本发明涉及净味无苯丙烯酸聚氨酯改性硝基哑光清面漆,其特征在于:由硝基清漆、丙烯酸清漆、固化剂、稀释剂组成,重量份数配比为:硝基清漆:丙烯酸清漆:固化剂:稀释剂=100:100:50-60:80-90;所述硝基清漆包括如下组分:醋酸丁酸纤维素,消光粉,消泡剂,流平剂,防沉剂,乙酸丁酯,醋酸已酯,所述丙烯酸清漆包括如下组分:丙烯酸树脂,消光粉,消泡剂,流平剂,防沉剂,乙酸丁酯,醋酸已酯。本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:本发明具有气味小、不含苯、耐黄性好、干燥快、装饰效果好、易施工的优点并且漆膜硬度高、机械强度好、耐溶剂、耐热、耐酸碱性优异。

Description

净味无苯丙烯酸聚氨酯改性的硝基清面漆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硝基清面漆,具体涉及一种涂装在木器表面的净味无苯丙烯酸聚氨酯改性的硝基清面漆。
背景技术
现在市面上销售的硝基漆都是采用醇酸树脂改善它的柔韧性与附着力,其具有干燥快、装饰效果好、易施工的优点。但由于其成膜机理完全是物理干燥,所以漆膜硬度低、机械强度差、不耐溶剂、耐热、耐酸碱性差、很容易黄变等弊端,而且最主要还有其气味大,在施工时和慢干时造成局部环境的污染,使人呼吸受迫。因此亟待对现有的硝基清面漆进行改进,以解决目前硝基清面漆所面临的上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有硝基漆存在气味大、耐黄性差、机械强度差、耐化学品差的技术缺陷。本发明设计净味无苯丙烯酸聚氨酯改性硝基哑光清面漆,其特征在于:由硝基清漆、丙烯酸清漆、固化剂、稀释剂组成,重量份数配比为:
硝基清漆:丙烯酸清漆:固化剂:稀释剂=100:100:50-60:80-90;
所述硝基清漆包括如下重量百分比的组分:
醋酸丁酸纤维素    50%-60%,
消光粉            0.3%-1%,
消泡剂           0.3%-0.4%,
流平剂           0.2%-0.3%,
防沉剂             0.2-0.4%,
乙酸丁酯            23-30%,
醋酸已酯          15%-20%,
所述丙烯酸清漆包括如下重量百分比的组分:
丙烯酸树脂         73%-84%,
消光粉             0.3%-1%,
消泡剂            0.3%-0.4%,
流平剂            0.2%-0.3%,
防沉剂              0.2-0.4%,
乙酸丁酯           10%-15 %,
醋酸已酯            5%-10%。  
丙烯酸树脂为拜耳A450(BAYER),消光粉为GRACE公司的二氧化硅粉料,消泡剂为BYK141破泡聚合物与聚硅氧烷的混合物,流平剂为BYK310聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷溶液,防沉剂为帝斯巴隆6900-10聚酰胺蜡。
所述固化剂包括如下重量百分比的组分:
甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)三聚体       28~32.0%,
六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体   40~44.0%,
乙酸丁酯                           26~30.0%,
所述稀释剂包括如下重量百分比的组分:
乙酸丁酯                      50.0%~55.0%,
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯              15.0%~20.0%,
醋酸乙酯                      25.0%~35.0%。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:本发明具有气味小、不含苯、耐黄性好、干燥快、装饰效果好、易施工的优点并且漆膜硬度高、机械强度好、耐溶剂、耐热、耐酸碱性优异。
下面结合具体实施例对本明作详细说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
所述固化剂组分及重量配比如下:甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)三聚一种丙烯酸聚氨酯改性硝基哑光清面漆,包括硝基清漆、丙烯酸清漆、固化剂、稀释剂。所述硝基清漆组分及重量配比如下:醋酸丁酸纤维素60千克、乙酸丁酯23千克、醋酸乙酯16千克、消光粉0.3千克、消泡剂0.3千克、流平剂0.2千克、防沉剂0.2千克。所述丙烯酸清漆组分及重量配比如下:丙烯酸树脂73千克、乙酸丁酯15千克、醋酸乙酯10千克、消光粉1千克、消泡剂0.4千克、流平剂0.2千克、防沉剂0.4千克。所述固化剂组分及重量配比如下:甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)三聚体30千克、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体42.0千克、醋酸丁酯28.0千克。所述稀释剂组分配比为:乙酸丁酯50.0千克、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯 20.0千克、醋酸乙酯30.0千克。施工重量份数配比取,硝基清漆:丙烯酸清漆:固化剂:稀释剂=100:100:50:80。施工方式:手工喷涂或静电喷涂。
根据HG/T 2592-94《硝基清漆》及GB 18581-2001《室内装饰装修材料  溶剂型木器涂料中有害物质限量》检测,实际检测数据如下:
1、在容器中状态参数                 搅拌后均匀无硬块
2、施工性                              施涂无障碍
3、表干时间                             ≤10min
4、实干时间                              ≤50min
5、贮存稳定性(50℃/7d)                 无异常
6、涂膜外观                              正常
7、光泽(60°角)                         70%
8、铅笔硬度(擦伤)                      2H
9、附着力(划格间距2mm)               ≤1级
10、耐水性(24h)                       无异常
11、耐碱性(50g/LNaHCO3,2h)          无异常
12、耐醇性(70%乙醇,1h)              无异常
13、耐醋污染性(1h)                    无异常
14、耐茶污染性(1h)                    无异常
15、挥发性有机化合物(VOC)            640g/L
16、涂料中苯                            未检出
17、涂料中甲苯和二甲苯总和              未检出
18、涂料中甲苯二异氰酸酯单体(TDI)     0.05%
19、成膜后气味                          无气味
20、按GB/T 23983-2009耐黄性测试△E值    1.72。
实施例2:
所述固化剂组分及重量配比如下:甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)三聚一种丙烯酸聚氨酯改性硝基哑光清面漆,包括硝基清漆、丙烯酸清漆、固化剂、稀释剂。所述硝基清漆组分及重量配比如下:醋酸丁酸纤维素50千克、乙酸丁酯29千克、醋酸乙酯20千克、消光粉0.3千克、消泡剂0.3千克、流平剂0.2千克、防沉剂0.2千克。所述丙烯酸清漆组分及重量配比如下:丙烯酸树脂84千克、乙酸丁酯10千克、醋酸乙酯5千克、消光粉0.3千克、消泡剂0.3千克、流平剂0.2千克、防沉剂0.2千克。所述固化剂组分及重量配比如下:甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)三聚体32.0千克、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体40.0千克、醋酸丁酯28.0千克。所述稀释剂组分配比为:乙酸丁酯55.0千克、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯 15.0千克、醋酸乙酯30.0千克。施工重量份数配比取,硝基清漆:醇酸清漆:固化剂:稀释剂=100:100:60:90。施工方式:手工喷涂或静电喷涂。
根据HG/T 2592-94《硝基清漆》及GB 18581-2001《室内装饰装修材料  溶剂型木器涂料中有害物质限量》检测,实际检测数据如下:

Claims (3)

1.净味无苯丙烯酸聚氨酯改性硝基哑光清面漆,其特征在于:由硝基清漆、丙烯酸清漆、固化剂、稀释剂组成,重量份数配比为:
硝基清漆:丙烯酸清漆:固化剂:稀释剂=100:100:50-60:80-90;
所述硝基清漆包括如下重量百分比的组分:
醋酸丁酸纤维素    50%-60%,
消光粉            0.3%-1%,
消泡剂           0.3%-0.4%,
流平剂           0.2%-0.3%,
防沉剂             0.2-0.4%,
乙酸丁酯            23-30%,
醋酸已酯          15%-20%,
所述丙烯酸清漆包括如下重量百分比的组分:
丙烯酸树脂         73%-84%,
消光粉             0.3%-1%,
消泡剂            0.3%-0.4%,
流平剂            0.2%-0.3%,
防沉剂              0.2-0.4%,
乙酸丁酯           10%-15 %,
醋酸已酯            5%-10%。  
2.按权利要求1所述的净味无苯丙烯酸聚氨酯改性硝基哑光清面漆,其特征在于:丙烯酸树脂为拜耳A450(BAYER),消光粉为GRACE公司的二氧化硅粉料,消泡剂为BYK141破泡聚合物与聚硅氧烷的混合物,流平剂为BYK310聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷溶液,防沉剂为帝斯巴隆6900-10聚酰胺蜡。
3.按权利要求1所述的净味无苯丙烯酸聚氨酯改性硝基哑光清面漆,其特征在于:所述固化剂包括如下重量百分比的组分:
甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)三聚体       28~32.0%,
六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体   40~44.0%,
乙酸丁酯                           26~30.0%,
所述稀释剂组包括如下重量百分比的组分:
乙酸丁酯                      50.0%~55.0%,
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯              15.0%~20.0%,
醋酸乙酯                      25.0%~35.0%。
