Abstract

注射接口装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来连接注射管到模具的注射接口装置。具体地,意图通过注射/注入方法(例如,树脂传递模制(RTM)或液体树脂注入(LRI)过程)制造塑料或复合材料的产品。
背景技术
塑料或树脂注入/注射正变成用来制造具有复杂形状的大的部件的可靠的且经济的方法。一些例子是通过RTM制造的梁和框架,该梁和框架目前被开发用于航空工业。
已知的方法由以下步骤组成:通过模具的端口将树脂管插入模具的入口和将它们夹紧在一起。这种已知方法不仅是费时的,而且涉及一些缺点,如树脂固化在通道内,并且夹具可能引起管的泄漏以及真空泄漏。
也已知的文献US 2012/017132公开一种注射接口装置,该注射接口装置解决前述缺点中的一些缺点。它制造在密封方面更可靠的接口装置并且也更容易组装和/或拆卸以便清洁或更换。可拆卸的组件包括螺纹连接件,该螺纹连接件用来密封模具和注射管之间的连接处。
更具体地,该文献公开了一种接口装置,该接口装置可安装在注射管和模具之间,该注射管在其端部包括端接元件。该接口装置包括金属螺纹件和第二螺纹件,该金属螺纹件和第二螺纹件都位于注射管周围使得通过将金属螺纹件拧在第二螺纹件上,注射管及其端接元件被压在模具上以密封该模具。
所述前述部件被预先组装使得注射管到模具的连接被快速地执行。所述预先组装是复杂的并且由供应商执行,因此接口装置在使用之后必须返回到供应商并且任何维护任务必须由供应商执行,因此导致高的成本和物流负担。
发明内容
上述缺点被要求保护的注射接口装置解决。
注射接口装置可安装在注射管和设置有注射孔的模具之间。注射管在其端部包括端接元件使得端接元件能够被引入注射孔以便形成注射孔和端接元件之间的密封。所述端接元件可以安装在注射管的端部或者可以焊接或共同注射到其端部中。本发明的注射接口装置包括:
楔子,该楔子包括可安装在端接元件上的第一表面和相对于第一表面倾斜的第二表面。
固定元件,该固定元件包括可安装在楔子的第二表面上并且相对于所述第二表面可移动的表面。固定元件压靠楔子,该楔子也压靠端接元件,从而密封模具和端接元件之间的连接处。
连接元件,该连接元件构造成使得它避免楔子沿平行于模具表面的方向的运动并且还构造成使得它避免固定元件沿垂直于模具的方向的运动。
楔子、固定元件和连接元件构造成使得固定元件平行于模具的位移产生楔子沿垂直于模具的方向的位移,使得楔子压靠在端接元件上,以密封注射孔和端接元件之间的连接处。
要求保护的注射接口装置简化注射/注入管连接到模具入口的方式。
要求保护的本发明也缩短注射管和模具之间的连接时间,这是由于仅仅需要固定元件的平行于模具的位移来执行该密封,使得连接它们的方式更简单且更快速,允许通过仅仅一个运动的连接。
此外,本发明的注射接口装置与已知装置相比包括较少数量的元件,将松弛部件的数量减少到仅仅一个。在一个实施例中,固定元件可以是仅有的金属的且昂贵的部件并且此外它不是一次性的。它也减少注射过程的步骤的数量。
另外,不需要螺纹件,因此导致较少维护任务和较少泄漏,这是由于树脂被俘获在螺纹连接中并且它也提高密封的质量。
也存在不可忽略的物流优点。通过这种注射装置,固定元件不需要被预先组装到楔子、端接元件和注射管。由于通常为金属的固定元件可以容易地从这些部件被移除,因此它可以在之后的操作中被再用,而楔子、端接元件和注射管是一次性的使得这些部件都不返回到供应商。
最后,由于前述优点,要求保护的发明也降低了制造复合材料部件的成本。

具体实施方式
要求保护的发明的工作原理类似于楔子,该工作原理由沿树脂方向推动楔子(5)同时沿垂直方向移动固定元件(10)组成。该工作原理可以在图1中看到。
图2到5中示出实施例,它示出组装的装置的例子。连接元件(9)包括可安装在模具(2)和端接元件(4)之间的连接处上的部件,并且该部件包括内腔(14),该内腔构造成使得楔子(5)位于所述内腔(14)内以便避免楔子(5)平行于模具(2)位移。所述连接元件(9)可以作为其一体部件直接结合到模具(2)。

树脂注射管(1)可以制造成具有例如圆锥形状的端接元件(4),由于两者都由相同的材料(硅树脂)制成,它们两者共同注射在一起作为单个部件。端接元件(4)插入到模具(2)中,该端接元件应当具有适当的圆锥形状以调节该圆锥,将该端接元件定心到注射孔(3)中并且当端接元件由于压力而变形时实现良好的密封。
由于硅树脂是可变形的材料,楔子(5)挤压硅树脂端接元件(4)并且使硅树脂端接元件(4)变形,因此改善对模具(2)圆锥表面的密封效果。通过使垂直于模具(2)的纯粹位移的效果与由圆锥端接元件(4)在模具(2)上的变形引起的密封压缩力结合,实现这种密封。
具有共同注射的端接元件(4)的另一优点是注射管(1)和端接元件(4)之间的连接处避免真空泄漏。
图3公开注射孔(3),该注射孔具有适合于接收端接元件(4)的圆锥形和具有窄的厚度的端部部分,该端部部分也具有圆锥形,通过利用端接元件(4)的取出帮助固化的树脂被移除,这使得在部件固化之后加工注射孔(3)的清洁更容易,因为树脂被俘获在端接元件(4)和注射孔(3)之间,端接元件(4)可以与楔子(5)和注射管(1)一起被丢弃。

Claims (8)

1.一种注射接口装置,所述注射接口装置位于注射管(1)和设置有注射孔(3)的模具(2)之间,所述注射管(1)在其端部包括端接元件(4),所述端接元件能够被引入所述注射孔(3)以便在所述注射孔(3)和所述端接元件(4)之间形成密封,其特征在于,所述注射接口装置包括:
楔子(5),所述楔子包括可安装在所述端接元件(4)上的第一表面(6)和相对于所述第一表面(6)倾斜的第二表面(7),
固定元件(10),所述固定元件包括可安装在所述楔子(5)的第二表面(7)上并且相对于所述第二表面(7)可移动的表面(11),连接元件(9),所述连接元件构造成使得该连接元件避免所述楔子(5)沿平行于所述模具(2)的表面的方向的运动,并且还构造成使得该连接元件避免所述固定元件(10)沿垂直于所述模具(2)的方向的运动,
所述楔子(5)、所述固定元件(10)和所述连接元件(9)构造成使得所述固定元件(10)平行于所述模具(2)的位移产生所述楔子(5)沿垂直于所述模具(2)的方向的位移,使得所述楔子(5)压靠在所述端接元件(4)上,以密封所述注射孔(3)和所述端接元件(4)之间的连接处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射接口装置,其中,所述连接元件(9)包括可围绕在所述模具(2)和所述端接元件(4)之间的连接处安装的部件,并且所述部件包括内腔(14),所述内腔构造成使得所述楔子(5)位于所述内腔(14)内以避免所述楔子平行于所述模具(2)运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的注射接口装置,其中,所述连接元件(9)包括与所述内腔(14)连接的至少一个孔(12),所述至少一个孔构造成使得所述固定元件(10)能够插入到所述至少一个孔(12)中并且在所述楔子(5)上移动,而没有沿垂直于所述模具(2)的方向的任何位移。
4.根据权利要求3所述的注射接口装置,其中,所述固定元件(10)具有马蹄铁拱状形状,具有两个腿(13),包括用于每一个腿(13)的所述连接元件(9)的两个孔(12)。
5.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的注射接口装置,其中,所述端接元件(4)和所述注射管(1)被共同注射。
6.根据权利要求5所述的注射接口装置,其中,所述端接元件(4)和所述注射管(1)由相同的材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的注射接口装置,其中,所述端接元件(4)由硅树脂制成。
8.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的注射接口装置,其中,所述端接元件(4)具有圆锥表面。
