本发明提供了一种飞行衣用面料,其特征在于,所述面料包含织造层和涂层,所述织造层为由经纱和纬纱交织成平纹格子结构,所述组成经纱和纬纱的纤维包括尼龙纤维和三角异形丝,所述涂层为聚氨酯化合物。本发明的飞行衣用面料,经、纬纱采用尼龙纤维和三角异形丝构成,使得面料整体上抱合力强、更轻薄、断裂强度大,而且三角异形丝的反光效果和光泽度优异,在飞行中或降落后易于被发现或追踪,提高了飞行衣飞行的安全性能,加入涂层后,涂层能更好地保护织造层,使面料的抗撕裂强度大大提高,提高安全系数。

背景技术
随着科学的发展,普通人们也越来越希望自己能像小鸟一样飞上天空,普通的面料不适合做飞行衣用面料,需要有一种安全可靠的飞行衣用面料出现。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种轻薄、强度大、易于发现的飞行衣用面料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种飞行衣用面料,其特征在于,所述面料包含织造层和涂层,所述织造层为由经纱和纬纱交织成平纹格子结构,所述组成经纱和纬纱的纤维包括尼龙纤维和三角异形丝,所述涂层为聚氨酯化合物。
作为优选,所述尼龙纤维的细度为10~20D。
作为优选,所述涂层设置在面料的两面或设置在外表面,所述涂层厚度为0.5~2.5mm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的飞行衣用面料,经、纬纱采用尼龙纤维和三角异形丝构成,使得面料整体上抱合力强、更轻薄、断裂强度大,而且三角异形丝的反光效果和光泽度优异,在飞行中或降落后易于被发现或追踪,提高了飞行衣飞行的安全性能,加入涂层后,涂层能更好地保护织造层,使面料的抗撕裂强度大大提高,提高安全系数。

如图1~3所示,一种飞行衣用面料,其特征在于,所述面料包含织造层1和涂层2,所述织造层1为由经纱和纬纱交织成平纹格子结构,所述组成经纱和纬纱的纤维包括尼龙纤维3和三角异形丝4,所述涂层2为聚氨酯化合物。所述尼龙纤维3的细度为10~20D。所述涂层1设置在面料的两面或设置在外表面,所述涂层1厚度为0.5~2.5mm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的飞行衣用面料,其特征在于,所述尼龙纤维(3)的细度为10~20D。
