Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保PU革,包括基布层,所述基布层上复合设置有由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成的底涂层,所述底涂层上涂覆有由阴离子型水性聚氨酯构成的粘接层,所述粘接层上复合设置有由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成的中涂层,所述中涂层上复合设置有水性聚氨酯面层。本发明更加透气透湿,提升使用舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PU革。 
技术背景
合成革在制革加工过程中通常使用油性树脂以及重金属元素,而油性树脂中一般都有含有0.5-2.5%异氰酸酯残留,异氰酸酯具有很大的毒性,在生产应用过程中,这些物质对操作工来说,就是毒源和接触到的致命物质。另外,油性树脂中含有大量的有机溶剂,这些有机溶剂也是有毒有害的,它不仅在生产过程中危害人体、污染环境,而且还残留在革的空隙中,其制品也有害于人体。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种环保PU革,不含有毒树脂、有机溶剂和重金属元素,更加绿色环保,并且皮革更加牢固耐磨。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案: 
一种环保PU革,包括基布层,所述基布层上复合设置有由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成的底涂层,所述底涂层上涂覆有由阴离子型水性聚氨酯构成的粘接层,所述粘接层上复合设置有由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成的中涂层,所述中涂层上复合设置有水性聚氨酯面层。 
优选的,所述阳离子型水性聚氨酯为羟基硅油改性阳离子水性聚氨酯,所述阳离子型水性聚氨酯中包含有聚二甲基硅氧烷甲苯氨基甲酸酯。 
优选的,所述基布层由纤度为5~7旦的海岛型尼龙超细纤维经聚氨酯浆料含浸制成。 
本发明的有益效果为: 
本发明中的底涂层、粘接层、中涂层和面层均采用水性聚氨酯构成,不含 有异氰酸酯、重金属元素和有机溶剂,更加绿色环保,水性聚氨酯具有大量微孔,具有良好的透湿透气性能,而底涂层由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成,粘接层由阴离子型水性聚氨酯构成,中涂层由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成,形成了阳阴阳的三层间隔结构,通过阴、阳电荷电价力的作用,能提高涂层间结合的牢固度,使皮革更加牢固耐磨。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明。 
如图1所示,本发明包括基布层1,所述基布层上复合设置有由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成的底涂层2,所述底涂层上涂覆有由阴离子型水性聚氨酯构成的粘接层3,所述粘接层上复合设置有由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成的中涂层4,所述中涂层上复合设置有水性聚氨酯面层5。所述阳离子型水性聚氨酯为羟基硅油改性阳离子水性聚氨酯,所述阳离子型水性聚氨酯中包含有聚二甲基硅氧烷甲苯氨基甲酸酯。所述基布层1由纤度为5~7旦的海岛型尼龙超细纤维经聚氨酯浆料含浸制成。所述的阴离子型水性聚氨酯和面层5采用的水性聚氨酯均采用制革领域现有的聚氨酯材料。 
所述底涂层、粘接层、中涂层和面层均采用水性聚氨酯构成,不含有异氰酸酯、重金属元素和有机溶剂,更加绿色环保,水性聚氨酯具有大量微孔,具有良好的透湿透气性能,而底涂层由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成,粘接层由阴离子型水性聚氨酯构成,中涂层由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成,形成了阳阴阳的三层间隔结构,通过阴、阳电荷电价力的作用,能提高涂层间结合的牢固度,使 皮革更加牢固耐磨。

1.一种环保PU革,其特征在于:包括基布层(1),所述基布层上复合设置有由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成的底涂层(2),所述底涂层上涂覆有由阴离子型水性聚氨酯构成的粘接层(3),所述粘接层上复合设置有由阳离子型水性聚氨酯构成的中涂层(4),所述中涂层上复合设置有水性聚氨酯面层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保PU革,其特征在于:所述阳离子型水性聚氨酯为羟基硅油改性阳离子水性聚氨酯,所述阳离子型水性聚氨酯中包含有聚二甲基硅氧烷甲苯氨基甲酸酯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保PU革,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)由纤度为5~7旦的海岛型尼龙超细纤维经聚氨酯浆料含浸制成。
