Abstract
一种PM2.5吸附剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:活性炭80-90、硅酸钠3-4、高锰酸钾0.2-0.3、菱铁矿粉末3-4、柚子皮粉1.5-2、聚丙烯酸酯乳液1-2、纳米氧化锌2-3、乳酸1-2、碳酸锶1-2、膨润土7-11、增孔剂1-2、1Mol/L氢氧化钠溶液130-150、1Mol/L氯化钙溶液140-160、水适量、助剂3-5;本发明的吸附剂吸附性好,空气净化效果好,对空气的中细菌、甲醛、PM2.5具有良好的吸附作用,通过使用纳米氧化锌,能够催化氧化甲醛等有害物质,还能够杀菌。通过使用本发明助剂,能够防止皮肤过敏,提神醒脑,提高过滤性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及吸附剂领域,尤其涉及一种PM2.5吸附剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
近几年雾霾天气越来越严重,PM2.5严重超标,雾霾中含有大量病菌和粉尘,给人们的健康带来了极大的威胁,目前的普通的口罩吸附剂基本以活性炭为主,但是活性炭对颗粒污染物的吸附和过滤效果有限,大气中各种有机废气污染物也逐渐增多,活性炭吸附剂不能分解除去这些污染物,即便吸附到口罩上,也对人体健康有影响,因此为了保障人们的身体健康,需要对口罩吸附剂进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PM2.5吸附剂及其制备方法,该吸附剂吸附性好,空气净化效果好,对空气的中细菌、甲醛、PM2.5具有良好的吸附作用,通过使用纳米氧化锌,能够催化氧化甲醛等有害物质,还能够杀菌。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种PM2.5吸附剂,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:活性炭80-90、硅酸钠3-4、高锰酸钾0.2-0.3、菱铁矿粉末3-4、柚子皮粉1.5-2、聚丙烯酸酯乳液1-2、纳米氧化锌2-3、乳酸1-2、碳酸锶1-2、膨润土7-11、增孔剂1-2、1Mol/L氢氧化钠溶液130-150、1Mol/L氯化钙溶液140-160、水适量、助剂3-5;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:葡萄籽3-4、银杏叶1-2、乙醇4-6、淀粉胶0.5-1、氢氧化铁1-2、粘土4-6、茶树精油0.4-0.7、硅酸乙酯3-4、水适量;制备方法为:将葡萄籽、银杏叶粉碎,加水和乙醇煎煮,过滤得滤饼和浆液,将滤饼烘干,与氢氧化铁、粘土混合,粉碎至180目以下,与淀粉胶、硅酸乙酯一起送入搅拌机中,加水搅拌成膏体,挤压成条,然后在炭化炉中隔绝空气加热至700-800℃,保温40-50分钟,得到炭化料,将炭化料在850-900℃下用水蒸气活化2-2.5小时,取出,均匀再喷洒茶树精油和所述浆液的混合物,烘干,粉碎成0.3mm以下的颗粒,即得。
所述PM2.5吸附剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚丙烯酸酯乳液、乳酸、菱铁矿粉末、碳酸锶、膨润土混合,加入7-9倍重量份的水,搅拌10-14小时,在70-80℃下蒸发脱水,至含水量为4-6%,在 200-250℃下煅烧1-2小时,粉碎,过100目筛,得到颗粒;
(2)将除了助剂之外其他剩余成分混合,加水,造粒,在500-600℃下焙烧30-40分钟,粉碎过30目筛,得到颗粒;
(3)将前两步得到的颗粒与助剂混合,加入1Mol/L氢氧化钠溶液,加热至95-98℃,处理1.5-2小时,洗涤,干燥;
(4)将第(3)步得到的物料加入1Mol/L氯化钙溶液中,加热至75-80℃,浸泡5-6个小时,洗涤,干燥,即得。
本发明的有益效果
本发明的吸附剂吸附性好,空气净化效果好,对空气的中细菌、甲醛、PM2.5具有良好的吸附作用,通过使用纳米氧化锌,能够催化氧化甲醛等有害物质,还能够杀菌。通过使用本发明助剂,能够防止皮肤过敏,提神醒脑,提高过滤性能。
具体实施方式
一种PM2.5吸附剂,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:活性炭85、硅酸钠3.5、高锰酸钾0.2、菱铁矿粉末3.5、柚子皮粉1.8、聚丙烯酸酯乳液1.5、纳米氧化锌2.5、乳酸1.5、碳酸锶1.5、膨润土9、增孔剂1.5、1Mol/L氢氧化钠溶液140、1Mol/L氯化钙溶液150、水适量、助剂4;
所述助剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:葡萄籽3.5、银杏叶1.5、乙醇5、淀粉胶0.8、氢氧化铁1.5、粘土5、茶树精油0.6、硅酸乙酯3.5、水适量;制备方法为:将葡萄籽、银杏叶粉碎,加水和乙醇煎煮,过滤得滤饼和浆液,将滤饼烘干,与氢氧化铁、粘土混合,粉碎至180目以下,与淀粉胶、硅酸乙酯一起送入搅拌机中,加水搅拌成膏体,挤压成条,然后在炭化炉中隔绝空气加热至750℃,保温45分钟,得到炭化料,将炭化料在880℃下用水蒸气活化2.3小时,取出,均匀再喷洒茶树精油和所述浆液的混合物,烘干,粉碎成0.3mm以下的颗粒,即得。
所述PM2.5吸附剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚丙烯酸酯乳液、乳酸、菱铁矿粉末、碳酸锶、膨润土混合,加入8倍重量份的水,搅拌12小时,在75℃下蒸发脱水,至含水量为5%,在 230℃下煅烧1.5小时,粉碎,过100目筛,得到颗粒;
(2)将除了助剂之外其他剩余成分混合,加水,造粒,在550℃下焙烧35分钟,粉碎过30目筛,得到颗粒;
(3)将前两步得到的颗粒与助剂混合,加入1Mol/L氢氧化钠溶液,加热至97℃,处理1.7小时,洗涤,干燥;
(4)将第(3)步得到的物料加入1Mol/L氯化钙溶液中,加热至77℃,浸泡5.5个小时,洗涤,干燥,即得。
试验数据
该吸附剂的比表面积为479㎡/g,对苯的饱和吸附量为0.38g/g,将该吸附剂用于无纺布口罩,对PM2.5的滤性为97.5%。
Claims (2)
1.一种PM2.5吸附剂,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:活性炭80-90、硅酸钠3-4、高锰酸钾0.2-0.3、菱铁矿粉末3-4、柚子皮粉1.5-2、聚丙烯酸酯乳液1-2、纳米氧化锌2-3、乳酸1-2、碳酸锶1-2、膨润土7-11、增孔剂1-2、1Mol/L氢氧化钠溶液130-150、1Mol/L氯化钙溶液140-160、水适量、助剂3-5;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:葡萄籽3-4、银杏叶1-2、乙醇4-6、淀粉胶0.5-1、氢氧化铁1-2、粘土4-6、茶树精油0.4-0.7、硅酸乙酯3-4、水适量;制备方法为:将葡萄籽、银杏叶粉碎,加水和乙醇煎煮,过滤得滤饼和浆液,将滤饼烘干,与氢氧化铁、粘土混合,粉碎至180目以下,与淀粉胶、硅酸乙酯一起送入搅拌机中,加水搅拌成膏体,挤压成条,然后在炭化炉中隔绝空气加热至700-800℃,保温40-50分钟,得到炭化料,将炭化料在850-900℃下用水蒸气活化2-2.5小时,取出,均匀再喷洒茶树精油和所述浆液的混合物,烘干,粉碎成0.3mm以下的颗粒,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述PM2.5吸附剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚丙烯酸酯乳液、乳酸、菱铁矿粉末、碳酸锶、膨润土混合,加入7-9倍重量份的水,搅拌10-14小时,在70-80℃下蒸发脱水,至含水量为4-6%,在 200-250℃下煅烧1-2小时,粉碎,过100目筛,得到颗粒;
(2)将除了助剂之外其他剩余成分混合,加水,造粒,在500-600℃下焙烧30-40分钟,粉碎过30目筛,得到颗粒;
(3)将前两步得到的颗粒与助剂混合,加入1Mol/L氢氧化钠溶液,加热至95-98℃,处理1.5-2小时,洗涤,干燥;
(4)将第(3)步得到的物料加入1Mol/L氯化钙溶液中,加热至75-80℃,浸泡5-6个小时,洗涤,干燥,即得。
