本发明公开了一种荧光玻璃门漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂30-34、水性成膜助剂7-9、有机硅树脂乳液16-19、二甲基硅油0.2-0.4、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.5-1.0、夜光粉1-2、高钛灰0.7-1.4、二丙二醇丁醚2-3、卤磷酸钙荧光粉1-2、聚乙烯蜡乳液0.3-0.6、十八烷醇基聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.5、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯0.4-0.6、二硬脂酰氧异丙氧基铝酸酯0.2-0.3、二胺基二苯砜2-3、醋酸乙烯乳液3-5、颜料1-2、钨酸镁0.4-0.8、去离子水13-16;本发明的涂料耐老化,附着力强,耐腐蚀、耐污染性及防污性好等的作用,并且添加的钨酸镁在光源消失后能够延长发光时间,使持续时间长,带来绚丽的视觉效应。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料及其制备方法,特别是一种荧光玻璃门漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
玻璃的出现沟通了室内与室外、空间与空间之间的界限,让家居设计发生了革命性的飞跃。而现在的涂料的工艺技术赋予了玻璃更多的艺术性和功能性。目前的荧光漆有三大类,一种是荧光漆,它含有荧光颜料,可以吸收紫外线和发生可见光;第二种是磷光漆,它含有磷光颜料,再吸收紫外线之后,能发出较长波长的光,在光源消失之后能在一段时间内继续发光;第三种是子荧光漆,即在磷光漆中加入放射性物质使磷光颜料持续发光。这些荧光漆大多有放射性,特别是发光氯化物和发光硫化物的放射性强,在使用上大多用于仪表、标牌、交通线路的标示物等。
丙烯酸树脂涂料具有良好的保光性、保色性、快干性和耐腐蚀性,随着人们环保意识的增强和法律的不断健全,丙烯酸树脂涂料也逐渐向水性涂料发展,水性丙烯酸树脂因色泽透明、保光保色性好、光泽性好、耐热性好、耐腐蚀及耐污染性好、价格低廉等优点被广泛使用。本发明通过添加的水性成膜助剂,应用于家庭装饰用玻璃门,具有成膜性能优良,耐老化,附着力强,耐腐蚀、耐污染性及防污性好等的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种荧光玻璃门漆及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种荧光玻璃门漆,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂30-34、水性成膜助剂7-9、有机硅树脂乳液16-19、二甲基硅油0.2-0.4、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.5-1.0、夜光粉1-2、高钛灰0.7-1.4、二丙二醇丁醚2-3、卤磷酸钙荧光粉1-2、聚乙烯蜡乳液0.3-0.6、十八烷醇基聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.5、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯0.4-0.6、二硬脂酰氧异丙氧基铝酸酯0.2-0.3、二胺基二苯砜2-3、醋酸乙烯乳液3-5、颜料1-2、钨酸镁0.4-0.8、去离子水13-16;
所述水性成膜助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:3-巯基丙酸异辛酯1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯13-16、丙烯酸丁酯22-25、丙烯酸羟丙酯12-15、甲基丙烯酸8-11、过氧化苯甲酰1-3、偶氮二异丁腈0.5-1.0、乙酸丁酯18-22、乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯4-6、二甲基乙醇胺3-4、聚硼硅氧烷2-3、纳米金红石型二氧化钛3-5、硅烷偶联剂KH5601-2、无水乙醇10-15、蒸馏水100-150;制备方法是将纳米金红石型二氧化钛、聚硼硅氧烷和无水乙醇加到圆底烧瓶中充分搅拌并超声震荡10-20min,并缓缓加入硅烷偶联剂KH560加热至回流,恒温反应1-2小时,过滤并用蒸馏水洗涤三次烘干备用。将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸和10-30%的过氧化苯甲酰混匀形成单体混合液备用,将乙酸丁酯加热升温至120-140°C,加入10-20%的单体混合溶液、上述备用物质、3-巯基丙酸异辛酯和偶氮二异丁腈,保温反应45分钟,再缓慢滴加剩余的混合单体溶液和过氧化苯甲酰,确保在1.5小时内滴加结束,恒温保持2-3小时后加入二甲基乙醇胺和蒸馏水,加热脱除溶剂及蒸馏水的共沸物,再加入乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯混合搅拌均匀即可得到水性成膜助剂。
本发明所述一种荧光玻璃门漆,由以下的具体步骤制成:
(1)将去离子水、二甲基硅油、十八烷醇基聚氧乙烯醚混合加到分散釜中,以600-800转/分钟的条件下搅拌3-5分钟;
(2)将转速调至900-1000转/分钟,在分散釜中加入二丙二醇丁醚、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙烯蜡乳液搅拌6-8分钟;
(3)将转速调至1400-1600转/分钟,加入水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、水性成膜助剂、有机硅树脂乳液、醋酸乙烯乳液、二胺基二苯砜搅拌15-25分钟;
(4)将转速调至1000-1200转/分钟,依次加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、二硬脂酰氧异丙氧基铝酸酯、颜料、钨酸镁、卤磷酸钙荧光粉、夜光粉、高钛灰搅拌20-30分钟;
(5)将分散后的物料加到砂磨机中进行研磨分散,过滤后细度小于20μm包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明通过添加的水性成膜助剂具有成膜性能优良,耐老化,附着力强,耐腐蚀、耐污染性及防污性好等的作用,本发明通过添加的卤磷酸钙荧光粉、夜光粉能够达到荧光的效果,并且添加的钨酸镁在光源消失后能够延长发光时间,使持续时间长,带来绚丽的视觉效应。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种荧光玻璃门漆,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂34、水性成膜助剂9、有机硅树脂乳液19、二甲基硅油0.4、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.7、夜光粉1、高钛灰0.9、二丙二醇丁醚3、卤磷酸钙荧光粉2、聚乙烯蜡乳液0.5、十八烷醇基聚氧乙烯醚0.4、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯0.5、二硬脂酰氧异丙氧基铝酸酯0.3、二胺基二苯砜2、醋酸乙烯乳液5、颜料1、钨酸镁0.6、去离子水15;
所述水性成膜助剂是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:3-巯基丙酸异辛酯1、甲基丙烯酸甲酯14、丙烯酸丁酯24、丙烯酸羟丙酯13、甲基丙烯酸10、过氧化苯甲酰2、偶氮二异丁腈0.7、乙酸丁酯20、乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯5、二甲基乙醇胺3、聚硼硅氧烷3、纳米金红石型二氧化钛4、硅烷偶联剂KH5601.5、无水乙醇15、蒸馏水110;制备方法是将纳米金红石型二氧化钛、聚硼硅氧烷和无水乙醇加到圆底烧瓶中充分搅拌并超声震荡10-20min,并缓缓加入硅烷偶联剂KH560加热至回流,恒温反应1-2小时,过滤并用蒸馏水洗涤三次烘干备用。将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸和10-30%的过氧化苯甲酰混匀形成单体混合液备用,将乙酸丁酯加热升温至120-140°C,加入10-20%的单体混合溶液、上述备用物质、3-巯基丙酸异辛酯和偶氮二异丁腈,保温反应45分钟,再缓慢滴加剩余的混合单体溶液和过氧化苯甲酰,确保在1.5小时内滴加结束,恒温保持2-3小时后加入二甲基乙醇胺和蒸馏水,加热脱除溶剂及蒸馏水的共沸物,再加入乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯混合搅拌均匀即可得到水性成膜助剂。
本发明所述一种荧光玻璃门漆,由以下的具体步骤制成:

(4)将转速调至1000-1200转/分钟,依次加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、二硬脂酰氧异丙氧基铝酸酯、颜料、钨酸镁、卤磷酸钙荧光粉、夜光粉、高钛灰搅拌20-30分钟;
(5)将分散后的物料加到砂磨机中进行研磨分散,过滤后细度小于20μm包装即可。
本发明的涂料固化后漆膜硬度为2H,附着力实验为1级,耐磨性实验(0.5g/r)/mg:5.6,抗冲击实验:50cm,耐水性实验(480h):无异常,耐沸水实验(100°C ≥12h):不失光、不起泡,允许轻微变化,可复原,耐醇性实验(无水乙醇浸泡24h):无异常,耐盐雾性实验(12h):无变化,耐人工老化实验:750h不起泡,不剥落,无裂纹。
Claims (2)
1.一种荧光玻璃门漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂30-34、水性成膜助剂7-9、有机硅树脂乳液16-19、二甲基硅油0.2-0.4、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.5-1.0、夜光粉1-2、高钛灰0.7-1.4、二丙二醇丁醚2-3、卤磷酸钙荧光粉1-2、聚乙烯蜡乳液0.3-0.6、十八烷醇基聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.5、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯0.4-0.6、二硬脂酰氧异丙氧基铝酸酯0.2-0.3、二胺基二苯砜2-3、醋酸乙烯乳液3-5、颜料1-2、钨酸镁0.4-0.8、去离子水13-16;
所述水性成膜助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:3-巯基丙酸异辛酯1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯13-16、丙烯酸丁酯22-25、丙烯酸羟丙酯12-15、甲基丙烯酸8-11、过氧化苯甲酰1-3、偶氮二异丁腈0.5-1.0、乙酸丁酯18-22、乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯4-6、二甲基乙醇胺3-4、聚硼硅氧烷2-3、纳米金红石型二氧化钛3-5、硅烷偶联剂KH5601-2、无水乙醇10-15、蒸馏水100-150;制备方法是将纳米金红石型二氧化钛、聚硼硅氧烷和无水乙醇加到圆底烧瓶中充分搅拌并超声震荡10-20min,并缓缓加入硅烷偶联剂KH560加热至回流,恒温反应1-2小时,过滤并用蒸馏水洗涤三次烘干备用;
将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸和10-30%的过氧化苯甲酰混匀形成单体混合液备用,将乙酸丁酯加热升温至120-140°C,加入10-20%的单体混合溶液、上述备用物质、3-巯基丙酸异辛酯和偶氮二异丁腈,保温反应45分钟,再缓慢滴加剩余的混合单体溶液和过氧化苯甲酰,确保在1.5小时内滴加结束,恒温保持2-3小时后加入二甲基乙醇胺和蒸馏水,加热脱除溶剂及蒸馏水的共沸物,再加入乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯混合搅拌均匀即可得到水性成膜助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种荧光玻璃门漆,其特征在于,由以下的具体步骤制成:
(1)将去离子水、二甲基硅油、十八烷醇基聚氧乙烯醚混合加到分散釜中,以600-800转/分钟的条件下搅拌3-5分钟;
(2)将转速调至900-1000转/分钟,在分散釜中加入二丙二醇丁醚、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙烯蜡乳液搅拌6-8分钟;
(3)将转速调至1400-1600转/分钟,加入水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、水性成膜助剂、有机硅树脂乳液、醋酸乙烯乳液、二胺基二苯砜搅拌15-25分钟;
(4)将转速调至1000-1200转/分钟,依次加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、二硬脂酰氧异丙氧基铝酸酯、颜料、钨酸镁、卤磷酸钙荧光粉、夜光粉、高钛灰搅拌20-30分钟;
(5)将分散后的物料加到砂磨机中进行研磨分散,过滤后细度小于20μm包装即可。
