本发明公开了本发明涉及一种耐酸碱橡胶管配方,包括下列组分,乙丙橡胶100份,丁苯橡胶50份、氯化聚乙烯 40份,氯丁胶 50份,氧化锌 7份,氧化镁3份,丁苯胶25份,吸酸剂 DHT-4A 3份,十溴二苯乙烷7份,微晶石蜡4份,氯化聚乙烯4份,碳酸钡10份,蠕墨碳8份,聚甘油蓖麻醇酯8份、冬青油0.2份、3- 羟基苯甲酸6份、炭黑12份、月桂醇硫酸盐2份、植物皂角苷6份、姜液0.3份、白云母粉2份、松油醇0.2份、硫磺3份、环烷油15份,其还包括甲基丙烯酸酯 1 份。按照本发明的高耐酸碱橡胶配方制造出的橡胶,不易被腐蚀,耐油,耐高压、耐酸碱。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工产品,尤其是一种耐酸碱橡胶材料配方。
背景技术
现有普通滚筒橡胶包覆层不能在酸碱,盐洛液等化学品中工作,当普通滚筒橡胶包覆层在接触酸碱、盐洛液药品时造成腐蚀,引起橡胶的溶胀,发生橡胶分子断裂、解聚以及配合剂的分解、溶出等现象,致使它的机械强度、物理性能突显下降,橡胶层逐渐发粘、氧化、变硬、脆化、裂口等,受臭氧攻击而产生龟裂,以至腐蚀完全失去工作能力。
随着工业化生产不断发展,要求滚筒使用范围用途越来越广,对耐化学药品滚筒的要求也越发凸显,此配方研制成功,填补了这一空白,市场潜力巨大,发展前途十分广阔。金属冶炼机械设备中广泛使用的润滑系统中含有酸碱,它对橡胶密封件的渗透力比较明显,造成橡胶件膨胀不能密封影响正常的设备运转,目前市场上还没有比较理想的耐酸碱的橡胶件。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐油耐高压耐酸碱橡胶的配方。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种耐酸碱橡胶材料配方,配方由以下成分按重量份组成,乙丙橡胶100份,丁苯橡胶50份、氯化聚乙烯40份,氯丁胶50份,氧化锌7份,氧化镁3份,丁苯胶25份,吸酸剂 DHT-4A 3份,十溴二苯乙烷7份,微晶石蜡4 份,氯化聚乙烯4份,碳酸钡 10 份,蠕墨碳8份,聚甘油蓖麻醇酯8份、冬青油0.2份、3- 羟基苯甲酸6份、炭黑 12份、月桂醇硫酸盐2份、植物皂角苷6份、姜液0.3份、白云母粉2份、松油醇0.2份、硫磺3份、环烷油15份。
所述的一种耐酸碱橡胶材料配方,其还包括甲基丙烯酸酯 1份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
按照本发明的高耐酸碱橡胶配方制造出的橡胶,使用对含酸碱润滑油具有良好抗耐能力的乙丙橡胶,不易被腐蚀,耐油耐高压耐酸,在硫化体系和填料体系中作出更加科学可靠的配比使配料发挥协同作用更好的延长机械设备的正常工作时间,使得使用该橡胶管的设备更可靠。

一种耐酸碱橡胶材料配方,配方由以下成分按重量份组成,乙丙橡胶100份,丁苯橡胶50份、氯化聚乙烯40份,氯丁胶50份,氧化锌7份,氧化镁3份,丁苯胶25份,吸酸剂 DHT-4A 3份,十溴二苯乙烷7份,微晶石蜡4 份,氯化聚乙烯4份,碳酸钡 10 份,蠕墨碳8份,聚甘油蓖麻醇酯8份、冬青油0.2份、3- 羟基苯甲酸6份、炭黑 12份、月桂醇硫酸盐2份、植物皂角苷6份、姜液0.3份、白云母粉2份、松油醇0.2份、硫磺3份、环烷油15份。

1.一种耐酸碱橡胶材料配方,其特征在于,配方由以下成分按重量份组成,乙丙橡胶 100 份,丁苯橡胶50 份、氯化聚乙烯 40 份,氯丁胶 50份,氧化锌 7 份,氧化镁3份,丁苯胶25份,吸酸剂 DHT-4A 3份,十溴二苯乙烷7份,微晶石蜡4 份,氯化聚乙烯 4 份,碳酸钡 10 份,蠕墨碳 8 份,聚甘油蓖麻醇酯 8 份、冬青油 0.2 份、3- 羟基苯甲酸 6 份、炭黑 12份、月桂醇硫酸盐2份、植物皂角苷6份、姜液0.3份、白云母粉2份、松油醇0.2份、硫磺3份、环烷油15份。
2.按照权利要求 1 所述的一种耐酸碱橡胶材料配方,其特征在于,其还包括甲基丙烯酸酯 1份。
