本发明涉及一种治疗慢性附件炎的中药组合物，属于中药领域。
背景技术
慢性附件炎是妇女的常见疾病，尤其是在一些性生活紊乱及性病泛滥的国家中是最常见的疾病；在中国，近阶段以来，由于放置宫内节育器以及夜生活的开放，慢性附件炎的发病率也呈现上升趋势。患有慢性附件炎会出现与急性附件炎程度不同的腹痛，或小腹坠胀和牵扯感，时轻时重，伴有白带增多、腰疼、月经失调等症状。
目前，国内外治疗慢性附件炎的药物很多，主要以抗生素治疗为主，但治疗周期过长，且治疗效果不是很稳定，而且长期服药西药，会对身体产生较大的副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗慢性附件炎的中药组合物，该中药组合物疗效确切、见效快且无毒副作用。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种治疗慢性附件炎的中药组合物，是由下述重量份的原料药制成：王不留行10、莪术10、黑种草子6、灯盏细辛8、降香8、鸡血藤10、桃仁8、玫瑰花12、垂盆草8、蒲公英10、白鲜皮8、桑寄生8、天花粉8、紫石英10、土茯苓6、蜂房8、白术10、荔枝核6、土木香5、天南星5。
配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用。
各中药的药理作用：
王不留行：苦，平。归肝，胃经。功效与主治：活血通经，下乳消肿。用于乳汁不下，经闭，痛经，乳痈肿痛。
莪术：辛、苦，温。归肝、脾经。功效与主治：行气破血，消积止痛。用于癥瘕痞块，瘀血经闭，食积胀痛；早期宫颈癌。
黑种草子：甘、辛，温。功效与主治：补肾健脑，通经，通乳，利尿。用于耳鸣健忘，经闭乳少，热淋，石淋。
灯盏细辛：辛、微苦，温。归心、肝经。功效与主治：祛风散寒，活血通络止痛。用于风寒湿痹痛，中风瘫痪，胸痹心痛。牙痛，感冒。
降香：辛，温。归肝、脾经。功效与主治：行气活血，止痛，止血。用于脘腹疼痛，肝郁胁痛，胸痹刺痛，跌扑损伤，外伤出血。
鸡血藤：苦、甘，温。归肝、肾经。功效与主治：补血，活血，通络。用于月经不调，血虚萎黄，麻木瘫痪，风湿痹痛。
桃仁：苦、甘，平。归心、肝、大肠经。功效与主治：活血祛瘀，润肠通便。用于经闭，痛经，癥瘕痞块，跌扑损伤，肠燥便秘。
玫瑰花：甘、微苦，温。归肝、脾经。功效与主治：行气解郁，和血，止痛。用于肝胃气痛，食少呕恶，月经不调，跌扑伤痛。
垂盆草：甘、淡，凉。归肝、胆、小肠经。功效与主治：清利湿热，解毒。用于湿热黄疸，小便不利，痈肿疮疡；急、慢性肝炎。
蒲公英：苦、甘，寒。归肝、胃经。功效与主治：清热解毒，消肿散结，利尿通淋。用于疔疮肿毒，乳痈，瘰疬，目赤，咽痛，肺痈，肠痛，湿热黄疸，热淋涩痛。
白鲜皮：苦，寒。归脾、胃、膀胱经。功效与主治：清热燥湿，祛风解毒。用于湿热疮毒，黄水淋漓，湿疹，风疹，疥癣疮癞，风湿热痹，黄疽尿赤。
桑寄生：苦、甘，平。归肝、肾经。功效与主治：补肝肾，强筋骨，祛风湿，安胎元。用于风湿痹痛，腰膝酸软，筋骨无力，崩漏经多，妊娠漏血，胎动不安；高血压。
天花粉：甘、微苦，微寒。功能与主治：归肺、胃经。清热生津，消肿排脓。用于热病烦渴，肺热燥咳，内热消渴，疮疡肿毒。
紫石英：甘，温。归心。归心、肺、肾经。功效与主治：镇心安神，温肺，暖宫。用于失眠多梦，心悸易惊，肺虚咳喘，宫寒不孕。
土茯苓：甘、淡，平。归肝、胃经。功效与主治：除湿，解毒，通利关节。用于湿热淋浊，带下，痈肿，瘰病，疥癣，梅毒及汞中毒所致的肢体拘挛，筋骨疼痛。
蜂房：甘，平。归胃经。功效与主治：祛风，攻毒，杀虫，止痛。于龋齿牙痛，疮疡肿毒，乳痈，瘰疬，皮肤顽癣，鹅掌风。
白术：苦、甘，温。归脾、胃经。功效与主治：健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。用于脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸、水肿，自汗，胎动不安。土白术健脾，和胃，安胎。用于脾虚食少，泄泻便清，胎动不安。
荔枝核：甘、微苦，温。归肝、肾经。功效与主治：行气散结，祛寒止痛。用于寒疝腹痛，睾丸肿痛。
土木香：辛、苦，温。归肝、牌经。功效与主治：健脾和胃，调气解郁，止痛安胎。用于胸胁、既腹胀痛，呕吐泻痢，胸胁挫伤，岔气作痛，胎动不安。
天南星：苦、辛，温；有毒。归肺、肝、脾经。功效与主治：燥湿化痰，祛风止痉，散结消肿。用于顽痰咳嗽，风瘫眩晕，中风痰壅，口限歪斜，半身不遂；癫痫，惊风，破伤风。生用外治痈肿，蛇虫咬伤。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用天然中药为原料，疗效确切且无毒副作用，能有效治愈慢性附件炎且不易复发，有效率达98％。
以下结合临床试验对本发明进一步说明。
一、临床试验
1、临床资料：2012年6月至2014年6月两年间，共观察19-57岁的慢性附件炎患者100例，其平均年龄为34.5岁。
2、诊断依据：
(1)、下腹隐痛，腰背及骶部酸痛，常在劳累、性交后及月经前后加剧，部分有白带增多、月经过多、痛经及不孕等；
(2)、子宫常后倾，活动受限，粘连固定，一侧或双侧附件增厚，有压痛，亦可形成肿块；
(3)、B超提示附件炎。临床结合影像学诊断排除：子宫内膜异位症、陈旧性宫外孕、盆腔结核等。
3、治疗方法：其中治疗组服用本发明中药，水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，7天为1个疗程。
4、疗效判定标准：
痊愈：临床症状、体征消失，B超检查附件区无包块，停药后半年无复发；
有效：临床症状、体征基本正常，B超检查附件区包块最大直径缩小1/2以上；
无效：临床症状，体征，B超检查均无改善。
5、治疗结果：在临床使用本发明药物，服药的100例患者，服药2个疗程后，症状明显缓解，继续服药2个疗程后，痊愈82例，有效16例，总有效率为98％。
