Abstract

本发明提供了一种智能电视判断用户有效收视节目的系统和方法。终端数据收集模块收集智能电视端的节目播放记录，包括节目属性、播放时长和节目实际时长，并将所述节目播放记录上传到云端服务器；云端分析模块基于终端数据收集模块上传的节目播放记录数据，计算某一节目播放时长是否大于播放时间阈值，是则进入下一步；计算该节目实际时长减去播放时长是否大于固定时间阈值，是则进入下一步；将该节目推送到对应MAC地址的智能电视端的UI界面。判断用户观看影视节目的有效时间，之后未播完和追剧节目在影视launcher页（UI页）为用户推荐，仅1步就能观看到用户继续想看的节目，大大提升了用户使用体验。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能电视判断用户有效收视节目的系统和方法，特别是涉及一种适用于判断在智能电视上有效观看影视节目的系统和方法。
背景技术
智能电视目前存在容纳内容多、人机交互模式不成熟的问题，用户找到观看过的影视节目，至少需要4步，进入对应的影视客户端、找到观看历史、显示影片详情、播放，严重影响用户的观影体验。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种通过判断用户有效观看影片时间，缩短用户的交互步骤，从4步到1步，给用户带来更方便更智能的用户体验的有效收视节目的系统和方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：一种智能电视判断用户有效收视节目的系统，包括智能电视端和云端服务器，其特征在于，所述智能电视端包括终端数据收集模块，收集节目播放记录，包括节目属性、播放时长和节目实际时长，并上传到云端服务器；所述云端服务器包括云端分析模块，分析需要推送的节目并向智能电视端推送。
一种智能电视判断用户有效收视节目的方法，其方法步骤为：
步骤一、终端数据收集模块收集智能电视端的节目播放记录，包括节目属性、播放时长和节目实际时长，并将所述节目播放记录上传到云端服务器；
步骤二、云端分析模块基于终端数据收集模块上传的节目播放记录数据，计算某一节目播放时长是否大于播放时间阈值，是则进入下一步，否则删除该节目播放记录；
步骤三、计算该节目实际时长减去播放时长是否大于固定时间阈值，是则进入下一步，否则删除该节目播放记录；
步骤四，将该节目推送到对应MAC地址的智能电视端的UI界面。
作为优选，所述步骤三和步骤四之间的步骤还包括，判断该节目剧集是否大于1且不是电影类型，且云端是否有下一集剧集，是则推送下一集到对应MAC地址的智能电视端的UI界面。
作为优选，所述播放时间阈值为节目实际时长的百分之五十。
作为优选，所述固定时间阈值为5分钟。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：判断用户观看影视节目的有效时间，之后未播完和追剧节目在影视launcher页（UI页）为用户推荐，仅1步就能观看到用户继续想看的节目，大大提升了用户使用体验。

一种智能电视判断用户有效收视节目的系统，包括智能电视端和云端服务器，所述智能电视端包括终端数据收集模块，收集节目播放记录，包括节目属性、播放时长和节目实际时长，并上传到云端服务器；所述云端服务器包括云端分析模块，分析满足需求的需要推送的节目并向智能电视端推送。
一种智能电视判断用户有效收视节目的方法，如图1所述，其方法步骤为：
步骤一、终端数据收集模块收集智能电视端的节目播放记录，包括节目属性、播放时长和节目实际时长，并将所述节目播放记录上传到云端服务器；
步骤二、云端服务器的云端分析模块基于终端数据收集模块上传的节目播放记录数据，计算某一节目播放时长是否大于播放时间阈值（在本具体实施例中，该播放时间阈值为该具体节目实际时长的百分之五十），是则进入下一步，否则删除该节目播放记录；如果节目播放时长大于该播放时间阈值，则说明用户喜爱此节目，并想继续看下去；例如，某一节目时长为50分钟，用户看了30分后，或许有别的某些原因没有继续看下去，但是说明用户是喜欢看这个节目的，并且有这个意愿下次继续看完；该播放时间阈值可以自由设定，比如说设定为节目播放时长的百分之二十、三十、六十等，也可以为固定时长，比如说10分钟，根据用户的习惯来自由设定，但是时间太短的话，比如说该节目只看了2分钟就没有再看了，说明该节目并不是用户喜爱看的节目或者说没有意愿下次继续接着看；
步骤三、计算该节目实际时长减去播放时长是否大于固定时间阈值（在本具体实施例中为5分钟），是则进入下一步，否则删除该节目播放记录；如果说用过观看该节目虽然没有看完，但是距离节目结束时长只有5分钟，或者2分钟，3分钟，6分钟，该固定时间阈值也可以自由设定，总之，如果小于等于该固定时间阈值，则说明该节目已经尾声，客户应该没有意愿下次继续观看，后面可以忽略不计；当然该固定时间阈值也可以设定为节目实际时长的百分之五、百分之十等，根据用户的个人习惯设定；
步骤四，若上述条件均满足，则将该节目推送到对应MAC地址的智能电视端的UI界面，下次用户打开电视，进入UI界面就可以选择观看，而不需要再进行繁杂的操作去寻找。
所述步骤三和步骤四之间的步骤还包括，判断该节目剧集是否大于1且不是电影类型，且云端是否有下一集剧集，是则推送下一集到对应MAC地址的智能电视端的UI界面。若该节目是电视剧或具有很多期的综艺节目等系列节目，则云端同时判断云端是否有下一集剧集，有则将下一集也推送过去，如果没有则不会推送，不管是已经剧终还是还没有下一集的更新，总之没有则不推送。

Claims (4)

1.一种智能电视判断用户有效收视节目的方法，其方法步骤为：
步骤一、终端数据收集模块收集智能电视端的节目播放记录，包括节目属性、播放时长和节目实际时长，并将所述节目播放记录上传到云端服务器；
步骤二、云端分析模块基于终端数据收集模块上传的节目播放记录数据，计算某一节目播放时长是否大于播放时间阈值，是则进入下一步，否则删除该节目播放记录；
步骤三、计算该节目实际时长减去播放时长是否大于固定时间阈值，是则进入下一步，否则删除该节目播放记录；
步骤四，将该节目推送到对应MAC地址的智能电视端的UI界面；
所述播放时间阈值根据具体节目实际时长的百分比来确定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的判断用户有效收视节目的方法，所述步骤三和步骤四之间的步骤还包括，判断该节目剧集是否大于1且不是电影类型，且云端是否有下一集剧集，是则推送下一集到对应MAC地址的智能电视端的UI界面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的判断用户有效收视节目的方法，所述播放时间阈值为节目实际时长的百分之五十。
4.根据权利要求1所述的判断用户有效收视节目的方法，所述固定时间阈值为5分钟。
