本发明公开了一种火花塞帽生产工艺,包括以下步骤:1)在常温下用连接片(7)将电阻帽(6)和自攻螺钉(3)固定连接在一起,形成螺钉组件;2)将螺钉组件安装到模芯上,再将模芯放入模具内,通过注塑工艺生产出本体(1);3)在常温下将弹簧(5)和电阻(4)依次装入本体(1)的主管(1a)内,然后将导电帽(2)旋入本体(1)的主管(1a)内。本发明工艺简单,工序少,生产效率高,能够在常温下完成装配,避免了操作工人被烫伤,并能有效防止产品导通不良;本发明中弹簧与电阻帽接触面积大,接触性能更好,能够进一步提高导通性能。

火花塞帽生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机部件,特别涉及火花塞帽的生产工艺。
背景技术
火花塞帽是发动机上的重要部件,用于连接高压线和火花塞,其质量好坏,直接影响发动机的启动性能。现有的火花塞帽由本体、导电帽、电阻、弹簧、电阻帽、连接片和螺钉等构件构成,生产时先加工本体,然后在本体中装配其余零部件,所存在的不足在于:
1)螺钉为圆头结构,必须在热状态(150℃左右)高温下装配,冷却后才能实现螺钉在本体内不转动;不仅如此,其它部件的装配也是在热状态下进行,这样一方面装配工艺较复杂,装配操作不方便,操作工人很容易将手烫伤;另一方面,本体内的残留物不容易清理干净,容易造成产品导通不良。
2)螺钉固定的牢靠性较差,弹簧与电阻帽之间接触面小,弹簧定位的可靠性较差,容易发生歪斜,由此导致弹簧与电阻之间的导通性较差。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种工序简单、导通性好的火花塞帽生产工艺。
本发明技术方案如下:一种火花塞帽生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)在常温下用连接片(7)将电阻帽(6)和自攻螺钉(3)固定连接在一起,形成螺钉组件;
2)将螺钉组件安装到模芯上,再将模芯放入模具内,通过注塑工艺生产出本体(1),使螺钉组件位于本体(1)内,电阻帽(6)的头部、自攻螺钉(3)的头部以及连接片(7)由本体(1)的橡胶包覆,电阻帽(6)的其余部分位于本体(1)的主管(1a)内,自攻螺钉(3)的其余部分为本体(1)的支管(1b)内;
3)在常温下将弹簧(5)和电阻(4)依次装入本体(1)的主管(1a)内,然后将导电帽(2)旋入本体(1)的主管(1a)内,使导电帽(2)与本体(1)螺纹配合,导电帽(2)抵压电阻(4),使弹簧(5)的一端与电阻(4)抵接,弹簧(5)的另一端伸入电阻帽(6)内,并与电阻帽(6)抵接。
采用以上技术方案,将自攻螺钉、电阻帽和连接片嵌入模具与本体一起成型,不仅加工制作容易,牢靠性好,而且减少了后续的组装工序,大大简化了组装操作,从而有效提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
自攻螺钉和电阻帽的头部由本体的橡胶包覆,只有通过破坏性拆除才能取出,既牢固又可靠。弹簧伸入电阻帽内,弹簧与电阻帽的接触面积更大,接触性能更好,能有效消除不导通现象。
本发明的装配过程都是在常温下进行,一方面装配工艺简单,装配操作方便、快捷,操作工人不会将手烫伤;另一方面,本体内的残留物容易清理干净,能有效防止产品导通不良。
所述连接片(7)的一端套装在电阻帽(6)头部一体形成的第一凸台上,并通过铆接固定;连接片(7)的另一端套装在自攻螺钉(3)头部一体形成的第二凸台上,也通过铆接固定。以上结构连接片与电阻帽及自攻螺钉之间安装便捷、连接牢靠,不会发生松动或脱落。
有益效果:本发明工艺简单,工序少,生产效率高,能够在常温下完成装配,避免了操作工人被烫伤,并能有效防止产品导通不良;本发明中弹簧与电阻帽接触面积大,接触性能更好,能够进一步提高导通性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本发明的生产步骤如下:
1)在常温下将连接片7的一端套装在电阻帽6头部一体形成的第一凸台上,并通过铆接固定;连接片7的另一端套装在自攻螺钉3头部一体形成的第二凸台上,也通过铆接固定;电阻帽6、连接片7和自攻螺钉3组成螺钉组件。
2)将螺钉组件安装到模芯上,再将模芯放入模具内,通过注塑工艺生产出本体1,使螺钉组件位于本体1内,电阻帽6的头部、自攻螺钉3的头部以及连接片7由本体1的橡胶包覆,电阻帽6的其余部分位于本体1的主管1a内,自攻螺钉3的其余部分为本体1的支管1b内;主管1a与支管1b之间具有30°左右的夹角。
3)在常温下将弹簧5和电阻4依次装入本体1的主管1a内,然后将导电帽2旋入本体1的主管1a内,使导电帽2与本体1螺纹配合,导电帽2抵压电阻4,使弹簧5的一端与电阻4抵接,弹簧5的另一端伸入电阻帽6内,并与电阻帽6抵接。
以上本体1的造型以及注塑工艺为现有技术,在此不作赘述。模芯和模具与螺钉组件及本体1相适应,在此也不作赘述。

1.一种火花塞帽生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)在常温下用连接片(7)将电阻帽(6)和自攻螺钉(3)固定连接在一起,形成螺钉组件;
2)将螺钉组件安装到模芯上,再将模芯放入模具内,通过注塑工艺生产出本体(1),使螺钉组件位于本体(1)内,电阻帽(6)的头部、自攻螺钉(3)的头部以及连接片(7)由本体(1)的橡胶包覆,电阻帽(6)的其余部分位于本体(1)的主管(1a)内,自攻螺钉(3)的其余部分为本体(1)的支管(1b)内;
3)在常温下将弹簧(5)和电阻(4)依次装入本体(1)的主管(1a)内,然后将导电帽(2)旋入本体(1)的主管(1a)内,使导电帽(2)与本体(1)螺纹配合,导电帽(2)抵压电阻(4),使弹簧(5)的一端与电阻(4)抵接,弹簧(5)的另一端伸入电阻帽(6)内,并与电阻帽(6)抵接。
2.如权利要求1所述的火花塞帽生产工艺,其特征是:所述连接片(7)的一端套装在电阻帽(6)头部一体形成的第一凸台上,并通过铆接固定;连接片(7)的另一端套装在自攻螺钉(3)头部一体形成的第二凸台上,也通过铆接固定。
