本发明涉及橡胶垫技术领域,尤其是一种软木橡胶垫。
背景技术
软木橡胶垫是将软木粉末作为橡胶的填充材料制备而成的,因其具备良好的缓冲减震作用、隔音效果以及较强的耐油性、弹性和硬度等优良特性,而被广泛应用于铁路线轨枕、走廊和房间地板材料、汽车齿轮垫等产品中。尽管如此,目前市场上的软木橡胶垫仍存在抗拉性差的问题,其抗拉性能仍待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种软木橡胶垫,这种软木橡胶垫可以解决抗拉性差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种软木橡胶垫,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氯丁橡胶30份~40份,氟橡胶25份~50份,硫化剂5份~8份,软木粉末40份~50份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:所述原料的重量份数为氯丁橡胶35份,氟橡胶50份,硫化剂5份,软木粉末50份。
进一步的,所述原料的重量份数为氯丁橡胶30份,氟橡胶25份,硫化剂6.5份,软木粉末40份。
进一步的,所述原料的重量份数为氯丁橡胶40份,氟橡胶40份,硫化剂8份,软木粉末45份。
更进一步的,所述硫化剂为N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺和多异氰酸酯中的一种或两种。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本软木橡胶垫采用氯丁橡胶、氟橡胶和软木等材料制备而成,由于软木粉来源丰富、价格低廉,因此降低了橡胶垫的生产成本。
2、本软木橡胶垫具备良好的缓冲震作用、耐油性、弹性、硬度以及较强的抗拉性,可广泛应用于铁路线轨枕、建筑行业以及汽车行业等。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施中的软木橡胶垫由以下重量的原料制备而成:氯丁橡胶350克,氟橡胶500克,多异氰酸酯50克,软木粉末500克。
本软木橡胶垫的制备方法为:将氯丁橡胶、氟橡胶、多异氰酸酯和软木粉末依次加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,调整反应釜内温度为50℃,硫化反应20小时,冷却至室温,裁片成型,即得到软木橡胶垫。
实施例2
本实施中的软木橡胶垫由以下重量的原料制备而成:氯丁橡胶3千克,氟橡胶2.5千克,N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺2.5千克,多异氰酸酯4千克,软木粉末4千克。
本软木橡胶垫的制备方法为:将氯丁橡胶、氟橡胶、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺、多异氰酸酯和软木粉末依次加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,调整反应釜内温度为40℃,硫化反应26小时,冷却至室温,裁片成型,即得到软木橡胶垫。
实施例3
本实施例中的软木橡胶垫由以下重量的原料制备而成:氯丁橡胶8千克,氟橡胶8千克,N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1.6千克,软木粉末9千克。
本软木橡胶垫的制备方法为:将氯丁橡胶、氟橡胶、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺和软木粉末依次加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,调整反应釜内温度为45℃,硫化反应23小时,冷却至室温,裁片成型,即得到软木橡胶垫。

1.一种软木橡胶垫,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氯丁橡胶30份~40份,氟橡胶25份~50份,硫化剂5份~8份,软木粉末40份~50份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的软木橡胶垫,其特征在于所述原料的重量份数为氯丁橡胶35份,氟橡胶50份,硫化剂5份,软木粉末50份。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的软木橡胶垫,其特征在于所述原料的重量份数为氯丁橡胶30份,氟橡胶25份,硫化剂6.5份,软木粉末40份。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的软木橡胶垫,其特征在于所述原料的重量份数为氯丁橡胶40份,氟橡胶40份,硫化剂8份,软木粉末45份。
5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的软木橡胶垫,其特征在于所述硫化剂为N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺和多异氰酸酯中的一种或两种。
