一种用脚开关的高速地漏，属卫浴产品制造领域。
背景技术
现有防臭地漏有水封防臭和机械防臭等多种，优点是无需人操作即可自动排水和自动防臭，特别适用于人不在场时的水流排放。缺陷是：1、流速较慢，淋浴时地面会积水，尤其是水封防臭地漏积水更甚。2、机械防臭地漏的防臭装置位于地面以下，地漏埋设后发生故障无法修理。
发明内容
淋浴时用水量大，积水是地漏的主要矛盾，能否自动排水已是次要矛盾。本发明的任务是提供的一种无需弯腰用脚简单操作就能快速排水，排水结束后再用脚简单操作就能防臭的地漏。该地漏仅适用于排水量大人又在场的细分场合使用，显然不适用于无人在场需要排水的场合使用。
1、一种地漏，包括地漏座1和防臭盖2，所述地漏的地漏座1上设有漏入口1.1，所述漏入口设有人脚能打开或关闭的防臭盖。
2、根据发明内容1所述的一种地漏，包括地漏座1、防臭盖2，所述地漏的地漏座上有漏入口1.1和插槽1.2，所述防臭盖的边插在插槽内并和插槽成紧密滑动配合，当防臭盖滑动到漏入口一侧时将漏入口盖住防臭，当防臭盖滑动到另一侧时将漏入口打开排水，所述防臭盖的顶部设有凸起体2.1，所述凸起体高于地漏的其他部位。

具体实施方式
发明内容1所述的地漏有多种实施方式：可将防臭盖设置成一个“门”，将该“门”用弹簧铰链活动链接于漏入口的一侧，在“门”和地漏座之间设置一个弹力卡扣装置，用脚将“门”踩下盖住漏入口后卡扣装置卡住，防止“门”打开，用脚再踩一下“门”后卡扣装置解卡，“门”弹开防臭；还可设置一种类似弹簧按钮的结构防臭盖，像弹簧按钮一样，踩一下防臭盖贴紧漏入口卡住防臭，再踩一下，解开卡扣后防臭盖升起离开漏入口排水。举一反三，现有技术条件下，发明内容1所述地漏的实现方式有多种。其中结构较为简单的请见实施例1：
实施例1(见图1)：所述地漏由地漏座1、防臭盖2、外框3、箅子4组成，其特征是：所述地漏的地漏座上有漏入口1.1和插槽1.2，所述篦子设在漏入口，所述防臭盖的边和所述插槽成滑动配合地插在插槽内，所述防臭盖的顶部设有凸起体2.1，所述凸起体高于地漏的其他部位，用脚踩住凸起体可将防臭盖滑动到漏入门一侧盖住漏入口防臭，也可用脚踩住凸起体将防臭盖滑动到另一侧打开漏入口排水。
实施例1中的篦子可为防止杂物落入地漏，外框可限定防臭盖的活动范围及在埋设时防止水泥浆流入插槽，以防影响防臭盖的活动性。增加篦子和外框可使该地漏更完美，但不是必要条件，为防他人以省略这两个零件来规避本发明的保护范围，所以没有将其写入权利要求中。
本发明的显著优点是：操作简单，排水快，绝不会积水。

1.一种地漏，包括地漏座和防臭盖，其特征是：所述地漏的地漏座上设有漏入口，所述漏入口设有人脚能打开或关闭的防臭盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种地漏，包括地漏座、防臭盖，其特征是：所述地漏的地漏座上有漏入口和插槽，所述防臭盖的边插在插槽内并和插槽成紧密滑动配合，当防臭盖滑动到漏入口一侧时将漏入口盖住防臭，当防臭盖滑动到另一侧时将漏入口打开排水，所述防臭盖的顶部设有凸起体，所述凸起体高于地漏的其他部位。
