本发明公开了一种LED轮廓灯,包括灯管(1)和芯管(2),所述芯管(2)内设有LED控制芯板,所述灯管(1)一端设有电源适配器(3),所述电源适配器(3)与LED控制芯板通过导线连接,所述LED控制芯板上固定有若干灯珠(4),所述芯管(2)上设有凸起(5),所述凸起(5)与灯珠(4)对应设置,所述灯管(1)内设有倒刺环(6),所述倒刺环(6)与凸起(5)相适配。本发明具有结构简单、质量稳定的优点。

技术领域
   本发明涉及一种LED光源灯,具体涉及一种LED轮廓灯。
背景技术
LED轮廓灯一般采用优质超高亮LED发光二极管组成,具有耗电小,无热量,寿命长,耐冲击,可靠性高,节能环保,光衰柔和的优点,通常用于户外墙体、桥体等装饰照明,但是其灯管与芯管的相互的固定一般设计会造成结构复杂或是固定点不稳定易造成质量不稳定。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单、质量稳定的LED轮廓灯。
为解决上述问题,一种LED轮廓灯,包括灯管和芯管,所述芯管内设有LED控制芯板,所述灯管一端设有电源适配器,所述电源适配器与LED控制芯板通过导线连接,所述LED控制芯板上固定有若干灯珠,所述芯管上设有凸起,所述凸起与灯珠对应设置,所述灯管内设有倒刺环,所述倒刺环与凸起相适配。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述倒刺环为从透明软性材质的倒刺环。所述芯管两端设有固定塞,所述固定塞与灯管两端的开口相适配。所述凸起为凸起环,所述灯珠为灯珠环。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点。
由于LED控制芯板上固定有若干灯珠,所述芯管上设有凸起,所述凸起与灯珠对应设置,所述灯管内设有倒刺环,所述倒刺环与凸起相适配。凸起可以加强光源的照射效果,且可以与倒刺环想适配,在灯管内固定芯管。由于所述倒刺环为从透明软性材质的倒刺环,不会破坏芯管的外壁。由于芯管两端设有固定塞,所述固定塞与灯管两端的开口相适配保证密封效果,为了进一步加强密封效果,一般在固定塞内圈设置密封环,固定塞上设有通孔,便于导线的通过,由于凸起为凸起环,所述灯珠为灯珠环,在灯珠为环状的时候,保证整体轮廓灯的照射强度,且凸起环与它想适配,保证整体的装饰或警示效果。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步解释说明。
如图1所示,一种LED轮廓灯,包括灯管1和芯管2,所述芯管2内设有LED控制芯板,所述灯管1一端设有电源适配器3,所述电源适配器3与LED控制芯板通过导线连接,所述LED控制芯板上固定有若干灯珠4,所述芯管2上设有凸起5,所述凸起5与灯珠4对应设置,所述灯管1内设有倒刺环6,所述倒刺环6与凸起5相适配。所述倒刺环6为从透明软性材质的倒刺环。所述芯管2两端设有固定塞7,所述固定塞7与灯管1两端的开口相适配。所述凸起5为凸起环,所述灯珠为灯珠环。

1.一种LED轮廓灯,其特征在于:包括灯管(1)和芯管(2),所述芯管(2)内设有LED控制芯板,所述灯管(1)一端设有电源适配器(3),所述电源适配器(3)与LED控制芯板通过导线连接,所述LED控制芯板上固定有若干灯珠(4),所述芯管(2)上设有凸起(5),所述凸起(5)与灯珠(4)对应设置,所述灯管(1)内设有倒刺环(6),所述倒刺环(6)与凸起(5)相适配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED轮廓灯,其特征在于:所述倒刺环(6)为从透明软性材质的倒刺环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED轮廓灯,其特征在于:所述芯管(2)两端设有固定塞(7),所述固定塞(7)与灯管(1)两端的开口相适配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED轮廓灯,其特征在于:所述凸起(5)为凸起环,所述灯珠为灯珠环。
