一种脱硫雾化器喷嘴,属于环保设备。所述雾化器喷嘴由进气口、高压气室、窄出气口、浆液入口、喷嘴内孔、雾滴出口组成,窄出气口设在浆液入口处,窄出气口开口方向与喷嘴轴线的夹角为锐角,高压气流通过进气口进入高压气室后,由窄出气口高速喷出,并在喷嘴内孔的孔壁上形成高速气流层,浆液由浆液入口通过喷嘴内孔到达雾滴出口形成雾滴喷出时,浆液不与喷嘴内孔的孔壁接触,因此浆液不会对喷嘴产生磨损。本发明通过对喷嘴结构设计优化,设计出了一种具有高耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、使用寿命长的特点的雾化器喷嘴。

一种脱硫雾化器气流喷嘴
技术领域
本发明属于环保设备,具体说是一种脱硫雾化器气流喷嘴,主要应用于环保脱硫除尘以及化工行业塔设备中的喷淋和洗涤。
背景技术
炼铁厂烧结机脱硫系统的高速旋转雾化器喷射脱硫剂浆液时,浆液在离心力作用下产生极小雾滴向外抛射,形成脱硫雾化区,雾化器喷嘴被安装在高速旋转的雾化轮上,雾化器的转速为9000转/每分钟,雾化轮内的浆液从喷嘴甩出,形成雾滴,通过雾化器喷嘴的流体内含20%的固体颗粒,雾化器喷嘴易磨损严重,更换雾化器成本极高。
发明内容
鉴于现有雾化器喷嘴易磨损的问题,本发明提出了一种新型雾化器喷嘴,所述新型雾化器喷嘴内设有高压气室,高压气流通过进气口进入高压气室后,由窄出气口高速喷出,并在喷嘴内孔的孔壁上形成高速气流,浆液通过喷嘴内孔喷出形成雾滴时,不与喷嘴内孔壁接触,因此浆液不会对喷嘴产生磨损,提高了雾化器喷嘴的使用寿命。本发明通过对喷嘴结构设计优化,设计出了一种具有高耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、使用寿命长的特点的雾化器喷嘴。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明提出了一种新型雾化器喷嘴,所述雾化器喷嘴由进气口、高压气室、窄出气口、浆液入口、喷嘴内孔、雾滴出口组成,窄出气口设在浆液入口处,窄出气口3的开口方向与喷嘴内孔壁母线的夹角大于0°且小于45°,高压气流通过进气口进入高压气室后,由窄出气口高速喷出,并在喷嘴内孔的孔壁上形成高速气流层,浆液由浆液入口通过喷嘴内孔到达雾滴出口形成雾滴喷出时,浆液不与喷嘴内孔的孔壁接触,因此浆液不会对喷嘴产生磨损和腐蚀,提高了雾化器喷嘴的使用寿命。
本发明专利的有益效果是:高速旋转雾化器喷射脱硫剂浆液时,浆液与雾化器存在摩擦,使得雾化器喷嘴磨损,本发明提出了一种新型雾化器喷嘴,所述新型雾化器喷嘴可以在浆液与雾化器喷嘴的孔壁之间形成气流层,使得浆液鱼喷嘴的孔壁不接触,从浆液不会对喷嘴产生磨损和腐蚀,从而提高了雾化器喷嘴的使用寿命。

本发明提出了一种新型雾化器喷嘴,所述雾化器喷嘴由进气口1、高压气室2、窄出气口3、浆液入口4、喷嘴内孔5、雾滴出口6组成,窄出气口3设在浆液入口4处,窄出气口3的开口方向与喷嘴内孔壁母线的夹角α为锐角,且0°<α<45°,高压气流通过进气口1进入高压气室2后,由窄出气口3高速喷出,并在喷嘴内孔5的孔壁上形成高速气流层,浆液由浆液入口4通过喷嘴内孔5到达雾滴出口6形成雾滴喷出时,浆液不与喷嘴内孔5的孔壁接触,因此浆液不会对喷嘴产生磨损,提高了雾化器喷嘴的使用寿命。

1.一种脱硫雾化器气流喷嘴,所述雾化器喷嘴由进气口(1)、高压气室(2)、窄出气口(3)、浆液入口(4)、喷嘴内孔(5)、雾滴出口(6)组成,窄出气口(3)设在浆液入口(4)处,其特征在于:窄出气口(3)的开口方向与喷嘴内孔壁母线的夹角α值0°<α<45°,高压气流通过进气口(1)进入高压气室(2)后,由窄出气口(3)高速喷出,并在喷嘴内孔(5)的孔壁上形成高速气流层,浆液由浆液入口(4)通过喷嘴内孔(5)到达雾滴出口(6)形成雾滴喷出时,浆液不与喷嘴内孔(5)的孔壁接触。
