本发明涉及灯具照明技术领域,尤其是一种节能环保的LED天花板筒灯。
背景技术
传统的天花板灯基本都采用白炽灯为光源,白炽灯不仅色度差、寿命短,而且功率大、耗能高,随着科学技术的发展,白炽灯逐渐被节能型的灯具替代,现有的节能灯绿色环保,节能效果显著,但存在响应时间慢的缺点,开启后需要等待一段时间才能逐渐变亮,使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为解决上述存在的问题,提供一种节能环保,响应时间快的LED天花板筒灯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种LED天花板筒灯,包括灯头、灯杯和灯罩,灯杯内设置有LED灯源,LED灯源由金属支架和LED灯珠组成,金属支架为具有若干个通孔的半球形结构,LED灯珠通过耐高温粘合剂固定在金属支架上。
进一步地,灯杯为铝合金材料制成,灯杯的外表面设置有散热片。
进一步地,灯罩为有机玻璃制成。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的LED天花板筒灯,采用LED灯源,节能环保,在灯杯上设置了散热片,有效地解决了长时间使用后发烫的问题,LED灯珠设置在半球形的金属支架上,增大了光照范围,获得了更均匀更高效的光源。
