Abstract

本发明公开了一种高力学性能喷涂弹性体,包括以重量比计为1∶1.6~2.3的甲组份和乙组份,其中以重量百分比计甲组份的组成配比为:端羟基聚醚或是端胺基聚醚19~26%,异佛尔酮多异氰酸酯12~23%,HDI缩二脲多异氰酸酯23~37%,溶剂26~40%,乙组份的组成配比为:脂肪族异氰酸酯11~20%,端氨基聚醚13~22%,脂肪族扩链剂9~17%,聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂10~20%及其他添加剂。本发明的面漆的成膜效率高,拉伸强度大,断裂伸长率也高;同时粘结强度和耐老化性能也明显提高,并且在紫外光照射下具有优异的保色性,可作为面漆材料长期使用。

高力学性能喷涂弹性体
技术领域
本发明涉及防护涂层面漆领域,具体涉及一种具有高力学性能喷涂弹性体。
背景技术
涂层面漆的品种虽然很多,但就其组成而言,即:主要成膜物质、次要成膜物质和辅助成膜物质。油料和树脂是主要的成膜物质,叫做固着剂,即胶黏剂,是涂层面漆的基础,他们可生成牢固附着在材料表面的漆膜;颜色是次要的成膜物质,他可以赋予涂层面漆一定的颜色和遮盖力,增加图层的厚度,提高涂层面漆耐磨、耐热、耐蚀等性能;溶剂、稀释剂及其他辅助材料是辅助成膜物质,有助于涂层面漆的覆盖和改善性能。一般认为涂层面漆基于屏蔽作用、缓蚀作用和电化学保护作用三个方面对材料起到保护作用。
但是现有的涂层面漆存在物理力学性能不是很理想,屏蔽作用、缓蚀作用和电化学保护作用都很差,同时不能与芳香族聚脲相匹配,表现在拉伸强度和断裂伸长率上都偏低,达不到应用的要求。
发明内容
针对结晶型防水材料由于技术缺陷导致力学性能和保色效果差,成膜速度慢等问题,本发明提供了一种高力学性能喷涂弹性体,通过聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂与异氰酸酯基团进行反应及端羟基聚醚或是端胺基聚醚与脂肪族异氰酸酯反应,有效解决脂肪族聚脲机械力学性能差和粘接不牢固的问题,本发明具有优异的物理力学性能,高粘连性,并且在紫外光照射下具有优异的保色性,可作为面漆材料长期使用。

优选的是,所述的脂肪族异氰酸酯选自异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
优选的是,所述的端羟基聚醚选自聚乙二醇醚、聚丙二醇醚、聚丙三醇醚、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、聚己内酯二醇中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
优选的是,所述的甲组分的端胺基聚醚选自JEFFAMINE T-5000,JEFFAMINE D-2000,JEFFAMINE D-400中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
优选的是,所述的乙组分的端氨基聚醚选自JEFFAMINE D-400、JEFFAMINE D-230、JEFFAMINE T-403、JEFFAMINED-2000、JEFFAMINE T-5000中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
优选的是,所述的乙组分的脂肪族扩链剂选自异佛尔酮二胺、N,N`-双仲戊基环己烷二胺、聚醚二胺JEFFAMINEHK-511、JEFFLINK 754中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
优选的是,所述的乙组分中助剂为润湿分散剂和/或消泡剂;所述颜填料为钛白粉。
优选的是,所述的溶剂选自醋酸乙酯、丙二醇醚甲醚醋酸酯、醋酸丁酯、丙酮、环己酮、二甲苯、高沸点芳香烃或其混合物。
本发明的通过聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂与异氰酸酯基团进行反应及端羟基聚醚或是端胺基聚醚与脂肪族异氰酸酯反应,使得面漆的成膜效率高,拉伸强度大,断裂伸长率也高;同时粘结强度和耐老化性能也明显提高,并且在紫外光照射下具有优异的保色性,可作为面漆材料长期使用。

实施例1
本发明提供的高力学性能喷涂弹性体,包括以重量比计为1∶1.5的甲组份和乙组份,其中以重量百分比计
甲组份的组成配比为:
端羟基聚醚或是端胺基聚醚20%,
异佛尔酮多异氰酸酯20%,
HDI缩二脲多异氰酸酯30%,
溶剂30%,
乙组份的组成配比为:
脂肪族异氰酸酯15%,
端氨基聚醚15%,
脂肪族扩链剂15%,
聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂20%,
颜填料15%,
助剂3%,
溶剂17%。
实施例2
本发明提供的高力学性能喷涂弹性体,包括以重量比计为1∶1.5的甲组份和乙组份,其中以重量百分比计
甲组份的组成配比为:

实施例3
本发明提供的高力学性能喷涂弹性体,包括以重量比计为1∶1.5的甲组份和乙组份,其中以重量百分比计

异佛尔酮多异氰酸酯19%,
HDI缩二脲多异氰酸酯32%,
溶剂28%,
乙组份的组成配比为:
脂肪族异氰酸酯14%,
端氨基聚醚16%,
脂肪族扩链剂15%,
聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂19%,
颜填料15%,
助剂4%,
溶剂17%。
本产品参照上述比例制备,先将甲组份置于无重力混合搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌30分钟使之混合均匀,包装为甲组份;将乙组份置于无重力混合搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌30分钟使之混合均匀,包装为乙组份;
使用时将甲、乙两个组分按照1∶1.5的重量比混合,然后置于无重力混合搅拌机进行搅拌,让其进行充分混合,并待其反应100分钟。利用高压喷涂设备,将充分反应后的产品进行加压、升温,通过喷枪喷到底材上,待面漆固化成膜后,在标准条件下养护,测试性能如下:
实施例1-3中的高力学性能喷涂弹性体的试验结果如下表所示:
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

端羟基聚醚或是端胺基聚醚21%,
异佛尔酮多异氰酸酯19%,
HDI缩二脲多异氰酸酯32%,
溶剂28%,
乙组份的组成配比为:
脂肪族异氰酸酯14%,
端氨基聚醚16%,
脂肪族扩链剂15%,
聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂19%,
颜填料15%,
助剂4%,
溶剂17%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高力学性能喷涂弹性体,其特征在于,所述的脂肪族异氰酸酯选自异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高力学性能喷涂弹性体,其特征在于,所述的端羟基聚醚选自聚乙二醇醚、聚丙二醇醚、聚丙三醇醚、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、聚己内酯二醇中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高力学性能喷涂弹性体,其特征在于,所述的甲组分的端胺基聚醚选自JEFFAMINE T-5000,JEFFAMINE D-2000,JEFFAMINE D-400中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高力学性能喷涂弹性体,其特征在于,所述的乙组分的端氨基聚醚选自JEFFAMINE D-400、JEFFAMINE D-230、JEFFAMINE T-403、JEFFAMINED-2000、JEFFAMINE T-5000中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高力学性能喷涂弹性体,其特征在于,所述的乙组分的脂肪族扩链剂选自异佛尔酮二胺、N,N′-双仲戊基环己烷二胺、聚醚二胺JEFFAMINEHK-511、JEFFLINK 754中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高力学性能喷涂弹性体,其特征在于,所述的乙组分中助剂为润湿分散剂和/或消泡剂;所述颜填料为钛白粉。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高力学性能喷涂弹性体,其特征在于,所述的溶剂选自醋酸乙酯、丙二醇醚甲醚醋酸酯、醋酸丁酯、丙酮、环己酮、二甲苯、高沸点芳香烃或其混合物。
