Abstract

具有轴向压力介质流入口的阀单元
技术领域
用于液压控制装置的阀元件,尤其是用于机动车的内燃机或变速器上的控制阀的阀套或阀壳体,其中,阀元件具有能移动的控制活塞,该控制活塞在一侧借助弹簧来加载,该弹簧支撑在固定在阀元件上的弹簧支承件上,其中,弹簧支承件具有至少一个与压力介质线路形成连接的开口。
背景技术
这种构造为阀套的阀元件由DE 10 2007 058 491 A1公知。阀元件是用于可变地调节往复式活塞内燃机的换气阀的配气相位的控制阀的组成部分。阀元件拧入在端部上空心构造的凸轮轴中,并且与控制活塞相结合来控制压力介质流入口、通向凸轮轴调节单元的控制线路和通过弹簧支承件中的开口与压力介质线路形成连接的压力介质流出口。
存在的问题是,污物颗粒会侵入到控制装置或者阀单元中,并且阻碍或锁止阀活塞在阀套中的运动。
此外还存在的问题是,压力介质可能会意外地从控制装置或者阀单元向回流,或者线路和凸轮轴调节器中的调节室的空转导致对内燃机的凸轮轴调节器的意外的调节或对变速器的其他形式的调节。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是,改进针对不同用途的控制阀的阀元件,尤其是阀套或阀壳体,从而消除阀元件、控制活塞或整个阀单元的污染和/或压力介质的空转,其中,这应当利用简单且廉价的机构来实现。
本发明的任务以如下方式来解决,即,将压力介质线路构造为压力介质流入线路,并且在弹簧支承件的开口上布置轴向过滤器。
替选或附加地,在弹簧支承件上的开口可以配设有止回阀。
因为阀元件或者阀单元的该设计方案并不依赖于安装位置,所以该设计方案可以应用在液压控制装置的任意的阀单元中。
要明确指出的是,阀元件并不必须是特定的构件,例如阀套,而且也可以是阀壳体。这也是因为,如还要进一步实施的那样,轴向过滤器和止回阀布置在阀套或者阀壳体的内直径内,并且因此仅与阀套、阀壳体或相应的构件上存在的内孔相对应。
如果阀元件实施为阀套,那么该阀套可以设置为中心螺栓或配设有在外部施加在套上的螺纹,并且与凸轮轴上的相应的内螺纹对应并固定另一构件。
在本发明的另外的设计方案中提出,将弹簧支承件与轴向过滤器和/或止回阀实施为结构单元,其中,弹簧支承件可以实施为整合了滤网和/或止回阀的塑料注塑件。由此,得到了简单且廉价的设计方案。弹簧支承件由此可以是能弹性挠曲的,从而在弹簧支承件上可以设置有凸出部或凸起部,其与阀元件的内壁上的凹部或槽相对应。由此,弹簧支承件可以压入孔中,直到弹簧支承件锚定在凹部或槽中。
与控制活塞相对应的弹簧可以例如经由内凸起部直接固定在弹簧支承件上。但弹簧支承件也可以具有支撑板,该支撑板其本身支撑在弹簧支承件上,或者紧固、尤其是通过注塑包封紧固在弹簧支承件上。
止回阀优选具有带节流开口()的垫片和能运动地铰接的止回板,该止回板的阀盖超过阀开口。垫片和止回板也可以支撑在弹簧支承件上,或者紧固、尤其是再次通过注塑包封紧固在弹簧支承件上。
通过根据本发明的建议得到了一方面用作弹簧支承件,但另一方面也用作轴向过滤器和/或止回阀的弹簧支承件,其附加地具有支撑板,其中,尤其是通过制造为注塑包封单元而形成整合的构件。沿着压力介质的流动方向上来看,在此首先装有轴向过滤器,随后装有止回阀,接着装有支撑板。

具体实施方式
在图1至图5中总的来说详细示出了用1标记的阀套,控制活塞2布置在该阀套中并且能轴向移动地构造。控制活塞2与支撑在弹簧支承件4上的弹簧3形成作用连接(Wirkverbindung)。弹簧支承件4具有凸起部5,该凸起部与阀套1的内壁上的槽6相对应,并且因此确保了在阀套1中的牢固的保持。弹簧支承件4由弹性材料,尤其是塑料制成,其优选根据注塑包封法来制造。由此,弹簧支承件4可以移入并卡入阀套1的中心开口中,从而能够实现简单装配并且得到弹簧支承件4在阀套1中很好的固定。
根据图1,在弹簧支承件4的开口7中安装有轴向过滤器8,该轴向过滤器防止污物颗粒侵入到控制活塞/阀套的区域中。在此,滤网在注塑过程中整合到塑料弹簧支承件中。
在图2中,除了轴向过滤器8以外还安装有止回阀9,该止回阀具有垫片10和止回板11,并且同样整合到由塑料制成的弹簧支承件4中。跟着止回阀9地设置有具有中心开口的支撑板12,弹簧3支撑在支撑板上。支撑板12同样整合到弹簧支承件4中。因此,得到了由弹簧支承件4、轴向过滤器8、止回阀9和支撑板12组成的单元。
此外,由图3可知,支撑板12用作用于止回板11的阀盖13的止挡。
由图4可知,止回板11的阀盖13经由板条以能运动的方式铰接,其中,板条可以紧固在垫片10上,或者独立地整合在弹簧支承件4中。
与图2和图3的设计方案不同,支撑板12根据图5实施为分离的构件,并且安装到弹簧支承件4中。支撑板12支撑在止回阀9上,该止回阀整合到弹簧支承件4中并由此提供了牢固的支持。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于液压控制装置的阀元件,特别是用于在机动车的内燃机或变速器上的控制阀的阀套(1)或阀壳体,其中,所述阀元件具有能移动的控制活塞(2),所述控制活塞在一侧借助弹簧(3)来加载,所述弹簧支撑在固定在所述阀元件上的弹簧支承件(4)上,其中,所述弹簧支承件(4)具有至少一个开口(7),所述开口与压力介质线路形成连接,其特征在于,所述压力介质线路构造为压力介质流入线路,并且在所述弹簧支承件(4)的开口(7)上布置有轴向过滤器(8)。
2.一种用于液压控制装置的阀元件,特别是用于在机动车的内燃机或变速器上的控制阀的阀套(1)或阀壳体,其中,所述阀元件具有能移动的控制活塞(2),所述控制活塞在一侧借助弹簧(3)来加载,所述弹簧支撑在固定在所述阀元件上的弹簧支承件(4)上,其中,所述弹簧支承件(4)具有至少一个开口(7),所述开口与压力介质线路形成连接,其特征在于,所述弹簧支承件(4)上的开口(7)配设有止回阀(9)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀元件,其特征在于,所述弹簧支承件(4)与所述轴向过滤器(8)和/或所述止回阀(9)实施为结构单元。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀元件,其特征在于,所述弹簧支承件(4)实施为整合了滤网和/或止回阀(9)的塑料注塑件。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀元件,其特征在于,所述弹簧支承件(4)在外周边上具有至少一个凸出部,特别是凸起部(5),并且所述至少一个凸出部能与在所述阀套(1)的内周边上的凹部,特别是槽(6)接触。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀元件,其特征在于,所述弹簧支承件(4)具有与所述弹簧(3)形成连接的支撑板(12),所述支撑板支撑在所述弹簧支承件(4)上。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀元件,其特征在于,所述弹簧支承件(4)具有与所述弹簧(3)形成连接的支撑板(12),所述支撑板特别是通过注塑包封牢固地整合在所述弹簧支承件(4)上。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀元件,其特征在于,所述止回阀(9)具有垫片(10)和能运动地铰接的止回板(11),所述垫片具有节流开口,所述止回板的阀盖(13)超过所述节流开口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的阀元件,其特征在于,所述垫片(10)和所述止回板(11)紧固、特别是通过注塑包封紧固在所述弹簧支承件(4)上。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀元件,其特征在于,在压力介质的流动方向上来看,首先装有所述轴向过滤器(8),随后装有所述止回阀(9),接着装有所述支撑板(12)。
