本发明公开了加强型起重机卷筒,包括有卷筒,卷筒外壁上开有绳槽,卷筒两端分别安装有左螺旋轴、右螺旋轴,左螺旋轴与右螺旋轴之间连接有双头螺纹套筒,双头螺纹套筒通过加强支撑板安装于卷筒内,卷筒两端分别安装有左支撑板、右支撑板,双头螺纹套筒与加强支撑板之间设有轴承。本发明具有自重轻,轮压轻,结构小巧,能耗较低,卷筒的整体强度和承载能力进一步提升。具有结构轻巧、抗疲劳能力强等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动葫芦领域,具体属于加强型起重机卷筒。
背景技术
传统的起重机主要由起升机构、桥架、运行机构、电气控制系统等主要部件组成。其存在的缺陷如下:电动葫芦的吊钩至墙面的极限距离最小,净空高度最低,起重机更能贴近前面作业,起升高度更高,起重机的卷筒整体强度不够。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种加强型起重机卷筒,具有自重轻,轮压轻,结构小巧,能耗较低,卷筒的整体强度和承载能力进一步提升。
本发明的技术方案如下:
加强型起重机卷筒,包括有卷筒,卷筒外壁上开有绳槽,卷筒两端分别安装有左螺旋轴、右螺旋轴,左螺旋轴与右螺旋轴之间连接有双头螺纹套筒,双头螺纹套筒通过加强支撑板安装于卷筒内,卷筒两端分别安装有左支撑板、右支撑板,双头螺纹套筒与加强支撑板之间设有轴承。
所述的右支撑板由两个支撑板构成。
本发明采用双头螺纹形式实现支撑轴的拧紧和放松,具有自重轻,轮压轻,结构小巧,能耗较低,卷筒的整体强度和承载能力进一步提升。具有结构轻巧、抗疲劳能力强等特点。

参见附图,加强型起重机卷筒,包括有卷筒1,卷筒1外壁上开有绳槽2,卷筒1两端分别安装有左螺旋轴3、右螺旋轴4,左螺旋轴3与右螺旋轴4之间连接有双头螺纹套筒5,双头螺纹套筒5通过加强支撑板6安装于卷筒1内,卷筒1两端分别安装有左支撑板7、右支撑板8,双头螺纹套筒5与加强支撑板6之间设有轴承9,右支撑板8由两个支撑板构成。

1.加强型起重机卷筒,包括有卷筒,其特征在于,卷筒外壁上开有绳槽,卷筒两端分别安装有左螺旋轴、右螺旋轴,左螺旋轴与右螺旋轴之间连接有双头螺纹套筒,双头螺纹套筒通过加强支撑板安装于卷筒内,卷筒两端分别安装有左支撑板、右支撑板,双头螺纹套筒与加强支撑板之间设有轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加强型起重机卷筒,其特征在于,所述的右支撑板由两个支撑板构成。
