Abstract
本发明公开了一种透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,其由65~85wt%的聚乙烯、31~14wt%的茂金属聚乙烯和1~4wt%的抗静电剂经三层共挤吹塑机吹塑而成。本发明的透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,添加一定量抗静电剂后,不会影响薄膜的爽滑性和透明性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,涉及一种透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜。
背景技术
聚乙烯是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。在工业上,它也包括乙烯与少量烯烃的共聚物。聚乙烯占世界聚烯烃消费量的70%,占热塑性通用塑料消费量的44%。聚乙烯基本分为三大类,即低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)。
静电现象是在聚合物材料的生产和应用中常常遇到并且需要解决的问题。一般来说,分子中含有极性基团较多的材料容易带正电,极性小的聚合物容易带负电。软包装行业常用的PE薄膜属非极性材料,其表面电阻较大,表面积累的负电荷不容易排出,使得其实际应用受到一定程度的限制。
常用抗静电处理方法有:通过接枝共聚方法使聚合物带上较多的极性基团或离子基团;在制品中添加抗静电剂或者涂覆于制品表面等。通常用电荷的半衰期与表面电阻两种方法表征薄膜制品的抗静电性能。电荷半衰期越短或者表面电阻越小,制品抗静电的能力就越强。例如,在采用薄膜包装粉末状商品时,常常因为热封合面的静电吸尘,导致封合强度大幅度下降。在储存、运输过程中,这成为引起商品包装严重破损重要原因。抗静电薄膜往往是高速包装生产线的得以顺利运行的基本条件之一。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,其由65~85wt%的聚乙烯、31~14wt%的茂金属聚乙烯和1~4wt%的抗静电剂经三层共挤吹塑机吹塑而成。
优选的,所述的透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,由70~80wt%的聚乙烯、27~18wt%的茂金属聚乙烯和2~3wt%的抗静电剂经三层共挤吹塑机吹塑而成。
优选的,所述的聚乙烯为HDPE、LDPE和LLDPE中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述的聚乙烯为LDPE和LLDPE的混合物。
优选的,所述的三层共挤吹塑机加工条件为模头温度150~155℃,各加工区域及加工区域和流道的温度为135~140℃。
本发明的透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,添加一定量抗静电剂后,不会影响薄膜的爽滑性和透明性。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本发明的透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,其由65wt%的聚乙烯、31wt%的茂金属聚乙烯和4wt%的抗静电剂经三层共挤吹塑机吹塑而成。
其中,聚乙烯为HDPE;三层共挤吹塑机加工条件为模头温度150~155℃,各加工区域及加工区域和流道的温度为135~140℃。
实施例2
本发明的透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,其由85wt%的聚乙烯、14wt%的茂金属聚乙烯和1wt%的抗静电剂经三层共挤吹塑机吹塑而成。
其中,聚乙烯为LLDPE;三层共挤吹塑机加工条件为模头温度150~155℃,各加工区域及加工区域和流道的温度为135~140℃。
实施例3
本发明的透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,其由75wt%的聚乙烯、22wt%的茂金属聚乙烯和3wt%的抗静电剂经三层共挤吹塑机吹塑而成。
其中,聚乙烯为LDPE和LLDPE的混合物;三层共挤吹塑机加工条件为模头温度150~155℃,各加工区域及加工区域和流道的温度为135~140℃。

1.一种透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,其特征在于:
由65~85wt%的聚乙烯、31~14wt%的茂金属聚乙烯和1~4wt%的抗静电剂经三层共挤吹塑机吹塑而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,其特征在于:所述的透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,由70~80wt%的聚乙烯、27~18wt%的茂金属聚乙烯和2~3wt%的抗静电剂经三层共挤吹塑机吹塑而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,其特征在于:所述的聚乙烯为HDPE、LDPE和LLDPE中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,其特征在于:所述的聚乙烯为LDPE和LLDPE的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的透明抗静电聚乙烯薄膜,其特征在于:所述的三层共挤吹塑机加工条件为模头温度150~155℃,各加工区域及加工区域和流道的温度为135~140℃。
