Abstract

本发明公开了一种跌打酒，其特征是采用黄桐树皮及叶和假鹊肾树的树皮为主药，配以苏木、乳香、没药、芦荟、红花、归尾、儿茶、血竭、川乌、草乌、三棱、蓬术、当归、生地、赤芍、大黄、穿山甲、木鳖子、生南星、牙皂、丁香、肉桂，乳香、甘松、山奈、川芎、白芷、川柏、大茴、伸筋草等30种中草药经过蒸煮、浸泡、过滤等步骤制得的产品。本发明对治疗跌打刀伤、筋骨扭伤、关节挫伤、风湿骨痛等效果显著，是一种深受人们欢迎值得推广的药酒。

技术领域
本发明属于医药技术领域，具体是一种治疗跌打损伤的跌打酒。
背景技术
跌打损伤是临床常见的疾病，其治疗方法很多，用中草药制备跌打药酒治疗也是其中常见的一种，而且也是我国中医发展史上古老的传统方法之一，关于治疗跌打损伤的药酒，近年来，公开的很多，比如公开号为CN 101843815的一种跌打酒，选用小毛蒌、通城虎为主药，配以朱砂根、小驳骨、降香、醋乳香、醋没药、桂枝、山栀子、薄荷脑、冰片等地道名贵、优质中草药制得。但是以大树跌打和滑叶跌打相结合，制得的中药跌打药酒却很少有，现提供一种以黄桐树皮及叶和假鹊肾树皮配合中草药，将大树跌打和滑叶跌打相结合的跌打药酒。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种将大树跌打和滑叶跌打相结合，用于治疗跌打伤筋，具有祛风理湿、消肿止痛、舒筋活络、活血散瘀作用的跌打酒。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现：
一种跌打酒，所述跌打酒采用黄桐树皮及叶和假鹊肾树的树皮为主药，配合以下30种中草药为混合药料，按以下重量百分比计：黄桐树皮及叶15-18％、假鹊肾树树皮10-15％、苏木2-3％、乳香3-5％、没药3-6％、芦荟5-10％、红花2-3％、归尾1-3％、儿茶2-5％、血竭3-6％、川乌2-3％、草乌1-2％、三棱2-4％、蓬术3-6％、当归4-6％、生地3-6％、赤芍3-6％、大黄2-5％、穿山甲5-6％、木鳖子2-5％、生南星2-8％、牙皂5-7％、丁香3-6％、肉桂4-6％，乳香3-5％、甘松4-5％、山奈2-5％、川芎3-8％、白芷2-5％、川柏3-6％、大茴2-5％、伸筋草3-6％，具体制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)精选新鲜黄桐树皮及叶、假鹊肾树树皮和其他30味中草药分别洗净、蒸煮、晒干。
(2)将上述步骤(1)晒干的药材按重量百分比的比例混合均匀，然后进行捣碎混合，得到混合药材。
(3)将步骤(2)的混合药材浸泡在大米酒中，浸泡时间为60-90天，所述的混合药料和大米酒的重量比为1∶4～6。
(4)将步骤(3)中的浸泡液压榨过滤，除去药渣，得到药汁，再过滤沉淀，取出上清液即为成品。
所述的大米酒为度数在45-55°之间。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的药方是将大树跌打和滑叶跌打相结合，结合长期临床用药经验。选用黄桐树皮及叶和假鹊肾树的树皮为主药，配以苏木、乳香、没药、芦荟、红花、归尾等30种中草药。经科学、合理组方、采用现代科学精制而成的中草药药酒。具有祛风理湿、消肿止痛、舒筋活络、活血散瘀等作用。本品对跌打伤筋具有非常显著的消肿与镇痛功效。药理研究显示：本品有良好的抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、改善血行、消瘀、促进组织愈合等作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
按以下重量百分比分别取以下材料：黄桐树皮及叶15-18％、假鹊肾树树皮10-15％、苏木2-3％、乳香3-5％、没药3-6％、芦荟5-10％、红花2-3％、归尾1-3％、儿茶2-5％、血竭3-6％、川乌2-3％、草乌1-2％、三棱2-4％、蓬术3-6％、当归4-6％、生地3-6％、赤芍3-6％、大黄2-5％、穿山甲5-6％、木鳖子2-5％、生南星2-8％、牙皂5-7％、丁香3-6％、肉桂4-6％，乳香3-5％、甘松4-5％、山奈2-5％、川芎3-8％、白芷2-5％、川柏3-6％、大茴2-5％、伸筋草3-6％。
按以下步骤制作：
(1)将上述新鲜黄桐树皮及叶、假鹊肾树树皮和其他30味中草药分别洗净、蒸煮、晒干。
(2)将上述步骤(1)晒干的药材按重量百分比的比例混合均匀，然后进行捣碎混合，得到混合药材。
(3)将步骤(2)的混合药材浸泡在度数在45-55°之间大米酒中，浸泡时间为60-90天，所述的混合药料和大米酒的重量比为1∶4～6。
(4)将步骤(3)中的浸泡液压榨过滤，除去药渣，得到药汁，再过滤沉淀，取出上清液即为成品。
实施例1
按以下重量百分比分别取以下材料：黄桐树皮及叶15％、假鹊肾树树皮10％、苏木2％、乳香3％、没药4％、芦荟8％、红花2％、归尾2％、儿茶3％、血竭4％、川乌2％、草乌1％、三棱3％、蓬术5％、当归5％、生地3％、赤芍4％、大黄3％、穿山甲5％、木鳖子3％、生南星4％、牙皂5％、丁香4％、肉桂5％，乳香3％、甘松4％、山奈4％、川芎5％、白芷3％、川柏4％、大茴3％、伸筋草4％。将上述新鲜黄桐树皮及叶、假鹊肾树树皮和其他30味中草药分别洗净、蒸煮、晒干，然后进行捣碎混合，浸泡在度数在50°大米酒中，浸泡时间为80天，所述的混合药料和大米酒的重量比为1∶4，最后将浸泡液压榨过滤，除去药渣，得到药汁，再过滤沉淀，取出上清液。具体用法为：可搽、擦、敷，每日三次，重者多次，也可内服，内服一日三次，每次25克，内服时孕妇及儿童忌用。
临床实验1：
林某、男、40岁、合肥市郊区农民，病史摘要：患者二天前与邻居打架，被对方抱头扭伤，并摔倒在地，当时感颈部酸痛，如负重感疼痛向背部放射，旋头时疼痛加剧，曾经以风湿膏外贴未见效。检查：面色红、痛苦表情、舌淡、脉弦。头部略呈前倾姿势，颈背侧筋紧张，颈推5～7右侧压前明显，右侧肩胛骨内上缘处压痛，颈部活动受限，被动旋头或仰头时疼痛加剧。诊断：颈部扭挫伤。
治疗经过：按颈部扭挫伤理筋手法进行操作一遍，患者颈部顿感轻松，外用跌打酒。以后每日施手法一次，连续2次，并练头颈部仰俯、侧转及环转动作。5天后颈部活动自如。
临床实验2：
黄某、女、19岁、中学生。病史摘要，患者于2天前在体育场滑旱冰游玩，不慎跌倒，当即右膝内侧明显肿胀、疼痛，不能行走，由人抬至本院。检查：患者面色红、痛苦呻吟不止，舌质偏红、脉洪数。右膝内侧明显肿胀，皮下青紫瘀斑。当屈伸膝部时疼痛加剧。将右膝关节伸直侧向试验时，伤处疼痛，
可有轻微侧向外展活动。诊断：右膝关节侧副韧带损伤。
治疗经过：按膝部伤筋理筋手法操作，当即患处疼痛减轻，将膝关节固定150°简易架上，外敷跌打酒。以后每天以轻手法操作1次，5天后去除固定架，用跌打将军酒外擦患处，练膝部屈伸活动，并扶拐练走，10天后患者右膝部活动正常。

1.一种跌打酒，其特征在于，所述跌打酒采用黄桐树皮及叶和假鹊肾树的树皮为主药，配合以下30种中草药为混合药料，按以下重量百分比计：黄桐树皮及叶15-18％、假鹊肾树树皮10-15％、苏木2-3％、乳香3-5％、没药3-6％、芦荟5-10％、红花2-3％、归尾1-3％、儿茶2-5％、血竭3-6％、川乌2-3％、草乌1-2％、三棱2-4％、蓬术3-6％、当归4-6％、生地3-6％、赤芍3-6％、大黄2-5％、穿山甲5-6％、木鳖子2-5％、生南星2-8％、牙皂5-7％、丁香3-6％、肉桂4-6％，乳香3-5％、甘松4-5％、山奈2-5％、川芎3-8％、白芷2-5％、川柏3-6％、大茴2-5％、伸筋草3-6％，具体制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)精选新鲜黄桐树皮及叶、假鹊肾树树皮和其他30味中草药分别洗净、蒸煮、晒干。
(2)将上述步骤(1)晒干的药材按重量百分比的比例混合均匀，然后进行捣碎混合，得到混合药材。
(3)将步骤(2)的混合药材浸泡在大米酒中，浸泡时间为60-90天，所述的混合药料和大米酒的重量比为1∶4～6。
(4)将步骤(3)中的浸泡液压榨过滤，除去药渣，得到药汁，再过滤沉淀，取出上清液即为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种跌打酒，其特征在于，所述的大米酒为度数在45-55°之间。
