状为耳内肿胀，耳朵疼痛、面色红赤，听力下降，耳道脓液黄稠。

本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效地治疗慢性中耳炎的中药外用液，本发明所提供的治疗慢性中耳炎的中药用于外溥，清热解毒，疏风平肝，行气化瘀，祛风除湿，见效快。能够较好的治疗慢性中耳炎，无毒副作用，安全可靠。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药外用液，其特征在于：所述药物组合物的药效成分由如下重量份的原料制备而成：盐肤木、黄芪、白芍、当归、半枝莲、山慈菇、野菊花、薄荷。
进一步地，优选所述药物组合物的药效成分由如下重量份的原料制备而成：盐肤木5-15份、黄芪10-20份、白芍5-15份、当归15-25份、半枝莲5-15份、山慈菇15-25份、野菊花10-20份、薄荷15-25份。
进一步地，优选所述药物组合物的药效成分由如下重量份的原料制备而成：盐肤木10份、黄芪15份、白芍10份、当归20份、半枝莲10份、山慈菇20份、野菊花15份、薄荷20份。
本发明中的中药详细情况如下：
盐肤木，清热解毒，散瘀止血，慢性中耳炎出血。
黄芪，能增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。
白芍，性凉、味苦酸，微寒，具有补血养血、平抑肝阳、柔肝止痛、敛阴止汗等功效。
当归，补血活血，调经止痛，可以很好地顺通人体内部。
半枝莲，清热，解毒，散瘀，止血，利尿消肿，定痛。
山慈菇，清热解毒，消肿散结。
野菊花，性微寒，具疏散风热、消肿解毒、抗感染、抗病毒的功效。
薄荷，宣散风热，清头目，透疹，祛於、化脓。

实施例1
一种治疗慢性中耳炎中药外用液，由以下组分按照重量份的原料制备而成(每份1g)：盐肤木5份、黄芪10份、白芍5份、当归15份、半枝莲5份、山慈菇15份、野菊花10份、薄荷15份。
按以上总重量加水5-6倍，温火煎煮3-4小时，煎煮两次后合并煎液，过滤，制成外用液。
实施例2
一种治疗慢性中耳炎中药外用液，由以下组分按照重量份的原料制备而成(每份1g)：盐肤木10份、黄芪15份、白芍10份、当归20份、半枝莲10份、山慈菇20份、野菊花15份、薄荷20份。
按以上总重量加水5-6倍，温火煎煮3-4小时，煎煮两次后合并煎液，过滤，制成外用液。
实施例3
一种治疗慢性中耳炎中药外用液，由以下组分按照重量份的原料制备而成(每份1g)：盐肤木15份、黄芪20份、白芍15份、当归25份、半枝莲15份、山慈菇25份、野菊花20份、薄荷25份。
按以上总重量加水5-6倍，温火煎煮3-4小时，煎煮两次后合并煎液，过滤，制成外用液。
将以上三个实施例所得药物用于治疗慢性中耳炎的试验，使用疗效评定标准为：
显效：耳堵、耳鸣症状消失，听力提高至正常，纯音测听检测骨气导差在10dB以内，声阻抗检查鼓室压力图为A型曲线，峰值为0.3-1.5mm，镫骨肌反射引出。
有效：耳堵、耳鸣症状减轻，听力有提高，纯音测听检测气导较治疗前提高10-15dB，但未达到正常，声阻抗检查鼓室压力图为As型曲线，峰值较正常偏低。
无效：临床症状无好转，各项检查无明显改善显效加有效为总有效率。
治疗方法：将实施例1-3所得的本发明药物，用于外溥，一日两次，早晚各一次。溥用本发明的药，在三个月内要求禁食易上火、辛辣食物及禁饮酒。
选取慢性中耳炎患者120例，其中男66例，女54例，年龄最大88岁，最小者12岁，平均年龄45岁，病程最长为三年，最短为三个月；将患者随机分为四组，每组30人，各组患者年龄症状构成无明显差异。试验组1使用实例1所得药物治疗，试验组2使用实施例2所得的药物治疗，试验组3使用实施例3所得的药物治疗，设立一个对照组，不服用任何药物。
疗效见下表：

5.如权利要求1所述治疗慢性中耳炎的中药外用液，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的药效成分由如下重量份的原料制备而成：盐肤木15份、黄芪20份、白芍15份、当归25份、半枝莲15份、山慈菇25份、野菊花20份、薄荷25份。
6.如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的治疗慢性中耳炎的中药外用液，其特征在于，按重量配比取盐肤木、黄芪、白芍、当归、半枝莲、山慈菇、野菊花、薄荷，按总重量加水5-6倍，温火煎煮3-4小时，煎煮两次后合并煎液，过滤，制成外用液。
7.如权利要求6所述的治疗慢性中耳炎的中药外用液，其特征在于，用于外敷于患处。
