本发明公开了一种新型的快速育肥的猪舍垫料及其垫床的制备方法,由下列重量份的垫料制成:锯末70-80、玉米杆60-90、甘蔗渣60-90、石莲花4-5、刨花80-100、田园土160-190、姜皮6-10、发酵床菌种4-5、花生壳60-100、红糖5-6、人参叶100-130、松针粉10-15、火山石6-8、黄连4-5、土质调理剂40-60、水适量;本发明的垫床充分考虑了猪的习性,通过其拱食的特点添加了大量适口的饲料,以加速猪的生长,同时猪粪尿经微生物的转化也变为可食用蛋白,添加的黄连等中草药成分还具有清热解毒的功效,为了促进猪对垫料的舔食,还添加了甘蔗渣、红糖等垫料,覆盖了黄连的苦味,增加了诱食性,缩短了育肥期并增强了猪的体质。

本发明涉及一种饲养垫床技术领域,特别涉及一种新型的快速育肥的猪舍垫料及其垫床的制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国养猪业不断的扩大,猪粪尿及污水排放对环境的污染日益严重。由此开发出了垫床养殖方法,根据微生物的发酵理论,在猪舍内铺设厚垫料,饲育与粪尿处理同时进行的饲养方式,以将粪尿分解转化成对环境无污染的物质,达到对环境的“零污染”。现有技术的猪垫料一般主要是由锯末、秸秆、发酵菌混合组成,填充于猪舍垫床内,一般使用2-3年发酵完成后清理出猪舍。申请人发明的新型的猪饲养垫床,能将垫料用于树木苗圃作为绿色环保的有机肥,形成一条良性的循环经济产业链。因此,申请人对有现有的猪舍垫料进行改进,使之垫料出栏后能适合于树木苗圃的生长使用。

本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种新型的快速育肥的猪舍垫料及其垫床的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明垫床由下列重量份的垫料制成:锯末70-80、玉米杆60-90、甘蔗渣60-90、石莲花4-5、刨花80-100、田园土160-190、姜皮6-10、发酵床菌种4-5、花生壳60-100、红糖5-6、人参叶100-130、松针粉10-15、火山石6-8、黄连4-5、土质调理剂40-60、水适量;
所述土质调理剂由下列重量份的原料制成:腐植酸原粉6-8、氨基酸螯合铜4-5、氨基酸螯合锰4-5、氨基酸螯合锌4-5、氨基酸螯合钙4-5、氨基酸螯合硼4-5、氨基酸螯合镁4-5、DTPA螯合铁5-6、茶树菇菌渣6-7、玉米浆20-30、蚕蛹粉10-20、百脉根5-8、硅藻土4-5、石蜡1-2;其制备方法是将茶树菇菌渣、玉米浆、蚕蛹粉混合后加少量水,小火烧煮30-60分钟以使有机质变性而利于微生物的分解,再经过滤后除去滤液,留滤渣备用;将百脉根切成1-3cm的片段后与前面所得滤渣混合微发酵3-4天,得发酵产物;再将所得发酵产物与腐植酸原粉、氨基酸螯合铜、氨基酸螯合锰、氨基酸螯合锌、氨基酸螯合钙、氨基酸螯合硼、氨基酸螯合镁、DTPA螯合铁、硅藻土充分混合均匀,置于搅拌机中以60-80转/分搅拌20分钟后取出,置于圆盘造粒机中制成球形颗粒,再将石蜡加热至熔融后均匀包覆在球形颗粒外表面,最后将颗粒低温烘干并冷却即可。
所述垫床的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将田园土置于太阳地下曝晒,并将结块的大块敲碎,再经敲细过20-30目筛,将得到的颗粒大小均匀的田园土与土质调理剂混合均匀,并平铺于垫床底层,再用适量水将此底层垫料的表层5-10cm喷湿;
(2)将火山石研磨成粉末后均匀铺撒在底层垫料上,再将甘蔗渣、石莲花、刨花、姜皮、花生壳、红糖、松针粉、黄连全数充分混合,加入发酵床菌剂后将混合物料堆积起来进行发酵,持续4-6天后将发酵堆翻抛一次,将发酵堆的底层和表层放到中间再进行4-6天的发酵,得发酵物料;
(3)将步骤2所得发酵物料均匀的铺填在火山石粉层上;
(4)将锯末、玉米杆、人参叶以及剩余物料切碎后铺在步骤3所得发酵料上,再用水浇淋垫料使垫料含水量保持在40-60%之间,即可投入使用。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的中心思想是发明一种猪舍垫床用垫料,向其中加入大量腐殖质成分,使之能用于苗圃作为有机肥使用。
本发明的垫床充分考虑了猪的习性,通过其拱食的特点添加了大量适口的饲料,以加速猪的生长,同时猪粪尿经微生物的转化也变为可食用蛋白,添加的黄连等中草药成分还具有清热解毒的功效,为了促进猪对垫料的舔食,还添加了甘蔗渣、红糖等垫料,覆盖了黄连的苦味,增加了诱食性,缩短了育肥期并增强了猪的体质。
土质调理剂中的玉米浆、蚕蛹粉等含有大量氮素,同时利用百脉根的着生根瘤,有效增加下层土质的有机质和氮含量,配合多种氨基酸螯合元素以及猪粪尿的降解产物,得到肥力强的田园土壤,硅藻土能保持土质的疏松及保水性,待垫床吸足猪粪尿使用完成后即可直接作为种植苗圃使用,实现农业资源的循环利用。
具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的垫料制成:锯末75、玉米杆80、甘蔗渣80、石莲花4、刨花90、田园土180、姜皮8、发酵床菌种4、花生壳80、红糖5、人参叶110、松针粉12、火山石7、黄连4、土质调理剂50、水适量;
所述土质调理剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:腐植酸原粉7、氨基酸螯合铜4、氨基酸螯合锰4、氨基酸螯合锌4、氨基酸螯合钙4、氨基酸螯合硼4、氨基酸螯合镁4、DTPA螯合铁5、茶树菇菌渣6、玉米浆25、蚕蛹粉15、百脉根7、硅藻土4、石蜡2;其制备方法是将茶树菇菌渣、玉米浆、蚕蛹粉混合后加少量水,小火烧煮45分钟以使有机质变性而利于微生物的分解,再经过滤后除去滤液,留滤渣备用;将百脉根切成2cm的片段后与前面所得滤渣混合微发酵3天,得发酵产物;再将所得发酵产物与腐植酸原粉、氨基酸螯合铜、氨基酸螯合锰、氨基酸螯合锌、氨基酸螯合钙、氨基酸螯合硼、氨基酸螯合镁、DTPA螯合铁、硅藻土充分混合均匀,置于搅拌机中以70转/分搅拌20分钟后取出,置于圆盘造粒机中制成球形颗粒,再将石蜡加热至熔融后均匀包覆在球形颗粒外表面,最后将颗粒低温烘干并冷却即可。

为了进一步说明本发明的应用价值,实施人选取了80头体重接近20kg,健康无病的商品猪,随机分为对照度和实验组,每组各40头,分别在水泥地面猪舍和含有本发明垫床的猪舍中饲养,猪进入猪舍后开始自由取食,光照、饮水、通风、消毒等猪舍日常管理均一致,饲养100天后测得实验数据如下:

(1)将田园土置于太阳地下曝晒,并将结块的大块敲碎,再经敲细过20-30目筛,将得到的颗粒大小均匀的田园土与土质调理剂混合均匀,并平铺于垫床底层,再用适量水将此底层垫料的表层5-10cm喷湿;
(2)将火山石研磨成粉末后均匀铺撒在底层垫料上,再将甘蔗渣、石莲花、刨花、姜皮、花生壳、红糖、松针粉、黄连全数充分混合,加入发酵床菌剂后将混合物料堆积起来进行发酵,持续4-6天后将发酵堆翻抛一次,将发酵堆的底层和表层放到中间再进行4-6天的发酵,得发酵物料;
(3)将步骤2所得发酵物料均匀的铺填在火山石粉层上;
(4)将锯末、玉米杆、人参叶以及剩余物料切碎后铺在步骤3所得发酵料上,再用水浇淋垫料使垫料含水量保持在40-60%之间,即可投入使用。
