本发明提供一种防拉断电动车锂电池壳体,包括上壳体和下壳体。所述壳体和下壳体的其中一侧均设置滑块且底部均设置凸沿部;所述上壳体和下壳体的内腔上均设置由上而下的支撑杆;每个所述支撑杆的表面均套接波纹段,所述上壳体和下壳体分别通过每个连接块与每个所述波纹段连接固定;由于在上、下壳体内设置了支撑杆可以有效提高强度且通过波纹段提供一些伸缩力,防止使用时间长后断裂。本发明的有益效果:设计合理,制作简单,增加壳体结构的强度同时保证美观性和耐用性,提高安全性能。

技术领域
   本发明涉及一种防拉断电动车锂电池壳体。
背景技术      
 电动车被越来越多的人们使用,然后作为电动车的核心传动部分的电池也逐渐被锂电池所取代,因为锂电池能量比较高,具有高储存能量密度,使用寿命长,且重量轻,绿色环保被广泛应用。
目前用于锂电池的外壳也各式各样,但是在使用的过程中发现外壳的结构强度差,使用时间长了以后就会发现壳体产生变形或断裂,使用寿命短,存在危险性。
发明内容
     本发明提供一种防拉断电动车锂电池壳体,设计合理,制作简单,增加壳体结构的强度同时保证美观性和耐用性,提高安全性能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种防拉断电动车锂电池壳体,包括上壳体和下壳体。
所述壳体和下壳体的其中一侧均设置滑块且底部均设置凸沿部;所述上壳体和下壳体的内腔上均设置由上而下的支撑杆;每个所述支撑杆的表面均套接波纹段,所述上壳体和下壳体分别通过每个连接块与每个所述波纹段连接固定;由于在上、下壳体内设置了支撑杆可以有效提高强度且通过波纹段提供一些伸缩力,防止使用时间长后断裂。
作为本发明的进一步改进在于:所述上壳体和下壳体的表面均设置加强筋。
作为本发明的进一步改进在于:每个所述滑块上均设置若干个滚珠;这样可以方便顺利插入电动车的安装槽内,节约体力。
      本发明的有益效果:设计合理,制作简单,增加壳体结构的强度同时保证美观性和耐用性,提高安全性能。

如图1 、2所示:本实施例的一种防拉断电动车锂电池壳体,包括上壳体1和下壳体2,所述上壳体1和下壳体2的表面均设置加强筋8。
其中上壳体1和下壳体2的其中一侧均设置滑块3且底部均设置凸沿部4;每个所述滑块3上均设置若干个滚珠9,这样可以方便顺利插入电动车的安装槽内,节约体力。
所述上壳体1和下壳体2的内腔上均设置由上而下的支撑杆5;每个所述支撑杆5的表面均套接波纹段6,所述上壳体1和下壳体2分别通过每个连接块7与每个所述波纹段6连接固定;由于在上、下壳体内设置了支撑杆5以有效提高强度且通过波纹段6供一些伸缩力,防止使用时间长后断裂。
本实施例的有益效果是:设计合理,制作简单,增加壳体结构的强度同时保证美观性和耐用性,提高安全性能。

1.一种防拉断电动车锂电池壳体,包括上壳体(1)和下壳体(2),其特征在于:所述上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)的其中一侧均设置滑块(3)且底部均设置凸沿部(4);所述上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)的内腔上均设置由上而下的支撑杆(5);每个所述支撑杆(5)的表面均套接波纹段(6),所述上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)分别通过每个连接块(7)与每个所述波纹段(6)连接固定。
