本发明涉及太阳能组件技术领域,尤其是一种简易太阳能电池组件接线盒。
背景技术
太阳能电池组件接线盒在太阳能组件的组成中非常重要,主要作用是将太阳能电池产生的电力与外部线路连接,接线盒通过硅胶与组件的背板粘在一起,组件内的引出线通过接线盒内的内部线路连接在一起,内部线路与外部线缆连接在一起,使组件与外部线缆导通。现有接线盒普遍由盒体和上盖组成,盒体和上盖通过螺栓连接,每次安装检修都需要将螺栓拧开,比较麻烦。
发明内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足,本发明提供了一种简易太阳能电池组件接线盒。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种简易太阳能电池组件接线盒,包括盒体和设在盒体内部的接线端子,所述盒体为上盒体和下盒体,上盒体和下盒体通过抽屉方式连接,上盒体和下盒体连接处设有圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽内设有旋转锁紧件。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,操作方便,抽取式连接紧密,安装拆卸方便快捷。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种简易太阳能电池组件接线盒,包括盒体1和设在盒体1内部的接线端子2,所述盒体1为上盒体1-1和下盒体1-2,上盒体1-1和下盒体1-2通过抽屉方式连接,上盒体1-1和下盒体1-2连接处设有圆形凹槽3,圆形凹槽3内设有旋转锁紧件4。使用时,将下盒体1-2抽出,缠绕好接线端子2后将下盒体1-2插入上盒体1-1内,旋转锁紧件4将上盒体1-1和下盒体1-2锁紧。
改进后的简易太阳能电池组件接线盒结构简单,操作方便,抽取式连接紧密,安装拆卸方便快捷。

1. 一种简易太阳能电池组件接线盒,包括盒体(1)和设在盒体(1)内部的接线端子(2),其特征是,所述盒体(1)为上盒体(1-1)和下盒体(1-2),上盒体(1-1)和下盒体(1-2)通过抽屉方式连接,上盒体(1-1)和下盒体(1-2)连接处设有圆形凹槽(3),圆形凹槽(3)内设有旋转锁紧件(4)。
