Abstract

一种线缆连接器组件,其包括第一连接器模组、与第一连接器模组相对的第二连接器模组及电性连接第一连接器模组与第二连接器模组的扁线,所述第一连接器模组包括设有收容腔的绝缘本体、收容于所述收容腔中的若干第一连接器及与所述若干第一连接器电性连接的第一印刷电路板,所述第二连接器模组内部包含一个第二印刷电路板,所述扁线一端与所述第一印刷电路板电性连接,且所述扁线的另一端与所述第二印刷电路板电性连接,本发明仅需一个与主机内部印刷电路板上的板端连接器对接的电连接器,且通过使用扁线取代传统的圆线实现了扁线与第一印刷电路板及第二印刷电路板的快速焊接,从而不需要繁杂的理线工作,提高了工作效率且降低了产品生产成本。

线缆连接器组件
【技术领域】
本发明是有关一种线缆连接器组件,尤指一种应用于机箱内部的线缆连接器组件。
【背景技术】
伴随着电气设备小型化、多功能化的发展趋势,对电连接器的要求与日剧增,其不仅需具有较强的信号传输功能,更需具有结构小型化、简单化及方便使用等特点。目前,通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus;USB)接口与语音接口(Audio Jack)等已成为常用的输入/输出接口,通常安装在计算机机壳面板上,用来连接计算机与周边设备。
一般情况下,通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus;USB)接口与语音接口(Audio Jack)等连接器通常整合于线缆连接器组件的一端并安装于主机面板上,且使各连接器的插口对应露出电脑主机面板外,而线缆连接器组件的另一端则有若干与主机内部印刷电路板上的板端连接器对接的电连接器。对现有的线缆连接器组件来说,通常情况下,将其两端的电连接器相电性连接在一起的为若干圆线,为避免各圆线互相缠绕在一起,需要通过理线来实现上述目的,从而增加了理线的成本且圆线本身需要占据较大的空间。同时各圆线与其对应的连接器需要一一对应焊接,降低了焊接的效率。
因此,确有必要提供一种线缆连接器组件以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种不需要理线且可以实现快速焊接的线缆连接器组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种线缆连接器组件,其包括第一连接器模组、与第一连接器模组相对的第二连接器模组及电性连接第一连接器模组与第二连接器模组的扁线,所述第一连接器模组包括设有收容腔的绝缘本体、收容于所述收容腔中的若干第一连接器、与所述若干第一连接器电性连接的第一印刷电路板及遮蔽于绝缘本体外围的金属遮蔽壳体,所述第二连接器模组内部包含一个第二印刷电路板,所述扁线与所述第一印刷电路板电性连接,且所述扁线的另一端与所述第二印刷电路板电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明仅需一个与主机内部印刷电路板上的板端连接器对接的电连接器,且通过使用扁线取代传统的圆线实现了扁线与第一印刷电路板及第二印刷电路板的快速焊接,从而不需要繁杂的理线工作,提高了工作效率且降低了产品生产成本。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图6所示,本发明线缆连接器组件100包括安装于电脑机箱面板上的第一连接器模组7(Front I/O)﹑与第一连接器模组7相对的第二连接器模组4及电性连接第一连接器模组7与第二连接器模组4的扁线2。
请参照图1至图4所示,第一连接器模组7包括设有若干横向排列的收容腔的绝缘本体5﹑收容于所述收容腔中的若干第一连接器3﹑与若干第一连接器3电性连接的第一印刷电路板1及遮蔽于绝缘本体5外围的金属遮蔽壳体6。
请参照图3至图5所示,所述绝缘本体5包括第一盖体51、与第一盖体51组装在一起的第二盖体52。第一盖体51包括后壁511、侧壁512及上壁517。后壁511及侧壁512上设有导引槽515,导引槽515底面上设有凸块516。上壁517上左右两端设有卡持槽5171,且上壁517中间部分向下凹陷形成第一凹陷部。自上壁517向下形成若干隔墙513,相邻两隔墙513之间形成收容腔514以收容一个第一连接器3。第二盖体52包括一下壁520,自下壁520向上延伸出四周侧壁,自四周侧壁向上延伸形成若干扣持件521,该扣持件521收容于第一盖体51上的导引槽515且卡扣于导引槽515底面的凸块516。下壁520的外表面上左右两端设有两个卡持槽522。
请参照图2所示,若干第一连接器3包括沿左右方向排列的两个USB 2.0连接器33、两个USB 3.0连接器31及沿上下方向排列的两个音频插座连接器32。两个沿左右方向排列的USB 2.0连接器33位于左端,两个沿上下方向排列的音频插座连接器32位于右端,两个沿左右方向排列的USB 3.0连接器31位于USB 2.0连接器33与音频插座连接器32之间。
请参照图2至图6所示,第一印刷电路板1大致呈L形,若干第一连接器3焊接于所述第一印刷电路板1上,所述印刷电路板1后表面上设有横向排列的若干导电片11。
请参照图1至图5所示,所述金属遮蔽壳体6大致呈长方体状,其包括下壁61﹑侧壁62﹑前壁63及上壁64,下壁61及上壁64上分别设有若干向内弯折延伸的以分别卡持于绝缘本体5上的卡持槽522﹑5171的弹片611。前壁63上设有沿左右方向排列的4个矩形孔631及两个沿上下方向排列的孔632以分别让第一连接器3的两个USB 2.0连接器33、两个USB 3.0连接器31及沿上下方向排列的两个音频插座连接器32的前端穿过,上壁64中间部分向下凹陷形成第二凹陷部,上壁64贴于绝缘本体5的上表面。
请参照图1至图5所示,所述第二连接器模组4为一个Mini SAS连接器,且该连接器内部包含一第二印刷电路板41,所述第二印刷电路板41的阻抗为98欧姆。所述扁线2后端导体22与第二连接器模组4内的第二印刷电路板41相焊接以实现电性连接。
请参照图2及图4所示,扁线2为扁平结构。扁线2后端剥离部分绝缘外被以露出后端导体22,扁线2前端亦剥离部分绝缘外被以露出前端导体21,前端导体21对应收容并焊接于第一印刷电路板1后表面上的若干导电片11内,后端导体22对应焊接于第二连接器模组4内的第二印刷电路板41。
请参照图1至图6所示,本发明线缆连接器组件100组装时,首先,将若干第一连接器3的两个USB 2.0连接器33、两个USB 3.0连接器31及沿上下方向排列的两个音频插座连接器32焊接于所述第一印刷电路板1上。其次,将扁线2前端导体21对应焊接于第一印刷电路板1后表面上的若干导电片11,且其后端导体22焊接于第二连接器模组4上的第二印刷电路板41。然后,将若干第一连接器3及第一印刷电路板1放置于第一盖体51中,其中沿左右方向排列的两个USB 2.0连接器33及两个USB 3.0连接器31对应放入第一盖体51中的收容腔514中,两个沿上下方向排列的音频插座连接器32放入第一盖体51中剩下的收容腔514中。然后,将第二盖体52组装于第一盖体51上。所述第二盖体52上的扣持件521对应收容于第一盖体51上的导引槽515且卡扣于导引槽515底面上的凸块516。然后,将金属遮蔽壳体6自前向后包覆在组装在一起后的绝缘本体5的外围,此时,金属遮蔽壳体6的上壁64上的弹片611卡扣于第一盖体51上的卡扣槽5171,同时下壁6上的弹片611卡扣于第二盖体52上的卡扣槽522。最后将扁线2的后端导体22焊接于第二连接器模组4的第二印刷电路板41上。
通过上述组装步骤,线缆连接器组件100组装完成,本发明仅需一个与主机内部印刷电路板上的板端连接器对接的电连接器,且通过使用扁线取代传统的圆线实现了扁线与第一印刷电路板及第二印刷电路板的快速焊接,从而不需要繁杂的理线工作,提高了工作效率且降低了产品生产成本。

Claims (10)

1.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括第一连接器模组、与第一连接器模组相对的第二连接器模组及电性连接第一连接器模组与第二连接器模组的扁线,所述第一连接器模组包括设有收容腔的绝缘本体、收容于所述收容腔中的若干第一连接器、与所述若干第一连接器电性连接的第一印刷电路板及遮蔽于绝缘本体外围的金属遮蔽壳体,所述第二连接器模组内部包含一个第二印刷电路板,其特征在于:所述扁线一端与所述第一印刷电路板电性连接,且所述扁线的另一端与所述第二印刷电路板电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述若干第一连接器包括沿左右方向排列的两个USB 2.0连接器、两个USB 3.0连接器及沿上下方向排列的两个音频插座连接器。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一印刷电路板后表面上设有横向排列的若干导电片,所述扁线一端的导体自由端焊接于所述导电片上。
4.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第二连接器模组为一个Mini SAS连接器。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第二连接器模组内部的第二印刷电路板的阻抗为98欧姆。
6.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括第一盖体及与第一盖体组装在一起的第二盖体,所述第一盖体上设有若干隔墙,所述隔墙之间形成收容腔。
7.如权利要求6所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一盖体侧壁上设有若干导引槽,所述导引槽底面设有凸起的凸块,所述第二盖体侧壁向上延伸出若干扣持件,所述扣持件收容于第一盖体侧壁上的导引槽且卡扣于导引槽底面上的凸块。
8.如权利要求7所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一盖体上壁及第二盖体下壁设有若干卡持槽,所述金属遮蔽壳体下壁及上壁上分别设有若干向内弯折延伸的弹片,所述弹片卡持于所述第一盖体及第二盖体上的卡持槽。
9.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述金属遮蔽壳体前壁上设有沿左右方向排列的4个矩形孔及两个沿上下方向排列的孔以分别让第一连接器的两个USB 2.0连接器、两个USB 3.0连接器及沿上下方向排列的两个音频插座连接器的前端穿过。
10.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体上壁中间部分向下凹陷形成第一凹陷部,所述金属遮蔽壳体上壁中间部分向下凹陷形成第二凹陷部。
