Abstract
本发明公开了一种镀锌钢板表面彩虹钝化膜制备工艺,该工艺采用的处理液的组成为:硝酸铬33-37g/L,硝酸镍13-17g/L,硫酸铜6-8g/L,氯化钾12-14g/L,磷酸二氢钠6-8g/L,柠檬酸钠5-7g/L,酒石酸14-16g/L,植酸8-10g/L,硫脲0.2-0.4g/L,余量为水;所述工艺为:配制具有上述组成的处理液,置于钝化槽中,使其温度为25-35℃,pH值为3-4,镀锌钢板镀锌后经过酸洗出光处理,然后浸渍于钝化槽中,钝化时间为30-40秒,出钝化槽清水冲洗,并用热风吹干。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种镀锌钢板表面彩虹钝化膜制备工艺。
背景技术
镀锌层广泛应用于钢铁零件的防护性镀层,但其化学性质活泼很容易被氧化,因此必须对其进行钝化处理。传统的六价铬钝化工艺成熟、价格低廉,但对环境污染严重,是有毒的致癌物质,它的毒性是三价铬的100倍。六价铬为吞入性毒物/吸入性极毒物,皮肤接触可能导致敏感;更可能造成遗传性基因缺陷,吸入可能致癌,对环境有持久危险性。过量的(超过10ppm)六价铬对水生物有致死作用。所以欧盟ROHS指令中明文规定,六价铬含量不能超过0.1%
(1000PPM,1PPM的含义:百万分之一);指令同时规范的电机电子设备中不得含有六价铬。中华人民共和国信息产业部,中华人民共和国国家发展和改革委员会,中华人民共和国商务部,中华人民共和国海关总署,中华人民共和国国家工商行政管理总局,中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局,中华人民共和国国家环境保护总局联合会签的《电子信息产品污染控制管理方法》(第39号)也明确要求自2008年7月后所有电子产品中禁用六价铬。
而传统电镀钝化都采用的是六价铬钝化,开发新的环保型钝化技术已迫在眉睫。但当前国内仅有几家大学和科研机构开始研究,没有成熟的工艺配方。市场上也只有几家国内公司代理国外环保钝化剂,成本高且操作条件苛刻(ph值:1.8-2.0时间:60s温度:60℃)不能满足大规模工业生产需要。因此,研究替代六价铬的彩虹钝化膜制备工艺迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种镀锌钢板表面彩虹钝化膜制备工艺,该工艺采用的钝化膜处理液通过对组份的调整,不使用六价铬,使得制备的钝化膜呈彩虹色,且耐腐蚀性好。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种镀锌钢板表面彩虹钝化膜制备工艺,该工艺采用的处理液的组成为:硝酸铬33-37g/L,硝酸镍13-17g/L,硫酸铜6-8g/L,氯化钾12-14g/L,磷酸二氢钠6-8g/L,柠檬酸钠5-7g/L,酒石酸14-16g/L,植酸8-10g/L,硫脲0.2-0.4g/L,余量为水;所述工艺为:配制具有上述组成的处理液,置于钝化槽中,使其温度为25-35℃,pH值为3-4,镀锌钢板镀锌后经过酸洗出光处理,然后浸渍于钝化槽中,钝化时间为30-40秒,出钝化槽清水冲洗,并用热风吹干。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的处理液通过对组份的调整,不使用六价铬,以三价铬为成膜剂,避免了六价铬的环境污染问题,通过加入其它金属离子,使得制备的钝化膜呈彩虹色,并且通过组份含量的调整,使得钝化膜的耐腐蚀性优异。

实施例一
一种镀锌钢板表面彩虹钝化膜制备工艺,该工艺采用的处理液的组成为:硝酸铬33g/L,硝酸镍17g/L,硫酸铜6g/L,氯化钾14g/L,磷酸二氢钠6g/L,柠檬酸钠7g/L,酒石酸14g/L,植酸10g/L,硫脲0.2g/L,余量为水;所述工艺为:配制具有上述组成的处理液,置于钝化槽中,使其温度为25℃,pH值为4,镀锌钢板镀锌后经过酸洗出光处理,然后浸渍于钝化槽中,钝化时间为30秒,出钝化槽清水冲洗,并用热风吹干。
实施例二
一种镀锌钢板表面彩虹钝化膜制备工艺,该工艺采用的处理液的组成为:硝酸铬37g/L,硝酸镍13g/L,硫酸铜8g/L,氯化钾12g/L,磷酸二氢钠8g/L,柠檬酸钠5g/L,酒石酸16g/L,植酸8g/L,硫脲0.4g/L,余量为水;所述工艺为:配制具有上述组成的处理液,置于钝化槽中,使其温度为35℃,pH值为3,镀锌钢板镀锌后经过酸洗出光处理,然后浸渍于钝化槽中,钝化时间为40秒,出钝化槽清水冲洗,并用热风吹干。
实施例三
一种镀锌钢板表面彩虹钝化膜制备工艺,该工艺采用的处理液的组成为:硝酸铬35g/L,硝酸镍15g/L,硫酸铜7g/L,氯化钾13g/L,磷酸二氢钠7g/L,柠檬酸钠6g/L,酒石酸15g/L,植酸9g/L,硫脲0.3g/L,余量为水;所述工艺为:配制具有上述组成的处理液,置于钝化槽中,使其温度为30℃,pH值为3.5,镀锌钢板镀锌后经过酸洗出光处理,然后浸渍于钝化槽中,钝化时间为35秒,出钝化槽清水冲洗,并用热风吹干。
