[0025] 参见图1所示,一种油烟净化装置,包括烟罩7、风机单元3、控制油烟净化装置运行的控制器2、排烟口 I和连接排烟口 I的排烟管道8。如图2所示,在排烟管道8中设置有高压静电装置4。上述烟罩7包括滤油网5和接油盒6。其中,接油盒6设置在滤油网5下方,根据这种设计,油烟首先经过滤油网5进行机械式滤油,所滤出的大颗粒油脂由于重力作用可落入接油盒6中,在去除大颗粒油脂后,油烟中还存在一些小粒径的污染物,而油烟在经过滤油网5后,经过风机单元3从排烟口 I排出进入排烟管道8,通过高压静电装置4去除这些小粒径的污染物。
[0026] 上述高压静电装置4包括油烟高压电离板(未示出),油烟高压电离板为带正电的高压阳极,其电压高达I万伏以上,对油烟微粒有很强的吸引力。上述油烟高压电离板是一个栅格结构,当油烟微粒从高压电离板的栅格孔中穿过时,就会被电离、充电,油烟微粒被充了正电。

Claims (9)
1.一种油烟净化装置,包括排烟管道,其特征在于,在所述排烟管道中设置有高压静电>j-U ρςα装直。
2.根据权利要求1的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,所述油烟净化装置还包括风机单元,所述高压静电装置设置在风机单元的下游。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,所述高压静电装置包括高压电离板和集油组件,所述集油组件位于所述高压电离板沿油烟流动方向的下游,所述高压电离板为带正电的高压阳极。
4.根据权利要求3所述的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,所述集油组件具有若干个平行设置的集油板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,所述集油板包括至少一个带高压正电的阳极极板和至少一个接地的阴极极板,且所述阳极极板和阴极极板之间相互绝缘。
6.根据权利要求3所述的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,所述高压静电装置包括第一集油组件和第二集油组件,所述第一集油组件的第一集油板与第二集油组件的第二集油板交错排列。
7.根据权利要求3所述的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,所述集油组件平行于所述排烟管道内壁设置。
8.根据权利要求4至7任一项所述的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,所述集油板的材质为招。
9.根据权利要求4至7任一项的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,每个所述集油组件的集油板之间的间距为3mm-5mm。
