本发明涉及一种耐酸碱橡胶管配方，包括下列组分，乙丙橡胶100份，氯丁胶50份，氧化锌7份，氧化镁3份，丁苯胶25份，吸酸剂DHT-4A3份，十溴二苯乙烷7，微晶石蜡4份，氯化聚乙烯4份，碳酸钡10份，蠕墨碳8份。其还包括甲基丙烯酸酯1份。按照本发明的高耐酸碱橡胶配方制造出的橡胶管，使用对含酸碱润滑油具有良好抗耐能力的乙丙橡胶，不易被腐蚀，在硫化体系和填料体系中作出更加科学可靠的配比使配料发挥协同作用更好的延长机械设备的正常工作时间，使得使用该橡胶管的设备更可靠。

本发明涉及一种化工产品，尤其是一种耐酸碱橡胶管配方。
背景技术
金属冶炼机械设备中广泛使用的润滑系统中含有酸碱，它对橡胶密封件的渗透力比较明显，造成橡胶件膨胀不能密封影响正常的设备运转，目前市场上还没有比较理想的耐酸碱的橡胶件。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐油耐高压橡胶缓冲垫配方。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的耐酸碱橡胶管配方，包括下列组分，乙丙橡胶100份，氯丁胶50份，氧化锌7份，氧化镁3份，丁苯胶 25 份，吸酸剂DHT-4A3份，十溴二苯乙烷7，微晶石蜡4份，氯化聚乙烯4份，碳酸钡10份，蠕墨碳8份。
其还包括甲基丙烯酸酯1份。
按照本发明的高耐酸碱橡胶配方制造出的橡胶管，使用对含酸碱润滑油具有良好抗耐能力的乙丙橡胶，不易被腐蚀，在硫化体系和填料体系中作出更加科学可靠的配比使配料发挥协同作用更好的延长机械设备的正常工作时间，使得使用该橡胶管的设备更可靠。
