Abstract

一种磁流体热交换LED灯,设有磁流体散热器(2)。磁流体散热器(2)设有磁流体(13)以及非磁流体(14)。控制器(3)控制电磁线圈(15)产生不断交变的磁场,使磁流体(13)的比重发生不断变化,进而使磁流体(13)与非磁流体(14)不断循环交换位置。以磁流体(13)以及非磁流体(14)作为热量的载体,将PN结(4)的热量由铝基板(11)不断送到散热罩(12),提高了LED灯的散热效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯,特别是一种磁流体热交换LED灯。
背景技术
现有的大功率LED灯,LED灯PN结的热量散发的效率较低,影响了LED灯PN结的热量散发,降低了LED灯的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种磁流体热交换LED灯,利用磁流体与非磁流体不断循环交换位置,将LED的PN结的热量散发出去,提高LED灯的散热效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:磁流体热交换LED灯包括有LED、磁流体散热器以及控制器;LED包括有PN结、底座、电极、硅胶球、阻焊层、敷铜层、绝缘层以及铝基板,PN结与底座连接,底座与敷铜层连接,敷铜层与绝缘层连接,绝缘层与铝基板连接;磁流体散热器包括有散热罩、磁流体、非磁流体以及电磁线圈,散热罩与铝基板密封连接构成一个密封型腔,磁流体以及非磁流体密封于密封型腔内,散热罩设有螺旋散热片,电磁线圈设于螺旋散热片上;控制器包括有LED电源以及脉冲电源发生器,LED电源与电极连接,脉冲电源发生器与电磁线圈连接;磁流体与非磁流体的比重不同,磁流体与非磁流体为互不相容的液体。
磁流体热交换LED灯的工作原理是:磁流体热交换LED灯设有磁流体散热器以及控制器,磁流体散热器的散热罩与LED的铝基板构成一个密封型腔,密封型腔内充满有磁流体以及非磁流体;磁流体的比重小于非磁流体的比重,磁流体在非磁流体的上方,非磁流体与铝基板接触,磁流体与散热罩接触;工作时,LED的PN结将热量传递到铝基板,非磁流体吸收铝基板的热量后,控制器控制电磁线圈通电,电磁线圈产生磁场将磁流体磁化,使磁流体的比重大于非磁流体的比重,非磁流体上升到散热罩,将热量传递给散热罩,散热罩将热量散发于空间;同时,磁流体下降到铝基板,
吸收铝基板的热量;磁流体吸收铝基板的热量后,控制器控制电磁线圈断电,电磁线圈的磁场消失,磁流体的比重恢复到小于非磁流体比重的状态,吸收了铝基板热量的磁流体上升到散热罩,将热量传递给散热罩,散热罩将热量散发于空间;同时,经散热罩散热后的非磁流体下降到铝基板的位置,如此不断循环,利用磁流体与非磁流体交换位置,将铝基板的热量散发出去;或者,磁流体的比重大于非磁流体的比重,磁流体在非磁流体的下方,磁流体与铝基板接触,非磁流体与散热罩接触,利用控制器控制电磁线圈不断循环通电以及断电,产生不断交变的磁场,使磁流体的比重不断发生变化,控制磁流体与非磁流体不断循环交换位置,以磁流体以及非磁流体作为热量的载体,不断将铝基板的热量传送到散热罩,提高LED的散热效果。磁流体热交换LED灯的散热路径有二路:其一:LED的PN结的热量经过底座→敷铜层→铝基板→磁流体→散热罩→大气;其二:LED的PN结的热量经过底座→敷铜层→铝基板→非磁流体→散热罩→大气。
本发明的有益效果是:磁流体热交换LED灯设有磁流体散热器,磁流体散热器设有磁流体以及非磁流体,利用控制器控制电磁线圈产生不断交变的磁场,使磁流体的比重发生不断变化,使磁流体与非磁流体不断循环交换位置,以磁流体以及非磁流体作为热量的载体,将PN结的热量由铝基板不断送到散热罩,提高了LED灯的散热效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步的说明:
图1所示的磁流体热交换LED灯的结构示意图,磁流体热交换LED灯包括有LED1、磁流体散热器2以及控制器3;LED1包括有PN结4、底座5、电极6、硅胶球7、阻焊层8、敷铜层9、绝缘层10以及铝基板11,PN结4与底座5连接,底座5与敷铜层9连接,敷铜层9与绝缘层10连接,绝缘层10与铝基板11连接;磁流体散热器2包括有散热罩12、磁流体13、非磁流体14以及电磁线圈15,散热罩12与铝基板11密封连接构成一个密封型腔16,磁流体13以及非磁流体14密封于密封型腔16内,散热罩12设有螺旋散热片17,电磁线圈15设于螺旋散热片17上;控制器3包括有LED电源18以及脉冲电源发生器19,LED电源18与电极6连接,脉冲电源发生器19与电磁线圈15连接;磁流体13与非磁流体14的比重不同,磁流体的比重小于非磁流体的比重,或者,非磁流体的比重小于磁流体的比重;磁流体13与非磁流体14为互不相容的液体。
为了散热罩12与LED1的密封连接,散热罩12包括有散热筒20以及密封盖21,密封盖21与散热筒20密封连接,密封盖21与散热筒20之间设有密封环22,散热筒20与铝基板11密封连接,散热筒20与LED1的铝基板11之间设有导热的密封垫23,密封盖21设有第一散热片24。
为了加强散热罩12的散热效果,其特征在于:所述的密封盖21的第一散热片24内设有散热型腔25,散热型腔25内设有磁流体13或者非磁流体14;散热罩12连接有外壳26,控制器3设于外壳26内,外壳26设有通风孔27,LED1与外壳26固定连接;外壳26设有第二散热片28。
为了降低磁流体13的成本,磁流体13的容积小于非磁流体14的容积;密封型腔16内充满磁流体13以及非磁流体14,磁流体13的容积加上非磁流体14的容积与密封型腔16的容积相等。
为了提高电磁线圈15的磁场强度,散热筒20内设有内套筒,内套筒与散热筒20过盈配合,内套筒有铁磁材料构成。

1.磁流体热交换LED灯,其特征在于:所述的磁流体热交换LED灯包括有LED(1)、磁流体散热器(2)以及控制器(3);LED(1)包括有PN结(4)、底座(5)、电极(6)、硅胶球(7)、阻焊层(8)、敷铜层(9)、绝缘层(10)以及铝基板(11),PN结(4)与底座(5)连接,底座(5)与敷铜层(9)连接,敷铜层(9)与绝缘层(10)连接,绝缘层(10)与铝基板(11)连接;磁流体散热器(2)包括有散热罩(12)、磁流体(13)、非磁流体(14)以及电磁线圈(15),散热罩(12)与铝基板(11)密封连接构成一个密封型腔(16),磁流体(13)以及非磁流体(14)密封于密封型腔(16)内,散热罩(12)设有螺旋散热片(17),电磁线圈(15)设于螺旋散热片(17)上;控制器(3)包括有LED电源(18)以及脉冲电源发生器(19),LED电源(18)与电极(6)连接,脉冲电源发生器(19)与电磁线圈(15)连接;磁流体(13)与非磁流体(14)的比重不同,磁流体(13)与非磁流体(14)为互不相容的液体;所述的散热罩(12)包括有散热筒(20)以及密封盖(21),密封盖(21)与散热筒(20)密封连接,密封盖(21)与散热筒(20)之间设有密封环(22),散热筒(20)与铝基板(11)密封连接,散热筒(20)与LED(1)的铝基板(11)之间设有导热的密封垫(23),密封盖(21)设有第一散热片(24);所述的散热筒(20)内设有内套筒(29),内套筒(29)与散热筒(20)过盈配合,内套筒(29)有铁磁材料构成;所述的磁流体的比重小于非磁流体的比重;或者,非磁流体的比重小于磁流体的比重。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁流体热交换LED灯,其特征在于:所述的密封盖(21)的第一散热片(24)内设有散热型腔(25),散热型腔(25)内设有磁流体(13)或者非磁流体(14)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁流体热交换LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热罩(12)连接有外壳(26),控制器(3)设于外壳(3)内,外壳(3)设有通风孔(27),LED(1)与外壳(26)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磁流体热交换LED灯,其特征在于:所述的磁流体(13)的容积小于非磁流体(14)的容积;密封型腔(16)内充满磁流体(13)以及非磁流体(14),磁流体(13)的容积加上非磁流体(14)的容积与密封型腔(16)的容积相等。
