Abstract

本发明公开一种夜光安全节能环保玻璃,包括上下两层玻璃基层,在上下两层玻璃基层之间设有夜光胶片层和图片胶片层,其中夜光胶片层设于下玻璃基层的上表面,图片胶片层则设于夜光胶片层的上表面;在上玻璃基层的上表面设有low-e低辐射节能玻璃层。本发明的玻璃集无需提供电能、晚上自行发光、显示图片、隔热隔音效果好于一体,并且强度高,主要用于超市通道底板、楼梯或两边处、指示标志等。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃技术领域,具体涉及一种夜光安全节能环保玻璃。
背景技术
夜光玻璃是一种夹层玻璃,中间夹层为夜光材料膜,可实现白天吸收可见光,夜间发光的功能,起到指示、显示、装饰灯效果。现有的夜光玻璃,如公开号为CN103395249A的中国发明专利,公开了一种《夜光玻璃》,包括上下两层玻璃基层,在两层玻璃基层之间设有两层黏胶层,在两层黏胶层之间设有荧光层,所述玻璃基层为二氧化硅、氧化钙和氧化钠制成的平板玻璃,所述黏胶层为亚克力胶或玻璃胶,所述荧光层为荧光粉制成的薄膜;其采光和放光效果好,但隔音隔热的性能较低。还有如公开号为CN202246436U的中国实用新型专利,公开了《一种夜光中空玻璃》,包括两端封闭形成一个内腔的上下两层玻璃,玻璃向内腔一侧设有夜光涂覆层,其采用中空组合的办法制作夜光玻璃,由于中空玻璃具有优良密封性,有效避免了易潮解的问题发生,提高了发光效率;但其隔热效果和透光性不够好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种低辐射、隔热隔音效果好的夜光安全节能环保玻璃。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
夜光安全节能环保玻璃,包括上下两层玻璃基层,在上下两层玻璃基层之间设有夜光胶片层和图片胶片层,其中夜光胶片层设于下玻璃基层的上表面,图片胶片层则设于夜光胶片层的上表面;在上玻璃基层的上表面设有low-e低辐射节能玻璃层。
为了进一步增强玻璃的强度和隔音隔热效果,在上玻璃基层和low-e低辐射节能玻璃层之间可以设有中空铝条层。
上述方案优选的,所述下玻璃基层可以为超白玻璃,最好为经钢化的超白玻璃。
中空铝条层的主要作用是用于隔音隔热,为了兼顾隔音隔热的效果和玻璃的厚度,上述技术方案优选的,所述中空铝条层的厚度可以为6~20mm。
上述方案优选的,所述夜光胶片层的厚度可以为0.38~1.52mm,所述图片胶片层的厚度可以为0.38~1.52mm。所述夜光胶片层发光照明,起到指引的作用,而图片胶片层用于显示各种图片,丰富画面感。
上述方案优选的,所述low-e低辐射节能玻璃层的厚度可以为5~10mm。low-e低辐射节能玻璃层可以提高玻璃的隔热效果,并且在设计多层的情况下,使玻璃具有良好的透光性。
上述方案优选的,所述上玻璃基层为普通玻璃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的最上层(安装后的最外层)的low-e低辐射节能玻璃层具有对中远红外线高反射的特性,使其具有优异的隔热效果和良好的透光性;并且还设有中空铝条层,进一步提高隔热隔音效果;另外夜光胶片层发光照明,起到夜间指引路人的作用,而图片胶片层用于显示各种图片,丰富画面感,还可以进一步增强玻璃的安全性能;本发明的玻璃集无需提供电能、晚上自行发光、显示图片、隔热隔音效果好于一体,并且强度高,主要用于超市通道底板、楼梯或两边处、指示标志、外墙装饰等。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明为一种夜光安全节能环保玻璃,包括上下两层玻璃基层,在上下两层玻璃基层之间设有夜光胶片层2和图片胶片层3,其中夜光胶片层2设于下玻璃基层1的上表面,图片胶片层3则设于夜光胶片层2的上表面;在上玻璃基层4的上表面设有low-e低辐射节能玻璃层6,在上玻璃基层4和low-e低辐射节能玻璃层6之间还设有中空铝条层5。本玻璃安装完成后,从内向外,依次包括下玻璃基层1、夜光胶片层2、图片胶片层3、上玻璃基层4、中空铝条层5和low-e低辐射节能玻璃层6。low-e低辐射节能玻璃层6设计在最外层,提高对中远红外线高反射,隔热效果号,并且透光性强。
所述下玻璃基层1可以为普通玻璃、超白玻璃等,为了提高透明度,在本优选实施方式中,所述下玻璃基层1为超白玻璃。进一步的,为了增加其强度,下玻璃基层1最佳的为经钢化的超白玻璃。
为了兼顾隔音隔热的效果和玻璃的厚度,所述中空铝条层5的厚度为6~20mm,最佳为12mm。
所述夜光胶片层2白天吸收太阳能,晚上发光,其厚度为0.38~1.52mm,最佳为0.76mm,夜光胶片层2是其中夜光胶片为0.38mm,和透明胶片组合后采用真空法夹层玻璃生产工艺加工成型。所述图片胶片层3不仅可以显示各种图片,还可以增强玻璃的安全性能,其厚度为0.38~1.52mm,最佳为0.76mm,图片胶片层3是其中图片胶片为0.05~0.8mm,和透明胶片组合后采用真空法夹层玻璃生产工艺加工成型。
所述low-e低辐射节能玻璃也称为低辐射镀膜玻璃,low-e低辐射节能玻璃层6的厚度可以根据要求设定,在本优选实施方式中,low-e低辐射节能玻璃层6的厚度为5~10mm,最佳为6mm。
为了兼顾生产成本,所述上玻璃基层4为普通玻璃。
当然,上面只是对本发明优选的具体实施方式作了详细描述,并非以此限制本发明的实施范围,凡依本发明的原理、构造以及结构所作的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

1.夜光安全节能环保玻璃,包括上下两层玻璃基层,其特征在于:在上下两层玻璃基层之间设有夜光胶片层(2)和图片胶片层(3),其中夜光胶片层(2)设于下玻璃基层(1)的上表面,图片胶片层(3)则设于夜光胶片层(2)的上表面;在上玻璃基层(4)的上表面设有low-e低辐射节能玻璃层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夜光安全节能环保玻璃,其特征在于:在上玻璃基层(4)和low-e低辐射节能玻璃层(6)之间设有中空铝条层(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的夜光安全节能环保玻璃,其特征在于:所述下玻璃基层(1)为超白玻璃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的夜光安全节能环保玻璃,其特征在于:所述下玻璃基层(1)为经钢化的超白玻璃。
5.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的夜光安全节能环保玻璃,其特征在于:所述中空铝条层(5)的厚度为6~20mm。
6.据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的夜光安全节能环保玻璃,其特征在于:所述夜光胶片层(2)的厚度为0.38~1.52mm,所述图片胶片层(3)的厚度为0.38~1.52mm。
7.据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的夜光安全节能环保玻璃,其特征在于:所述low-e低辐射节能玻璃层(6)的厚度为5~10mm。
8.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的夜光安全节能环保玻璃,其特征在于:所述上玻璃基层(4)为普通玻璃。
