本发明涉及一种三刃铝用立铣刀,包括刀杆与刀头,所述刀头设有三个侧切削刃以及三个相对应的端刃,所述侧切削刃呈螺旋状,所述侧切削刃的螺旋角为55°,所述侧切削刃之间设有螺旋状排屑槽,所述端刃的端刃第一后角为6°,端刃第二后角为15°,端刃前角为9°。所述刀头表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。所述刀杆的直径d在6-20mm之间。所述刀头的轴向长度L1在8-50mm之间。所述六刃铣刀的轴向总长L在50-100mm之间。采用上述结构后本发明能够高效率地加工铝材,不易磨损,增加了刀具的使用寿命,降低了加工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铣刀,特别是一种三刃铝用立铣刀。
背景技术
机械加工中,刀具是机床加工不可缺少的主要部件,刀具质量的好坏影响到自身的使用寿命,也影响到机械加工的质量以及生产效率。在对铝材进行加工时,因为铝材硬度较软,在切削时容易粘刀,导致切削阻力大,刀具磨损严重,切削速度慢,刀具容易损坏,工件表面出现毛刺等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能高效率加工铝材并不易磨损的三刃铝用立铣刀。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
一种三刃铝用立铣刀,包括刀杆与刀头,所述刀头设有三个侧切削刃以及三个相对应的端刃,所述侧切削刃呈螺旋状,所述侧切削刃的螺旋角为55°,所述侧切削刃之间设有螺旋状排屑槽,所述端刃的端刃第一后角为6°,端刃第二后角为15°,端刃前角为9°。
所述刀头表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。
所述刀杆的直径d在6-20mm之间。
所述刀头的轴向长度L1在8-50mm之间。
所述三刃铝用立铣刀的轴向总长L在50-100mm之间。
采用上述结构后本发明能够高效率地加工铝材,不易磨损,增加了刀具的使用寿命,降低了加工成本。

由图1至图3可知本发明三刃铝用立铣刀包括刀杆1与刀头2,所述刀头2设有三个侧切削刃3以及三个相对应的端刃4,所述侧切削刃3呈螺旋状,所述侧切削刃3的螺旋角为55°,所述侧切削刃3之间设有螺旋状排屑槽5,所述端刃4的端刃第一后角6为6°,端刃第二后角7为15°,端刃前角8为9°。所述刀头2表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。所述刀杆1的直径d在6-20mm之间。所述刀头5的轴向长度L1在8-50mm之间。所述三刃铝用立铣刀的轴向总长L在50-100mm之间。
下面列举几个刀具的具体尺寸:
刀具一,刀杆直径d为4mm,刀头轴向长度L1为8mm,三刃铝用立铣刀总长L为50mm。
刀具二,刀杆直径d为12mm,刀头轴向长度L1为32mm,三刃铝用立铣刀总长L为75mm。
刀具三,刀杆直径d为16mm,刀头轴向长度L1为50mm,三刃铝用立铣刀总长L为100mm。

1.一种三刃铝用立铣刀,包括刀杆(1)与刀头(2),其特征在于:所述刀头(2)设有三个侧切削刃(3)以及三个相对应的端刃(4),所述侧切削刃(3)呈螺旋状,所述侧切削刃(3)的螺旋角为55°,所述侧切削刃(3)之间设有螺旋状排屑槽(5),所述端刃(4)的端刃第一后角(6)为6°,端刃第二后角(7)为15°,端刃前角(8)为9°。
