本发明以羟基丙烯酸树脂和甘油醇酸树脂作为成膜物质,使本发明具有优异的耐候性和耐冲击性能;而含羟基氟硅助剂由于表面张力的作用,湿膜状态下会迁移到漆膜表面,在全甲醚化氨基树脂和三乙烯四胺的作用下,经干燥固化后,含羟基氟硅助剂可与羟基丙烯酸树脂、甘油醇酸树脂、全甲醚化氨基树脂、三乙烯四胺发生交联反应,在漆膜表面形成均匀覆盖的氟硅树脂层,使本发明具有极低的表面能,从而使漆膜具有较高的疏水性和自清洁特性,而且使用寿命较长,户外保光保色性好;全甲醚化氨基树脂和三乙烯四胺作为交联剂,使本发明干燥固化的时间短,干燥温度要求低,在160-180℃下烘烤10min即可完全干燥;重质碳酸钙和气相二氧化硅配合,形成防触变剂,提高了本发明的保存时间和使用寿命。
