本发明涉及一种高绝缘的有机硅胶。
背景技术
近年来,有机硅胶由于具有良好的耐高低温性能,良好的电绝缘性能,已发展成为电子器件披覆胶的主要类型。由于有机硅具有上述这些优异的性能,因此它的应用范围非常广泛。它不仅作为航空、尖端技术、军事技术部门的特种材料使用,而且也用于国民经济各部门,其应用范围已扩到:建筑、电子电气、纺织、汽车、机械、皮革造纸、化工轻工、金属和油漆、医药医疗等。但现有的有机硅胶存在着各种缺点,并不能够满足使用要求。因此需要一种高性能的有机硅胶,满足人们的使用要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种高绝缘的有机硅胶,具有很好的绝缘性,同时固化时间短,能够很好的起到粘结作用。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种高绝缘的有机硅胶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
硅藻土8-11份,叔丁基过氧化异丙苯2-6份,三氧化二铁微粉5-8份,氧化镁4-9份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-8份,硅烷偶联剂2-7份,碳酸钙2-5份,石蜡1-6份,丁腈胶生胶5-10份,羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷8-16份,乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷4-6份,催化剂1-3份。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的高绝缘的有机硅胶,具有很好的绝缘性,同时固化时间短,能够很好的起到粘结作用。

一种高绝缘的有机硅胶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
硅藻土8份,叔丁基过氧化异丙苯2份,三氧化二铁微粉5份,氧化镁4份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份,硅烷偶联剂2份,碳酸钙2份,石蜡1份,丁腈胶生胶5份,羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷8份,乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷4份,催化剂1份。

一种高绝缘的有机硅胶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
硅藻土11份,叔丁基过氧化异丙苯6份,三氧化二铁微粉8份,氧化镁9份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8份,硅烷偶联剂7份,碳酸钙5份,石蜡6份,丁腈胶生胶10份,羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷16份,乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷6份,催化剂3份。

硅藻土8-11份,叔丁基过氧化异丙苯2-6份,三氧化二铁微粉5-8份,氧化镁4-9份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-8份,硅烷偶联剂2-7份,碳酸钙2-5份,石蜡1-6份,丁腈胶生胶5-10份,羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷8-16份,乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷4-6份,催化剂1-3份。
