Abstract
一种智能组件柜及其用于智能变压器的监测方法,在智能组件柜内安装智能电子设备,这些电子设备包括:测量IED、冷却器控制IED、有载调压IED、油中溶解气体及微水监测IED、局部放电监测IED、光线绕组测温IED、电抗器漏磁及局部过热监测IED、电抗器铁芯饼振动监测IED、合并单元、非电量保护IED和主IED,上述IED所使用的传感器采集变压器运行、控制和可靠性状态信息以及合并单元电流信号,由智能组件对采集数据进行处理,形成整体智能化结果信息,再通过DL/T860通信协议上传给站控层网络。本发明为变压器的监测与智能控制、电网的优化运行、变压器检修策略优化提供信息支撑。提高智能组件柜与变压器本体联合试验中电子产品抗电磁干扰和耐高压能力。

[0002] 传统变电站中,与变压器配套使用的端子箱、仪表端子箱、控制柜、各在线检测柜、 智能终端柜分散布置在变压器周围,柜子个数多且散乱。柜内各装置不能满足智能变电站中站内智能设备的互操作性和互换性要求。且在线检测柜信息要通过私有协议及大量控制电缆上传给变电站后台,通信信号的抗干扰能力差,检修维护难度大,柜内各装置的运行环境不太容易得到控制和监测,存在一定的安全隐患。发明内容

[0009] 是一种用于采集宿主设备基本状态信息的IED,如变压器的测量IED,装置采用32 位高性能PPC和DSP、内部高速总线,硬件和软件均采用模块化设计,配置灵活,易于扩展和维护。由电源模块、CPU模块、智能开入模块、智能开出模块、智能操作回路模块和模拟量采集模块组成,主要采集顶层油温、油位、油压、铁芯接地电流及绕组光纤测温的4-20mA或 0-5V的直流量信号等,每路通过跳帽来决定是测电流量和电压量,当跳帽短接上时,为测电流量;当不接跳帽时,为测电压量;
[0010] 2)智能组件柜内冷却器控制IED:[〇〇11] 冷却器控制IED,采用高端ARM处理芯片的双CPU形式,主CPU通过采集测量IED采集的顶层油温、光纤绕组温度及合并单元采集的CT电流建立模型,数据模型根据DL/T860原则统一建模,通过DL/T860接入站控层网络和过程层网络。从CPU通过接受主CPU的分析数据, 给冷却器发出控制指令冷却器控制IED以事件驱动的方式报送冷却装置的运行状态,包括油栗、风机、油流继电器控制;

[0016] 采用电化学法监测变压器油中的关键气体出,(:2112,(:2114,〇)可扩展至对1120进行监测。系统装置由油气分离模块、气体传感器模块、采集模块、电源模块、通信模块等几部分组成,可实现变压器油中气体采集及数据上传。电化学法监测油中溶解气体方法符合变压器在线监测对仪器高稳定性和低维护性的要求具有优点如下:无消耗材料,无易损件;消耗材料是空气中的氧气;安装简单,无需维护;对油中故障气体反应速度快,动态测定范围大,重复性好;使用成本低;
[0017] 色谱法监测的气体包括H2、C0、CH4、C2H4、C2H2、C2H6,可扩展⑶2和H20。系统装置由油气分离模块、组分分离模块、气体传感器模块、采集模块、电源模块、通信模块等几部分组成,采用真空脱气技术,可实现变压器油中气体采集及数据上传。监测IED具有故障自检和远程维护功能,油色谱及微水监测系统进、出油管路预留法兰,能在变压器不停电条件下进行维护,且不降低变压器本身的密封性能。监测系统能承受变压器本体油压,无渗漏油现象,油气分离方式不存在将外部气体带入变压器本体的风险,且不消耗、不污染变压器绝缘油;[〇〇18] 5)智能组件柜内局部放电监测IED[〇〇19] 局部放电监测IED通过内置特高频传感器、现场监测单元、中央控制单元、高频电缆、机械附件采集局部放电信号,并根据当前放电信号强度、趋势等信息,对是否存在放电性缺陷以及严重程度做出定量评估,向监测功能组主IED发送故障几率、故障时间等结果信息;

[0021] 光纤绕组测温是在变压器绕组热点上安装温度传感光纤,通过光纤传感器的温度特性直接采集变压器热点的温度,光纤传感器有荧光光纤传感器和半导晶体光纤传感器两种;
[0022]荧光光纤传感器利用的是磷光物质的荧光衰减原理,选用四价锰离子激发的氟锗酸镁作为传感器材料,该材料具有耐高温、性能稳定等优点,磷光物质在LED光脉冲作用下会被激发,激发物质发出不同波长的衰减光,衰减光的衰减周期和磷光物质温度有对应关系,对衰减光的衰减周期进行测量后,可将衰减周期转换为温度量;[〇〇23] 半导晶体光纤传感器使用的传感材料是砷化镓(GaAs)晶体。光源发出的多重波长白光通过光纤传导到光纤末端的砷化镓晶体上,砷化镓晶体吸收部分波长的光,同时将波长不能被吸收的光反射回来;通过检测反射光的频谱,可以换算出相应的温度值。[0〇24] 光纤绕组测温IED支持以上两种原理的测温方式。在测量点数较少,小于4个点时,光纤绕组测温IH)可与变压器测量IED合并。[〇〇25] 7)智能组件柜内电抗器漏磁及局部过热监测IED,集成于测量IED,统一上传信号:
[0026] 电抗器的漏磁所占总磁通的比例远大于变压器:变压器漏磁所占总磁通的比例小于10%,而电抗器漏磁所占总磁通的比例一般为30%〜40%。随着电抗器的容量加大,该值越大,所以如何控制由漏磁引起的局部过热问题也是电抗器的难点;

[0090] 变压器智能组件柜整体是由顶盖、柜体及底座构成所属外壳体,所属外壳体内部从上往下分别设有安装支架、空调、各IED、合并单元、光纤配线架、硬压版、空调构成。如图1 所示,各IED通过站控层交换机和过程层交换机连接,柜内所有IED均接入柜内过程层交换机,实现组件柜内的信息共享。综合诊断系统位于站控层,通过站控层交换机和组件柜连接。智能组件柜内还安装有非电量保护IED和合并单元,非电量保护装置和合并单元具备点对点以太网口实现保护相关功能,需要接入过程层网络时,采用单以太网口接入柜内过程层交换机,柜内过程层交换机通过光纤以太网接入变电站内过程层网络。系统网络布置如图2所示。系统回路电流由图3所示交流回路和图4所示直流回路组成。
[0091] 本发明的智能组件柜由测量IED、冷却器控制IED、有载调压控制IED、主IED、局部放电监测IED、光纤绕组测温IED、电抗器漏磁及局部过热监测IED、电抗器铁芯饼振动监测 IED、油色谱监测IED组成,其中各IED装在智能组件柜内,能实时监测铁心接地电流、本体油温、绕组光纤温度、本体油位,同时具有实时智能风冷控制功能。变压器各智能组件采用一体化设计,将智能风冷PLC控制、油色谱监测与各IED进行一体化设计组成智能组件柜,将本体智能终端(非电量保护装置)、MU与本体三相汇控柜一体化设计。智能组件柜内各智能组件实现智能电网一体化设计原则,符合智能变电站通信规约,通过光纤模拟上传站控层数据,如变压器本体油温、油位、绕组温度、实时监测本体油中气体和微水含量,测量数据真实、可靠,能够实时反应变压器本体的运行状态,满足智能变压器各项要求。温控仓内安装有空调,用于调节设备仓内的运行温度。[〇〇92] 本发明面向对象设计,结构灵活使用,设计合理,采用就地安装的方式、减少了监测控制保护小室的占地面积,极大地节约了电缆、光缆的使用,具有良好的社会经济效益。

1.一种智能组件柜用于智能变压器的监测方法,其特征在于,在智能组件柜内安装的 智能电子设备监测方法如下:智能组件柜内测量IED:是一种用于采集宿主设备基本状态信息的变压器的测量IED,装置采用32位高性能 PPC和DSP、内部高速总线,硬件和软件均采用模块化设计,配置灵活,易于扩展和维护;由 电源模块、CPU模块、智能开入模块、智能开出模块、智能操作回路模块和模拟量采集模块 组成,主要采集变压器顶层油温、油位、油压、铁芯接地电流及绕组光纤测温的4-20mA或 0-5V的直流量信号,每路通过跳帽来决定是测电流量和电压量,当跳帽短接上时,为测电 流量;当不接跳帽时,为测电压量;智能组件柜内合并单元:多通道采集装置和合并单元功能:适用于传统互感器与数字式保护装置的连接,用于 对数字式保护装置的测试;控制多路互感器的同步采样,并将输出的数字量组合在一起,按 照IEC 61850-9所定义的以太网接口输出;智能组件柜内主IED:主IED是智能变压器组件中在线评估、多状态数据汇总的核心部件,由电源模块、 模块、通信模块组成,该设备从组件柜内部网络获取变压器的各类监测信息,根据统一格式 对各KD的监测数据进行汇总与重组,将结果按照DL/T 860通信标准上送至站控层网络,并 采用不同的标准和算法对当前数据进行判断,经过处理后,通过诊断系统调用知识库中的 数据、经验和规则,实现变压器运行状况和故障进行综合诊断;主IED同时具备客户端和服 务器功能,与柜内设备通信时,监测功能组主IED是客户端;与站控层设备通信时,监测功能 组主IED是服务器,监测功能组主IED全面支持DL/T 860定义的各项服务,根据接入的功能 IH)不同按照DL/T 860通信标准建立通信模型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能组件柜用于智能变压器的监测方法,其特征在于,所述智 能组件柜内还安装有冷却器控制IED、油中溶解气体及微水监测IED、光纤绕组测温IED和非 电量保护IED:智能组件柜内冷却器控制IED:冷却器控制IED,采用高端ARM处理芯片的双CPU形式,主CPU通过采集测量IED采集的顶 层油温、光纤绕组温度及合并单元采集的CT电流建立模型,数据模型根据DL/T860原则统一 建模,通过DL/T860接入站控层网络和过程层网络;从CPU通过接受主CPU的分析数据,给冷 却器发出控制指令,冷却器控制IED以事件驱动的方式报送冷却装置的运行状态,包括油 栗、风机、油流继电器控制;智能组件柜内油中溶解气体及微水监测IED:油中溶解气体检测方法有色谱法和电化学法两种:采用电化学法监测变压器油中的关键气体H2,C2H2,C2H4,CO扩展至对H20进行监测;系统 装置由油气分离模块、气体传感器模块、采集模块、电源模块、通信模块组成,实现变压器油 中气体采集及数据上传;电化学法监测油中溶解气体方法符合变压器在线监测对仪器高稳定性和低维护性的 要求,具有优点如下:无消耗材料,无易损件;消耗材料是空气中的氧气;安装简单,无需维 护;对油中故障气体反应速度快,动态测定范围大,重复性好;使用成本低;色谱法监测的气体包括H2、CO、CH4、C2H4、C2H2、C2H6,扩展C〇2和h2〇 ;系统装置由油气分离 模块、组分分离模块、气体传感器模块、采集模块、电源模块、通信模块组成,采用真空脱气 技术,实现变压器油中气体采集及数据上传;监测IED具有故障自检和远程维护功能,油中 溶解气体及微水监测系统进、出油管路预留法兰,能在变压器不停电条件下进行维护,且不 降低变压器本身的密封性能;监测系统能承受变压器本体油压,无渗漏油现象,油气分离方 式不存在将外部气体带入变压器本体的风险,且不消耗、不污染变压器绝缘油;智能组件柜内光纤绕组测温IED,集成于测量IED,统一上传信号:光纤绕组测温是在变压器绕组热点上安装温度传感光纤,通过光纤传感器的温度特性 直接采集变压器热点的温度,光纤传感器有荧光光纤传感器和半导晶体光纤传感器两种;荧光光纤传感器利用的是磷光物质的荧光衰减原理,选用四价锰离子激发的氟锗酸镁 作为传感器材料,该材料具有耐高温、性能稳定优点,磷光物质在LED光脉冲作用下会被激 发,激发物质发出不同波长的衰减光,衰减光的衰减周期和磷光物质温度有对应关系,对衰 减光的衰减周期进行测量后,将衰减周期转换为温度量;半导晶体光纤传感器使用的传感材料是砷化镓(GaAs)晶体;光源发出的多重波长白光 通过光纤传导到光纤末端的砷化镓晶体上,砷化镓晶体吸收部分波长的光,同时将波长不 能被吸收的光反射回来;通过检测反射光的频谱,可以换算出相应的温度值;光纤绕组测温IED支持以上两种原理的测温方式;在测量点数较少,小于4个点时,光纤 绕组测温IH)与变压器测量IED合并;智能组件柜内非电量保护IED智能终端:智能终端完成所在间隔的变压器所用油面温度过高报警、压力释放阀报警、轻瓦斯报 警、重瓦斯报警、速动油压继电器报警非电量信息采集、控制以及部分保护功能。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能组件柜用于智能变压器的监测方法,其特征在于,所述智 能组件柜内还安装有有载调压IED、局部放电监测IED、电抗器漏磁及局部过热监测IED和电 抗器铁芯饼振动监测IED;智能组件柜内有载调压IED:有载调压开关的智能控制由有载调压IED实现,由电源模块、双CHJ模块、智能开入模 块、智能开出模块、智能操作回路模块组成;通过接受合并电源的电流信号、站控层的PT信 号及通过采集有载分接开关BCD码的当前档位信号、通过建立数学模型及模拟负荷,根据设 定的调压方式及相应的调压算法,自动向有载调压开关控制器发出调节指令,有载调压IED 在就地和远方进行控制操作,并能返回位置、状态信息,有载调压IED从站控层网络或过程 层网络获取调压控制指令,向有载调压开关控制器发出调节指令,有载调压IED从有载调压 开关控制器获取档位和调压开关异常状态,如电源故障、拒动信息,并发送至站控层网络或 过程层网络;智能组件柜内局部放电监测IED局部放电监测IED通过内置特高频传感器、现场监测单元、中央控制单元、高频电缆、机 械附件采集局部放电信号,并根据当前放电信号强度、趋势信息,对是否存在放电性缺陷以 及严重程度做出定量评估,向监测功能组主IH)发送故障几率、故障时间结果信息;智能组件柜内电抗器漏磁及局部过热监测IED,集成于测量IED,统一上传信号:电抗器的漏磁所占总磁通的比例远大于变压器:变压器漏磁所占总磁通的比例小于10%,而电抗器漏磁所占总磁通的比例一般为30%〜40%;随着电抗器的容量加大,该值越大, 所以如何控制由漏磁引起的局部过热问题也是电抗器的难点;利用企业电抗器研发优势,针对电抗器可能产生局部过热的地方采用预埋光纤的方 式,对局部过热进行监测,原理与光纤测温相同,需要专门针对热点增加监测点进行监测;智能组件柜内电抗器铁芯饼振动监测IED,集成于测量IED,统一上传信号:电抗器铁芯饼振动监测IED由光纤振动加速度传感器、信号调理单元模块和数据采集 分析系统组成;数据采集分析系统用于振动信号的采集、数据分析、存储和报警功能;光纤振动加速度传感器用于振动信号的获取,信号转换单元负责把振动加速度信号转 换为数据采集分析系统能够接受的电压信号,信号调理单元模块的作用是把来自安装的传 感器上采集到的光学编码振动信号进行处理,提取出振动和系统状态信息,振动信息被处 理并经由电路传输到主机中用数字显示。
