本发明公开了一种侧密封井盖,包括井盖和井座,所述的井盖装于井座内,所述井盖的外圆周面与井座内侧壁之间设有密封圈,所述井座的内侧壁呈与水平面相垂直设置,所述密封圈上与井座内侧壁相接触的外环面呈上宽下窄倾斜设置,所述密封圈的内环面上设置有可将井盖外圆周面完全包裹于其内的凹槽。采用上述结构,本发明提供了一种密封效果较好且便于井盖再次开启的侧密封井盖。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种井盖。
背景技术
目前,路面上的井盖通常由井盖和井座连接构成,井盖装于井座内,而井盖与井座之间的密封主要有两种方式:一种是将密封圈设置于井盖的下端面上,这种密封方式不仅防水效果差,而且还容易造成井盖外圆周面与井座内侧壁之间漏沙石,从而致使大量沙石堆积于井座内,清理十分不便;另一种是将密封圈嵌装于井盖外圆周面的中部,这种密封方式虽然能大大改善防水效果,但密封圈的外环面长时间与井座内侧壁完全贴合接触,会造成密封圈的外环面与井座内侧壁粘合在一起,从而导致井盖很难被再次开启。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种密封效果较好且便于井盖再次开启的侧密封井盖。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种侧密封井盖,包括井盖和井座,所述的井盖装于井座内,所述井盖的外圆周面与井座内侧壁之间设有密封圈,所述井座的内侧壁呈与水平面相垂直设置,所述密封圈上与井座内侧壁相接触的外环面呈上宽下窄倾斜设置,所述密封圈的内环面上设置有可将井盖外圆周面完全包裹于其内的凹槽。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构,由于本发明将密封圈设置于井盖的外圆周面与井座内侧壁之间,因此密封性能良好,同时,由于所述密封圈上与井座内侧壁相接触的外环面呈上宽下窄倾斜设置,因此使得所述密封圈的外环面实际上是与井座内侧壁相交接触,从而也就使得所述密封圈外环面上仅有该相交点与井座内侧壁接触,进而也就有效避免密封圈外环面与井座内侧壁粘合在一起,便于井盖再次开启;而所述密封圈的内环面完全包裹于井盖外圆周面上,不仅可进一步提升井盖的整体密封性能,而且还使得密封圈与井盖之间的装卸也更加简便,便于人们维修时更换密封圈。
本发明可进一步设置为所述井盖的下端面上还固装有一耐磨垫圈,所述的耐磨垫圈还设有径向向外延伸并构成对密封圈轴向下端面遮盖的径向延伸端,所述井座的内侧壁上对应设有可与所述耐磨垫圈轴向下端面形成抵接的肩阶。
采用上述结构,不仅可有效提高井盖和密封圈的耐磨性,而且还使得所述井盖与密封圈能更加牢固地结合在一起。
本发明还可进一步设置为所述耐磨垫圈与井盖下端面之间通过沉头螺钉固定,所述耐磨垫圈的径向延伸端端面上还设置有可与所述密封圈轴向下端面相接触的防滑凸纹。
采用上述结构,增设的防滑凸纹,可有效避免密封圈受挤压时的相对滑动,从而使密封圈与耐磨垫圈更好地连接在一起。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示给出了一种侧密封井盖,包括井盖1和井座2,所述的井盖1装于井座2内,所述井盖1的外圆周面11与井座内侧壁21之间设有密封圈3,所述井座2的内侧壁21呈与水平面相垂直设置,所述密封圈3上与井座内侧壁21相接触的外环面31呈上宽下窄倾斜设置,所述密封圈3的内环面32上设置有可将井盖外圆周面11完全包裹于其内的凹槽321。所述井盖1的下端面上还固装有一耐磨垫圈4,所述耐磨垫圈4与井盖1下端面之间通过沉头螺钉5固定,所述的耐磨垫圈4还设有径向向外延伸并构成对密封圈3轴向下端面遮盖的径向延伸端41,且所述耐磨垫圈4的径向延伸端41端面上还设置有可与所述密封圈3轴向下端面相接触的防滑凸纹411,所述井座2的内侧壁21上对应设有可与所述耐磨垫圈4轴向下端面形成抵接的肩阶22。
采用上述结构,由于本发明将密封圈3设置于井盖1的外圆周面11与井座内侧壁21之间,因此密封性能良好,同时,由于所述密封圈3上与井座内侧壁21相接触的外环面31呈上宽下窄倾斜设置,因此使得所述密封圈3的外环面31实际上是与井座内侧壁21相交接触,从而也就使得所述密封圈外环面31上仅有该相交点与井座内侧壁21接触,进而也就有效避免密封圈外环面31与井座内侧壁21粘合在一起,便于井盖1再次开启;而所述密封圈3的内环面32完全包裹于井盖外圆周面11上,不仅可进一步提升井盖的整体密封性能,而且还使得密封圈3与井盖1之间的装卸也更加简便,便于人们维修时更换密封圈3。

1.一种侧密封井盖,包括井盖和井座,所述的井盖装于井座内,其特征在于:所述井盖的外圆周面与井座内侧壁之间设有密封圈,所述井座的内侧壁呈与水平面相垂直设置,所述密封圈上与井座内侧壁相接触的外环面呈上宽下窄倾斜设置,所述密封圈的内环面上设置有可将井盖外圆周面完全包裹于其内的凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种侧密封井盖,其特征在于:所述井盖的下端面上还固装有一耐磨垫圈,所述的耐磨垫圈还设有径向向外延伸并构成对密封圈轴向下端面遮盖的径向延伸端,所述井座的内侧壁上对应设有可与所述耐磨垫圈轴向下端面形成抵接的肩阶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种侧密封井盖,其特征在于:所述耐磨垫圈与井盖下端面之间通过沉头螺钉固定,所述耐磨垫圈的径向延伸端端面上还设置有可与所述密封圈轴向下端面相接触的防滑凸纹。
