Abstract
本发明公开了一种组合焊接式不锈钢水箱的保温板,包括冲压板和发泡保温层,所述的冲压板是一个中部像水箱外部弧形隆起的矩形不锈钢板,所述的发泡保温层是由进口聚氨酯材料高密度发泡保温而成,本发明解决了组合焊接式不锈钢方形水箱的保温问题,设计结构合理,通过发泡工艺,使发泡迅速凝结、变硬快、密度高、发泡无死角,保温效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种储水容器,具体属于一种组合焊接式不锈钢水箱的保温板。
背景技术
不锈钢水箱具有造型美观、重量轻、造价低、寿命长、安装简单、用途广等优点。超高保温方形聚氨酯发泡水箱与传统的模块保温水箱相比具有更强的保温性能,平均热损耗仅为6摄氏度/天。极低的热损耗使得供热设备不用频繁启动加热,大大降低了供热设备的能量消耗及运营成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种组合焊接式不锈钢水箱的保温板,解决了组合焊接式不锈钢水箱保温的问题,设计结构合理,通过发泡工艺,使发泡迅速、凝结快、变硬快、密度高、发泡无死角,保温效果好。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种组合焊接式不锈钢水箱的保温板,包括冲压板和发泡保温层,所述的冲压板是一个中部像水箱外部弧形隆起的矩形不锈钢板,所述的发泡保温层是由进口聚氨酯材料高密度发泡保温而成。
所述的矩形不锈钢板为SUS304材质的不锈钢板材,其厚度为2mm。
所述的发泡保温层使用的为聚氨酯,其材料中添加了光稳定剂、增塑剂、改性树脂、抗氧剂进行了二次调配。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过对聚氨酯材料进行二次调配,使其达到平均热损耗仅为6摄氏度/天。极低的热损耗使得供热设备不用频繁启动加热,大大降低了供热设备的能量消耗及运营成本。

具体实施方式
参见附图,一种组合焊接式不锈钢水箱的保温板,包括冲压板1和发泡保温层2,所述的冲压板1是一个中部像水箱外部弧形隆起的矩形不锈钢板,所述的发泡保温层2是由进口聚氨酯材料高密度发泡保温而成。所述的矩形不锈钢板采用采用SUS304材质的不锈钢板材,钢板厚度为2mm。所述的发泡保温层使用的进口聚氨酯材料中添加了一定比例的光稳定剂、增塑剂、改性树脂、抗氧剂进行二次调配。

1.一种组合焊接式不锈钢水箱的保温板,包括冲压板和发泡保温层,所述的冲压板是一个中部像水箱外部弧形隆起的矩形不锈钢板,所述的发泡保温层是由进口聚氨酯材料高密度发泡保温而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合焊接式不锈钢水箱的保温板,其特征在于:所述的矩形不锈钢板为SUS304材质的不锈钢板材,其厚度为2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合焊接式不锈钢水箱的保温板,其特征在于:所述的发泡保温层使用的为聚氨酯,其材料中添加了光稳定剂、增塑剂、改性树脂、抗氧剂进行了二次调配。
