Abstract

An intermediate water-saving closestool water tank. A basin drain pipe is connected to the closestool water tank. Before the closestool is used, a time-delay valve (13) or a ping-pong valve is pressed so that tap water is supplemented when the water supply tank of the basin is not full. After the tap water is supplemented in the water tank and before the closestool is flushed, the ping-pong valve needs to be pressed again to prevent a ball float type water supplementary valve (14) from automatically supplementing tap water subsequently. The time-delay valve (13) does not need to be pressed again, and a flushing valve (17) is pressed normally when the closestool is flushed. Two flap valves are arranged at the bottom of the basin, one of the flap valves is directly connected to the drainage sewer, and the other one is communicated with the closestool water tank. The device achieves energy-saving and water-saving purposes.

  • Said water supply saving energy spring (67) in the condition of being pressed will act on delay valve (13) through stick float (66) when said saving water tank is lack of water thereby opening the delay valve, but when said saving water tank is full of water said stick float cannot open the delay valve because of the buoyance met by stick float. A water supply block device (615) locates beside the underside of said stick float in which a active triangle slider (62) fixed on the surface of stick float will conjugate with passive triangle slider (64) fixed on water supply block-iron (60) and sliding in the block-iron sheath (63) with hollowed top slot so the stick float can move upwards and force said water supply block-iron to slide into said block-iron sheath then said delay valve will be released to shut water supply within the stage of tank becoming full of any water, but when said stick float moves down and press said delay valve down to certain position forced by water supply block-iron spring (611) said water supply block-iron slides out said block-iron sheath to suppress said delay valve to being opened.
  • A flush block device (610) locates beside the nether end (613) of flush saving energy spring (65). When said saving water tank have no water the ball float (15) will fall down, without drawing of a pulley set, and that will release the nether block-iron of said flush block device forced by its spring to force the nether stop-iron (612) blocking said flush saving energy spring going down thus the flushing toilet butterfly valve cannot be opened, at the same time without drawing of another pulley set the saving energy block device (69) is in its release status in which the upper block-iron forced by its spring comes out to situate the upper stop-iron (614) in horizontal pose, while being pressed the upper end of said flush saving energy spring will get across said upper stop-iron (614) and be blocked under it, so said flush saving energy spring is being in saving energy pose.
  • At the status of saving energy pose and once said water tank being full of any water the ball float will float up and through a pulley set release said nether stop-iron (612) consequently release said flush saving energy spring which will open the flushing toilet butterfly valve, almost simultaneously, said nether end (613) of said flush saving energy spring (65) through another pulley set will draw back said upper block-iron then release said upper stop-iron (614) where the upper end of said flush saving energy spring (65) is to get across and stop there, as well as supported by the flush reset spring (61) said flush saving energy spring is to stop above said nether stop-iron (612).
  • Said flush block device (610) and said saving energy block device (69) can be substituted separately by what similar to said water supply block device (615) in which that similar to said active triangle slider (62) should be fixed on said stick float (66) or another similar one or said ball float (15) and another similar to said active triangle slider should be fixed at the nether end of flush saving energy spring.
  • The present invention can be substituted by a electric control saving water tank of closestool where the water supply valve (14) and the flushing toilet butterfly valve can be replaced by several electric control valves, with the signals of detector installed on said tank or closestool to detect anyone approaching as well as other signals necessary a micro-computer or similar one with logical programs and said signals above can realize related functions said in this invention.
  • The machine structures in the present invention can be applied to equipments or establishments of public, industry, civicism and military.

  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Herein give a detailed description for the present invention assisted with attached figures as follows.
  • 1. The System Principle
  • The water supply pipe of said saving water tank firstly connects to a delay valve or a ping-pong valve or any other on-off valve each (13) can be controlled on said tank, then the water supply pipe connects to the front (16) of water supply valve (14), namely the water supply must get through said delay valve or ping-pong valve or on-off valve before reaching the water supply valve.
  • This device can utilize the waster water of washbasin to flush a toilet, before using one press on the supply button (18) of said tank is needed to open the valve (13) and fill tank with water supply to deal with the probable case of lack of water, the supply button without function of shutting automatically must be pressed again to shut water supplying consequently, when using another press on flush button (17) is needed to flush toilet. Said tank only permit waste water to get into while in its idle period, and the surplus waste water will overflow through overflow canal of closestool tank. Only one turn-over valve is installed on the bottom of washbasin which drainpipe installed filter (12) to remove deposit of waste water connects to the saving water tank of closestool, or as is showed in FIG. 1, one turn-over valve (11) installed on the bottom of washbasin is designed to drain the waste water containing deposit to a sewer and another (11) to connect said saving water tank to flush toilet.
  • The water supply valve (14) of the ball float water supply valve set (19) is installed upside down that will close when its disc move upwards and open when its disc move downwards, the drawing pole joins said disc to the ball float (15) above. The function of ball float water supply valve set of present invention can be gained by optimizing usual one.
  • The delay valve (13) in this invention with usual technology can close water supply automatically.
  • 2. The Ping-Pong Valve 2.1 The Function and Structure of Ping-Pong Valve
  • This valve will open when be pressed firstly and close when be pressed secondly, repeatedly thus;
  • As is shown in FIGS. 2 and 4,
  • The ping-pong valve seat (24) is assembled under the upside of said valve body which forms the horizontal runner, of the slide piece (23) and can be designed as one body.
  • A gap between the cross valve pole (28) and the bottom of said upside valve body composes a ring channel of water under which the valve disc (27) supported by the reset spring (26) can isolate said ring channel assisted with water pressure when pressing said valve top repeatedly. Said reset spring is supported at the inner bottom of the downside of valve body.
  • Two on-off poles (22) which can be substituted by anyone of two locating on the cross valve pole (28) with the end section of diamond (42) or spindle (43) or other shape with two spires insert into surface runner (41) of the slide piece (23) namely the front (44) of slide piece (23). Said surface runner (41) with heart shape can Force the on-off poles to stop at its two maximal extremum points leaning to one side which corresponds with the open or close position of the valve disc (27) alternately in the process of pressing the top of ping-pong valve. Said heart shape also has two minimal extremum points which leading to another side.
  • 2.2 Optimized Ping-Pong Valve
  • the diameter of the valve disc (27) with some holes or net for passing Of water approaches the inner diameter of downside of said valve body, or several directional teeth (25) which equivalent diameter is just smaller than outer diameter of said ring channel locates on the valve disc, or several directional poles locate apeak on the cross valve pole or at the/side of the valve disc, associated with Seal ring (21) said methods each above can make the cross valve pole only to move up-downwards.
  • 2.3 The Automatic Mechanical Super-Saving Water Ping-Pong Valve
  • The optimized ping pong valve has the function that cannot be pressed downwards in the case of no water so as to forbid water supply to run out when water comes on after pause in said valve:
  • the slope piston (52) of hydraulic jack (50) locating in the valve body downside under the reset spring (26) will move downwards to permit the release spring (53) forcing the block staff (56) to back into said hydraulic jack so as to cannot block the valve cross pole forepart (54) under the valve, disc moving down when water supply comes on, said slope piston will move upwards under the force of pressure inductive spring (51) then said block staff will move out of said hydraulic jack to block said valve cross pole forepart to move downwards when there no water supply. A vent hole (55) can be made at the bottom of said hydraulic jack to release the air pressure within it.
  • Some sealed air in the cylinder of said hydraulic jack can substitute for said pressure inductive spring.
  • Said slope piston together with hydraulic jack can be designed to move or lay along horizontal direction so the slop piston will block said valve cross pole forepart instead of said block staff.
  • 3. One Press Automatic Mechanical Saving Water Tank of Closestool
  • When using, in the case of sufficient waster water in the optimized saving water tank of closestool what needs to be done is only to press the flush button (68) to flush toilet. In the case of insufficient, the water supply will fill the closestool tank then automatically flush toilet, additionally if there is no any water to supply, once any abundant water comes on it will fill said tank automatically and consequently flush toilet once automatically. The play method is to press the button on its cover only once as using as usual.
  • The flush button (68) on the top of said water tank needs only to be pressed once to complete flushing toilet action which can press down flush saving energy spring (65) and water supply saving energy spring (67) at the same time. Said flush button designed as a integral body can be substituted by two linkage buttons in which said water supply saving energy spring can be pressed down alone or along with the motion of being pressed down of said flush saving energy spring, or substituted by three linkage buttons in which said two saving energy spring can be pressed down separately or along with the motion of being pressed down of a middle button.
  • Said water supply saving energy spring (67) in the condition of being pressed will act on delay valve (13) through stick float (66) when said saving water tank is lack of water thereby opening the delay valve, but when said saving water tank is full of water said stick float cannot open the delay valve because of the buoyance met by stick float. A water supply block device (615) locates beside the underside of said stick float in which a active triangle slider (62) fixed on the surface of stick float will conjugate with passive triangle slider (64) fixed on water supply block-iron (60) and sliding in the block-iron sheath (63) with hollowed top slot so the stick float can move upwards and force said water supply block-iron to slide into said block-iron sheath then said delay valve will be released to shut water supply while said saving water tank is full of any water from lack of water, but when said stick float moves down and press said delay valve down to certain position forced by water supply block-iron spring (611) said water supply block-iron slides out said block-iron sheath to suppress said delay valve to being opened.
  • A flush block device (610) locates beside the nether end (613) of flush saving energy spring (65), when said saving water tank have no water the ball float (15) will fall down and without drawing of a pulley set etc. will release the nether block-iron of said flush block device forced by its spring to force the nether stop-iron (612) blocking said flush saving energy spring going down consequently the flushing toilet butterfly valve cannot be opened, at the same time without drawing of another pulley set etc. the saving energy block device (69) is in its release status in which the upper block-iron forced by its spring comes out to situate the upper stop-iron (614) in horizontal pose, while being pressed the upper end of said flush saving energy spring will get across said upper stop-iron (614) and be blocked under it, so said flush saving energy spring is being in saving energy state.
  • At the situation of saving energy pose and once said water tank being full of any water the ball float will float up and through a pulley set etc. release said nether stop-iron (612) consequently release said flush saving energy spring which will open the flushing toilet butterfly valve, almost simultaneously, said nether end (613) of said flush saving energy spring (65) through another pulley set etc. will draw back said upper block-iron then release said upper stop-iron (614) where the upper end of said flush saving energy spring (65) is to get across and stop there. As well as supported by the flush reset spring (61) said flush saving energy spring is to stop above said nether stop-iron (612), then said closestool tank is being on standby.
  • Said flush block device and said saving energy block device can be substituted separately by what similar to said water supply block device in which one similar to said active triangle slider should be fixed on said stick float or another similar stick float or said ball float and another similar to said active triangle slider should be fixed at the nether end of flush saving energy spring.
  • 4. Electrizationl
  • The present invention can b. substituted by a electric control saving water tank of closestool where the ball float water supply valve set and the flush toilet valve set can be replaced by several electric control valves, with the signals of detector installed on said tank or closestool to detect anyone approaching as well as other signals necessary a micro-computer or similar one with logical programs and said signal: above can realize concerned functions said in this invention, such as: when using, which needs only one press, will fill itself with water supply and flush toilet automatically when its tank water is insufficient, will fill itself with any water and flush toilet automatically upon any sufficient water comes on after lack of any water and without any water to fill, herein any water denotes water supply and or waster water.
  • THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL BENEFIT
  • The one press automatic mechanical saving water tank of closestool in company with the automatic mechanical super-saving water ping-pong valve can superbly save water by utilizing the Waste water of washbasin conveniently and forbidding faucet to be opened in case of no water supply automatically.
  • For urban or rural human wherever, the amount of waste water due to using washbasin is huge, the increase of this number will go on with the advancement of productivity and population. However, the case of no water may be unimaginable, undoubtedly, it's a ruthless mock to advanced productivity whatever. If each of whoever saves 1 ton water per month there will be an astronomical number, whenever this a resource, a comfort, a grace.

Claims (9)

1. A saving water tank of closestool, its characteristic lies in, its water supply pipe firstly connects to a delay valve or a ping-pong valve or any other on-off valve each (13) can be controlled on said tank, then the water supply pipe connects to the water supply valve (14), namely the water supply must get through said valve (13) to reach said water supply valve (14).
2. According to claim 1 said saving water tank of closestool, its characteristic lies in, Only one turn-over valve is installed on the bottom of washbasin which drainpipe installed filters (12) to remove deposit of waste water connects to said saving water tank of closestool, or two turn-over valves at least are installed on the bottom of washbasin which one connects to said saving water tank of closestool and another connects to sewer to drain the waste water containing deposit.
3. According to claim 1 said saving water tank of closestool, its characteristic lies in, the water supply valve (14) of the float water supply valve set (19) installed upside down will close when its disc move upwards and open when its disc move downwards, and its drawing pole joins said disc to a float (15).
4. A ping-pong valve installed in said saving water tank of closestool, its characteristic lies in, will open and close alternately in the process of pressing the top of said valve repeatedly;
The ping-pong valve seat (24) is assembled under the upside of said valve body which forms the horizontal runner of the slide piece (23) and can be designed as one body;
A gap between the valve cross pole (28) and the bottom of said upside valve body composes a ring channel of water under which the valve disc (27) supported by the reset spring (26) can shut said ring channel assisted with water pressure when pressing said valve top repeatedly. Two on-off poles(22) which can be replaced by anyone of those locating on the valve cross pole (28) with the end section of diamond or spindle or other shape with two spires insert into surface runner (41) of the slide piece (23). Said surface runner (41) with heart shape can force the on-off poles to stop at its two maximal extremum points leaning to one side which corresponds with the open or close position of the valve disc (27) alternately in the process of pressing the top of ping-pong valve repeatedly.
5. According to claim 4 said ping-pong valve installed in said saving water tank of closestool, its characteristic lies in, the diameter of the valve disc (27) with some holes or net for passing of water approaches the inner diameter of downside of said valve body, or several directional teeth (25) which equivalent diameter is just smaller than outer diameter of said ring channel locates on the valve disc, or several directional poles locate apeak on the valve cross pole or at the side of the valve disc, each method said above can force the valve cross pole only to move up-downwards.
6. A ping-pong valve installed in said saving water tank of closestool, its characteristic lies in, after optimized said ping-pong valve cannot be pressed downwards in case of no water which can forbid water supply to possibly run out when water comes on after pause in water pipe. The slope piston (52) of hydraulic jack (50) locating in the valve body downside under the reset spring (26) will move downwards to permit the release spring (53) forcing the block staff (56) to back into said hydraulic jack so said block staff cannot block the valve cross pole forepart (54) under the valve disc moving down when water supply comes on. Said slope piston will move upwards under the force of pressure inductive spring (51) then said block staff will move out of said hydraulic jack to block said valve cross pole forepart to move downwards when there no water supply. A vent hole (55) can be made at the bottom of said hydraulic jack to release the air pressure within it;
Some sealed air in the cylinder of said hydraulic jack can substitute for said pressure inductive spring;
Said slope piston together with said hydraulic jack can be designed to move or lay along horizontal direction.
7. According to claim 1 said saving water tank of closestool, its characteristic lies in, an optimized said saving water tank of closestool characterized as below can substitute for it:
a flush button (68) on said water tank can be pressed only once to complete flushing toilet action which can press down flush saving energy spring (65) and water supply saving energy spring (67) at the same time. Said flush button designed as one integral body can be replaced by two linkage buttons where said water supply saving energy spring can be pressed down alone or along with the motion of being pressed down of said flush saving energy spring, or replaced by three linkage buttons in which said two saving energy spring can be pressed down separately or along with the motion of being pressed down of a middle button;
Said water supply saving energy spring (67) in the condition of being pressed will act on said delay valve (13) through a stick float (66) when said saving water tank is lack of water thereby opening said delay valve, but when said saving water tank is full of water said stick float cannot open the delay valve because of the buoyance met by stick float. A water supply block device (615) locates beside the underside of said stick float in which an active triangle slider (62) fixed on the surface of stick float will conjugate with passive triangle slider (64) fixed on water supply block-iron (60) and sliding in the block-iron sheath (63) with hollowed top slot so said stick float can move upwards and force said water supply block-iron to slide into said block-iron sheath then said delay valve will be released to shut water supply in the period of tank becoming full of any water, but when said stick float moves down and press said delay valve down to certain position forced by water supply block-iron spring (611) said water supply block-iron slides out said block-iron sheath to suppress said delay valve to being opened;

At the state of saving energy pose and once said water tank being full of any water said float will float up and through a pulley set release said nether stop-iron (612) consequently release said flush saving energy spring to open the flushing toilet butterfly valve, almost simultaneously, said nether end (613) of said flush saving energy spring (65) through another pulley set will draw back said upper block-iron then release said upper stop-iron (614) where the upper end of said flush saving energy spring (65) is to get across and stop there, as well as supported by the flush reset spring (61) said flush saving energy spring is to stop above said nether stop-iron (612);
Said flush block device (610) and said saving energy block device (69) can be replaced separately by what similar to said water supply block device (615) in which one similar to said active triangle slider (62) should be fixed on said stick float (66) or another similar one or said float (15), and another similar to said active triangle slider should be fixed at the nether end of flush saving energy spring.

According to anyone of claim 1 to 7, said a saving water tank of closestool, its characteristic lies in, the present invention can be replaced by an electric control saving water tank of closestool where the float water supply valve set and the flush toilet valve set can be replaced by several electric control valves, with the signals of detector installed on said tank or closestool to detect anyone approaching as well as other signals necessary a micro-computer or similar one with logical programs or circuits and said signals above can realize the same functions as said in this invention.
9. According to anyone of claim 1 to 8 said a saving water tank of closestool, its characteristic lies in, the machine structures in the present invention can be applied to equipments or establishments of public, industry, civicism and military.
