本发明涉及一种治疗急性淋巴结炎的中药制剂，属于中药领域。
背景技术
急性淋巴结炎多数继发于其他化脓性感染病源，由于化脓菌侵犯淋巴结所引起的局部淋巴结肿大，疼痛和压痛，初期尚可推动，到后期多个淋巴结粘连成硬块而不易推动，使表面皮肤红肿，压痛明显，严重时常有畏寒、发热、头痛等全身症状。如处理不及时可形成脓肿，因此需要早期发现早诊断，早治疗是本病的关键。
目前，对于急性淋巴结炎的治疗主要是以西医为主，西医治疗普遍采用抗生素等药物，长期服用会对人体产生较大副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗急性淋巴结炎的中药制剂，该中药制剂疗效确切、见效快、价格低廉且无毒副作用。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种治疗急性淋巴结炎的中药制剂，是由下述重量份的原料药制成：胖大海8、蒲公英8、浙贝母10、夏枯草10、牡丹皮8、忍冬藤8、草乌叶8、延胡索6、徐长卿6、瓦楞子8、川木通8、黑种子草6、薤白6、葶苈子8、桔梗6、阿胶10、淡竹叶10。
配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用。
各中药的药理作用：
胖大海：甘，寒。归肺、大肠经。功效与主治：清热润肺，利咽解毒，润肠通便。用于肺热声哑，干咳无痰，咽喉干痛，热结便闻，头痛目赤。
蒲公英：苦、甘，寒。归肝、胃经。功效与主治：清热解毒，消肿散结，利尿通淋。用于疔疮肿毒，乳痈，瘰疬，目赤，咽痛，肺痈，肠痛，湿热黄疸，热淋涩痛。
浙贝母：苦，寒。归肺、心经。功效与主治：清热散结，化痰止咳，用于风热犯肺，痰火咳嗽，肺痈，乳痛，瘰疬，疮毒。
夏枯草：辛、苦，寒。归肝、胆经。功效与主治：清火，明目，散结，消肿。用于目赤肿痛，目珠夜痛，头痛眩晕，瘰疬，瘿瘤，乳痈肿痛；甲状腺肿大，淋巴结结核，乳腺增生，高血压。
牡丹皮：苦、辛，微寒。归心、肝、肾经。功效与主治：清热凉血，活血化瘀。用于温毒发斑，吐血衄血，夜热早凉，无汗骨蒸，经闭痛经，痈肿疮毒，跌扑伤痛。
忍冬藤：甘，寒。归肺、胃经。功效与主治：清热解毒，疏风通络。用于温病发热.热毒血痢，痈肿疮疡，风湿热痹，关节红肿热痛。
草乌叶：辛、涩，平；有小毒。功效与主治：清热，解毒，止痛。用于热病发热，泄泻腹痛，头痛，牙痛。
延胡索：辛、苦，温。归肝、脾经。功效与主治：活血，利气，止痛。用于胸胁、脘腹疼痛，经闭痛经，产后瘀阻，跌扑肿痛。
徐长卿：辛，温。归肝、胃经。功效与主治：祛风化湿，止痛止痒。用于风湿痹痛，胃痛胀满，牙痛，腰痛，跌扑损伤；荨麻疹，湿疹。
瓦楞子：咸，平。归肺、胃、肝经。功效与主治：消痰化瘀，软坚散结，制酸止痛。用于顽痰积结，黏稠难咯，瘿瘤，瘰疬，癥瘕痞块，胃痛泛酸。
川木通：淡、苦，寒。归心、肺、小肠、膀胱经。功效与主治：清热利尿，通经下乳。用于水肿.淋病小便不通，关节痹痛，经闭乳少。
黑种子草：甘、辛，温。功效与主治：补肾健脑，通经，通乳，利尿。用于耳鸣健忘，经闭乳少，热淋，石淋。
薤白：辛、苦，温。归肺、胃、大肠经。功效与主治：通阳散结，行气导滞。用于胸痹疼痛，痰饮咳喘，泄痢后重。
葶苈子：辛、苦，大寒。归肺、膀胱经。功效与主治：污肺平喘，行水消肿。用于痰涎壅肺，喘咳痰多，胸胁胀满，不得平卧，胸腹水肿，小便不利；肺原性心脏病水肿。
桔梗：苦、辛，平。归肺经。功效与主治：宣肺，利咽，祛痰，排脓。用于咳嗽痰多、胸闷不畅，咽痛，音哑，肺痈吐脓，疮疡脓成不溃。
阿胶：甘，平。归肺、肝、肾经。功效与主治：补血滋阴，润燥，止血。用于血虚萎黄，眩晕心悸，肌痿无力，心烦不眠，虚风内动，肺燥咳嗽，劳嗽咯血，吐血尿血，便血崩漏，妊娠胎漏。
淡竹叶：甘、淡，寒。归心、胃、小肠经。功效与主治：清热除烦，利尿。用于热病烦渴，小便赤涩淋痛，口舌生疮。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用天然中药为原料，疗效确切，价格低廉且无毒副作用，能有效治愈急性淋巴结炎且不易复发，有效率达98％。
以下结合临床试验对本发明进一步说明。
一、临床试验
1、临床资料：2012年5月至2014年5月两年间，共观察18-62岁的急性淋巴结炎患者100例，其平均年龄为35.5岁。
2、治疗方法：其中治疗组服用本发明中药，水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，3天为1个疗程。
3、疗效判定标准：
痊愈：淋巴结肿大、疼痛、压痛，皮肤潮红、发热、脓肿等炎症症状消失，全身无阳性体征可查；
有效：症状基本消失，局部肿大的淋巴结明显缩小，无疼痛、发热等症状；
无效：临床症状及体征无明显改善。
4、治疗结果：在临床使用本发明药物，服药的100例患者，服药2个疗程后，症状明显缓解，继续服药2个疗程后，痊愈83例，有效15例，总有效率为98％。
