Abstract
本发明提供一种盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液,包含下述原料:盐酸丁卡因,醋酸洗必泰,甘油,薄荷油,糖精钠。本发明还提供上述盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液的制备方法,步骤如下:(1)按比例称取盐酸丁卡因、醋酸洗必泰,加入到100℃的蒸馏水中,搅拌至溶解,放置,使其温度降至50-60℃,得到溶液1;(2)将薄荷油先与等量的吐温-80混合后再与甘油、糖精钠一起加入上步所得溶液1,搅拌至溶解,加入50-60℃的蒸馏水至规定量,混匀,即得。本发明专利的有益效果:对于准备行清醒气管插管患者,口腔内手术患者,或经口腔的其他相关操作患者,可以通过充分完善其口腔表面麻醉效果,提高患者在清醒插管过程中,手术操作或其他相关操作中的舒适度,最大程度上减少患者的痛苦。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种口腔麻醉液,尤其涉及一种盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液及其制备方法。
背景技术
临床麻醉中,对于全麻患者气管插管控制呼吸,是管理呼吸道必不可少的措施之一。但对于困难气道患者,全麻诱导后,无法暴露声门,或经盲探无法将气管导管送入声门时,将严重威胁患者生命安全。轻者取消手术,重者缺氧CO2蓄积,心跳骤停。因此,临床麻醉医生对于此类困难气管插管患者通常会选择清醒状态下气管插管。清醒状态下气管插管对于患者来说是一个及其痛苦的过程,虽然在清醒插管前麻醉医生会对患者口腔喷洒局麻药以减少插管时的不良反应,但其阻滞程度往往不全面,如何做好表面麻醉,在最大程度上减少患者的痛苦显得尤为重要。
发明内容
为达到口腔表面麻醉的最大化,提高患者在清醒插管过程中的舒适度,本发明将应用表面麻醉药品-盐酸丁卡因配制于传统漱口水中,使患者在漱口清洁口腔的同时产生口腔表面麻醉效果。
一种盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液,含有质量浓度为0.5-1.5(g/L)的盐酸丁卡因,质量浓度为0.2-1.0(g/L)醋酸洗必泰,质量浓度为5-50(g/L)的甘油,体积百分比浓度为0.01-0.25%的薄荷油,质量浓度为0.1-1.0(g/L)的糖精钠。所述盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液中含有与薄荷油等量的吐温-80。
本发明提供制备上述盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液的方法,步骤如下:(1)按比例称取盐酸丁卡因、醋酸洗必泰,加入到100℃的蒸馏水中,搅拌至溶解,放置,使其温度降至50-60℃,得到溶液1;(2)将薄荷油先与等量的吐温-80混合后再与甘油、糖精钠一起加入上步所得溶液1,搅拌至溶解,加入50-60℃的蒸馏水至规定量,混匀,即得。
对于准备行清醒气管插管患者,口腔内手术患者,或经口腔的其他相关操作患者,在其气管插管前,手术操作或其他相关操作前,给与盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液漱口,当盐酸丁卡因进入口腔后,随着液体流动,充满口腔。通过与口腔黏膜直接接触,使其更好地发挥局部麻醉作用。
既往表面麻醉采用传统的局麻喷壶对患者口腔黏膜喷洒盐酸丁卡因溶液,其麻醉效果不完善。本发明将盐酸丁卡因制成类似与漱口水液样,借助于液体的流动性,使患者在漱口清洁口腔的同时产生理想的表麻效果。
本发明专利的有益效果是:对于准备行清醒气管插管患者,口腔内手术患者,或经口腔的其他相关操作患者,可以通过充分完善其口腔表面麻醉效果,提高患者在清醒插管过程中,手术操作或其他相关操作中的舒适度,最大程度上减少患者的痛苦。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)称取0.5g盐酸丁卡因 , 0.5g醋酸洗必泰,加入到100℃的蒸馏水中,搅拌至溶解,放置,使其温度降至50-60℃,得到溶液1;
(2)将0.25ml薄荷油先与等量的吐温-80混合后再与10g甘油, 0.25g糖精钠一起加入上步所得溶液1,搅拌至溶解,加入50-60℃的蒸馏水至规定量,混匀,即得。
本发明制得的漱口水每次漱口使用量不超过20ml。
实施例2
(1)称取1.5g盐酸丁卡因 , 0.2g醋酸洗必泰,加入到100℃的蒸馏水中,搅拌至溶解,放置,使其温度降至50-60℃,得到溶液1;
(2)将0.01ml薄荷油先与等量的吐温-80混合后再与5g甘油, 0.1g糖精钠一起加入上步所得溶液1,搅拌至溶解,加入50-60℃的蒸馏水至规定量,混匀,即得。
本发明制得的漱口水每次漱口使用量不超过20ml。
实施例3
(1)称取1.5g盐酸丁卡因 ,1.0g醋酸洗必泰,加入到100℃的蒸馏水中,搅拌至溶解,放置,使其温度降至50-60℃,得到溶液1;
(2)将0.25ml薄荷油先与等量的吐温-80混合后再与50g甘油, 1.0g糖精钠一起加入上步所得溶液1,搅拌至溶解,加入50-60℃的蒸馏水至规定量,混匀,即得。
本发明制得的漱口水每次漱口使用量不超过20ml。
上述实施例中制得的漱口水可根据需要在检验合格后,加入1%胭脂红着色。
Claims (4)
1.一种盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液,其特征在于:含有质量浓度为0.5-1.5(g/L)的盐酸丁卡因,质量浓度为0.2-1.0(g/L)醋酸洗必泰,质量浓度为5-50(g/L)的甘油,体积百分比浓度为0.01-0.25%的薄荷油,质量浓度为0.1-1.0(g/L)的糖精钠。
2.如权利要求1所述的盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液,其特征在于:所述盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液中含有与薄荷油等量的吐温-80。
3.一种制备如权利要求1所述的盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液的方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:(1)按比例称取盐酸丁卡因、醋酸洗必泰,加入到100℃的蒸馏水中,搅拌至溶解,放置,使其温度降至50-60℃,得到溶液1;(2)将薄荷油先与等量的吐温-80混合后再与甘油、糖精钠一起加入上步所得溶液1,搅拌至溶解,加入50-60℃的蒸馏水至规定量,混匀,即得。
4.如权利要求3所述的盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液,其特征在于:所述盐酸丁卡因口腔麻醉液中含有与薄荷油等量的吐温-80。
