Abstract

本发明提供一种球阀,包括阀体,阀球置于阀体内,止泄环套设在阀球外,内衬和阀体芯盖相互配合成一中空的外套将阀球、止泄环置于内部空间,其特征在于:所述止泄环的内壁覆有防腐层,该防腐层为聚四氟乙烯材料,阀球为PPSU球。该球阀耐腐蚀,不会结垢,可有效防止球阀发生泄露、卡死不能转动的情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,特别涉及一种耐磨、耐腐蚀的球阀。
背景技术
球阀(ball valve在海工和船舶领域应为截止阀),标准GB/T21465-2008《阀门术语》中定义为:启闭件(球体)由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门。在我国,球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业,主要用来做切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向,它只需要用旋转90度的操作和很小的转动力矩就能关闭严密。现有球阀中阀球均采用金属材质,长时间使用后容易生锈结垢,导致卡死或球阀转动过程中与其接触的止泄环之间会相互磨损导致液体泄露,且金属材质耐腐蚀性也较差,虽然阀球也可以采用塑料制备,但现有阶段采用的塑料耐磨性较差,同样会有易磨损而导致液体泄露的问题,本发明试图解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种球阀,目的是解决现有技术问题,提供一种耐腐蚀,不会结垢的球阀,可有效防止球阀发生泄露、卡死不能转动的情况。
本发明解决问题采用的技术方案是:
球阀,包括阀体,阀球置于阀体内,止泄环套设在阀球外,内衬和阀体芯盖相互配合成一中空的外套将阀球、止泄环置于内部空间,所述所述止泄环的内壁覆有防腐层,阀球为PPSU球。
所述防腐层为聚四氟乙烯材料。
本发明的有益效果:在止泄环采用具有防腐的聚四氟乙烯材料,可以有效防止止泄环生锈、被腐蚀,而阀球采用PPSU(聚亚苯基砜树脂)材料制备可以有效防止阀球生锈,PPSU材料还具有耐高温、耐磨、耐腐蚀的效果,因此可以解决球阀因为金属球腐蚀或磨损而泄漏,或者因为结垢卡死的缺陷。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
球阀,如图1中所示,包括阀体1,阀球2置于阀体1内,阀球上下两端分别外套设一止泄环3,内衬4和阀体芯盖5相互配合成一中空的外套将阀球2、止泄环3置于内部空间,所述止泄环3的内壁覆有防腐层6,防腐层6为聚四氟乙烯材料,如图2中所示,阀球2为PPSU球。本实施例中止泄环3为聚四氟乙烯材。
聚亚苯基砜树脂(Polyphenylene sulfone resins,PPSU),是一种无定形的热性塑料具有高度、透明性、高水解稳定性。除强极性溶剂、浓硝酸和硫酸外,对一般酸、碱、盐、醇、脂肪烃等稳定。部分溶于酯酮`芳烃,可溶于卤烃`DM。刚性和韧性好,耐温、耐热氧化,抗蠕变性能优良,耐无机酸、碱、盐溶液的腐蚀,耐离子辐射,无毒,绝缘性和自熄性好,容易成型加工,制品可以经受重复的蒸汽消毒。
本发明创造中采用PPSU材料制备阀球,其不含有重金属,因此不会生锈、被腐蚀,且耐高温、耐磨。在与其直接接触的止泄环为聚四氟乙烯,上述实施例中被采用,同样不会被腐蚀,不会生锈,因此两者之间相互不会发生大的磨损,或者因为结垢卡死。

1.球阀,包括阀体,阀球置于阀体内,止泄环套设在阀球外,内衬和阀体芯盖相互配合成一中空的外套将阀球、止泄环置于内部空间,其特征在于:所述止泄环的内壁覆有防腐层,阀球为PPSU球。
2.如权利要求1中所述的球阀,其特征在于:所述防腐层为聚四氟乙烯材料。
