背景技术

发明内容
本发明的目标是提供一种改进的气管切开插管。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供上述类型的气管切开插管,其特征在于杆状物由相对较软的材料形成并且开窗区域包括用于将开窗区域加强的装置。

具体实施方式
首先参照图1至4,气管切开插管包括软的,柔性第一材料,典型地硅胶,并且具有圆截面的模制的杆状物1。插管的患者端区域2是直的并且与弯曲的中间区域3连通,该弯曲的中间区域3延伸至颈部凸缘4和传统的机器端联接件5。以可充气形式的封套15(示出为放气)的密封件围绕患者端区域2,与充气线路6连通的封套的内部沿着沿杆状物1的一侧形成的槽7延伸。充气线路通过颈部凸缘4延伸并且在其机器端由连接器和充气指示器8终止。如至此所描述的,插管是传统的。
插管杆状物1包括在使用期间位于气管气道20的中心的位置处沿曲线区域3实质上在中间形成的开窗区域10。开窗区域10具有通过杆状物1的壁的六个开口或孔11,其布置为两排,三个孔为一排,每排在杆状物的中心线的相对侧上并排地纵向延伸。将孔11远离杆状物的中心线隔开的这种方式降低了插入到插管中的抽吸导管,内窥镜等将缠绕在孔上的风险。其还降低了插入到插管中的小直径导管或工具可能无意地通过开窗孔并且可能对患者产生创伤的风险。典型地,孔11是细长形的,其圆端为约4mm长并且约2mm宽,尽管孔的数目和尺寸将根据插管的尺寸变化。孔11的总面积优选地比杆状物1的内部的横截面积大近似10%。孔11位于曲线区域3的外部或凸形外侧上,从而,在使用中,它们沿气管20面向上方,即,朝向喉部。
插管不同于传统的开窗插管之处在于,开窗孔11不是通过插管杆状物1本身的材料形成,而是如图3和4中最清楚地看到的单独的板12形成。板12是矩形的并且跨过其宽度并且沿其长度与杆状物1的相同的曲率弯曲。典型地,板的宽度12是这样的,其围绕杆状物1的约半个圆周延伸并且其长度是这样的,其沿曲线区域位于约中部沿曲线区域3的约半个长度延伸。板12由比杆状物1的主体的材料硬的第二材料形成,例如通过热塑性或热固性塑料材料模制成型。板不需要由塑性材料形成,但可以,例如由非铁金属形成。
图3示出了板12在杆状物已经模制成型后安装到杆状物1上的布置,板放置在由形成在杆状物中的矩形的凹部13提供的孔中并且被搁在围绕凹部的内部的台肩14上。图4示出了板12具有在其内侧上围绕其外围的台阶15,从而当装配到凹部13中时,板的内表面与外表面两者都形成杆状物1的内表面和外表面的平滑的,无台阶的延续。板12由此提供了开窗区域10的内表面和外表面。板12可以通过粘着剂紧固在凹部13中。可替换地,板12可以在杆状物的形成期间连接到或嵌入到杆状物中,例如由杆状物材料覆模成型。插管可以以通常的方式与传统的内插管(未示出)一起使用以当需要全部气体被限制沿插管的长度流动时阻塞开窗孔11。
板12的较硬的属性增加了开窗区域10中杆状物1的总硬度,其足以确保插管在正常使用期间在该区域中不弯曲或扭结。本发明采用了硅胶插管的优点,即,它们的柔韧性和柔软性,以保持在具有开窗区域的插管中。这尤其有利的,因为这使得使用这些更舒适和无创伤的插管的患者能够有一些说话功能或脱离机械通气。
除通过开窗11通过其形成的加强板12之外,该开窗区域可以以其它方式加强。图5和6示出了可替换的插管,其中类似于图1至4的部件给出了相同的附图标记,加上了符号“ ' ”。在该可替换的插管中,杆状物1'类似于第一相对软的,柔性材料,例如硅胶,但开窗开口11'通过杆状物材料本身形成。开窗区域10'通过第二,硬材料,诸如预先成型为开窗区域的曲率的热塑性,热固性塑料或非铁金属代替加强。该条30约1mm宽,约0.5mm厚并且约6mm长,但将要理解的是其尺寸将根据插管的规格而变化。该条30与在杆状物的曲线的外部上的两排开窗开口11'之间沿杆状物的外部纵向地延伸的通道31中的杆状物1'粘合。通道31以与条30相同的轮廓在杆状物中模制成型从而条贴合地配合在通道中并且插管具有平滑的外表面。可替换地,条可以通过在杆状物的形成期间通过覆模成型嵌入在杆状物的厚度内。

Claims (10)

1.一种气管切开插管,其具有杆状物(1,1'),所述杆状物具有患者端(2,2'),机器端(5,5')和开窗区域(10,10'),所述开窗区域在适于放置在气管(20)内的位置处沿其长度包括至少一个开口(11,11'),其特征在于,杆状物(1,1')由相对较软的材料形成并且开窗区域(10,10')包括用于加强开窗区域的装置(12,30)。

6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的插管,其特征在于,开口或每个开口(11')通过杆状物(1')的材料形成,并且开窗区域(10')包括仅沿开窗区域延伸的材料的条(30)。
