本发明的优点和效果在于：菱角具有健脾益胃、补气防癌作用，紫草根有补中益气、活血凉血，清热解毒作用，白果含多种营养，能益肺止咳、护血管、增加血流量等功效。用该原料加薏米制成的乳腺癌菱角薏米粥不仅提高人体免疫力，而且对癌细胞有抑制作用，对人体无任何副作用。

一、原料
菱角、紫草根、白果、薏米、蜂蜜。
配方
菱角15克，紫草根15克，白果15克，薏米30克，蜂蜜适量。
制备及使用方法
先将紫草根水煎取汁；再将菱角、白果去核，和薏米同煮为粥，临熟加入蜂蜜调均。
