技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体为一种防治便秘药物的制备方法。
 
背景技术
便秘是一种常见多发性的疾病，严重影响人们的正常生活，而且往往会诱发其他疾病，例如当大便排出不畅时，过度用力屏气的话，会增加腹压，血压也同时升高，可诱发心绞痛、心肌梗死、脑出血、中风猝死等。近年来，便秘造成的心脑血管疾病发作有逐年增多的趋势；常年便秘会导致生活质量下降，健康受损，甚至引发致命的严重后果。我们国家的中医认为便秘是大便秘结不通，排便时间延长或欲大便而艰涩不畅的一种病症，主要由燥热内结、气机郁滞、津液不足和脾肾虚寒所引起。而一般以排便为主要治疗目的西药主要是泻药类药物，均存在不同程度的毒副作用与不良反映。同时，由于便秘具有反复发作的特点，在使用泻药治疗会产生耐药性，患者多难以长期接受西药治疗，而且上期吃泻药对身体损害也很大。
 
发明内容
    本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的不足之处，按照中医药理论提供一种防治便秘药物的制备方法。
    本发明防治便秘药物的制备方法包括如下步骤：
    第一步：按重量份取原料药柴胡10份、白茅根60份、仙鹤革60份、盐乌草10份、苏叶10份、蒲公英60份、合欢皮15份、炙甘草6份、石斛15份、莱菔子15份、陈皮10份、白术15份、黄连10份、厚朴10份、酸枣仁15份、薏苡仁60份、砂仁10份、地榆10份、茜草10份和焦山栀10份备用；
    第二步：将上述原料药混合后进行浸泡，然后分多次加水煎煮，每次煎煮后过滤掉药渣提取滤液；
    第三步：合并上述滤液，将滤液冷却至30度以下后装瓶密封。
    在第二步中：第一次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的12倍，浸泡时间为l小时，煎煮时间为l小时；第二次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的8倍，煎煮时间为0.5小时；第三次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的4倍，煎煮时间为20分钟。
    各味原料药的药效如下：
    柴胡：性味归经：性微寒、味苦、辛、归肝经、胆经，具疏肝利胆、疏气解郁、散火之功效。透表泄热，疏肝解郁，升举阳气。
    白茅根：具有凉血止血，清热解毒的功效。
    仙鹤草：具有收敛止血，止痢，杀虫的功效。
    盐乌草：具有治疗大腹水肿，休息痢、长期下血的功效。
    苏叶：具有解表散寒，行气和胃的功效。
    蒲会英：具有清热解毒、消肿散结的功效。
    合欢皮：具有解郁、和血、宁心、消痈肿的功效。
    炙甘草：具有益气滋阴，通阳复脉的功效。
    石斛：具有滋阴，养胃，生津的功效，能促进胃液分泌，助消化。
    莱菔子：具有消食除胀，降气化痰的功效，用于饮食停滞、脘腹胀痛、大便秘结、积滞泻痢、痰壅喘咳。
    陈皮：具有温胃散寒、理气健脾的功效。
    白术：具有健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎的功效。
    黄连：具有泻火，燥湿，解毒，杀虫的功效。
    厚朴：具有燥湿除满、下气消积、消痰平喘的功效。
    酸枣仁：具有养肝，宁心，安神，敛汗的功效。
    薏苡仁：具有健脾渗湿，除痹止泻的功效。
    砂仁：具有化湿开胃，温脾止泻，理气安胎的功效。
    地榆：具有燥湿泻火，凉血止血的功效。
    焦山栀：具有治热病虚烦不眠的功效。
    本发明不但能透表泄热、清热解毒，而且还能消食除胀、燥湿除满且行气和胃，具有滋阴，养胃和生津的功效，能促进胃液分泌，助消化。本发明一个重要特点是能防止阴阳失衡，根据中医组方原则配伍有合适比例的收敛止痢，除痹止泻的药物。本发明另一介重要特点是纯中药制剂，具有预防和治疗双管齐下的效果，简便易行，费用低，无毒副作用、不良反应小。
    为表明本发明对便秘的防治效果，本发明经110例系统临床观察，从华中科技大学附属同济医院选取已经确诊的成年便秘患者为观察对象，选取的病例过程中排除了肠道器质性疾病患者，按照肠道实热、肠道气滞、脾虚气弱、脾肾阳虚和阴虚肠燥五类证候选取五组患者，每组22人，共110例，其中男性60例，女50例，年龄35-70岁，病程3个月至35年。患者的主要症状为轻者排便时间延长，二天以上一次，粪便干燥坚硬；重者大便艰难，干燥如栗，伴少腹胀急，神倦乏力，胃纳减退。
    服用方法：对观察对象口服实施例的口服液，每日三次，一次一剂200ml，3天为一疗程，观察期半个月，共五个疗程。
服药期间中医证候与临床疗效观察分析结果如下：

    从上表中可以看出本发明临床总有效率93. 63%，并且在观察期间未发现有明显的毒副作用。
 
具体实施方式
    本发明防治便秘药物的制备方法包括如下步骤：
    第一步：按重量份取原料药柴胡109、白茅根609、仙鹤草609、盐乌草109、苏叶109、蒲公英609、合欢皮15g、炙甘草69、石斛15g、莱菔子15g、陈皮109、白术15g、黄连109、厚朴109、酸枣仁15g、薏苡仁609、砂仁109、地榆109、茜草109和焦山栀109备用；
    第二步：将上述原料药混合后进行浸泡，然后分多次加水煎煮，每次煎煮后过滤掉药渣提取滤液；

Claims (2)

1. 一种防治便秘药物的制备方法，其特征在于包括如下步骤：
    第一步：按重量份取原料药柴胡10份、白茅根60份、仙鹤草60份、盐乌草10份、苏叶10份、蒲公英60份、合欢皮15份、炙甘草6份、石斛15份、莱菔子15份、陈皮10份、白术15份、黄连10份、厚朴10份、酸枣仁15份、薏苡仁60份、砂仁10份、地榆10份、茜草10份和焦山栀10份备用；
    第二步：将上述原料药混合后进行浸泡，然后分多次加水煎煮，每次煎煮后过滤掉药渣提取滤液；
    第三步：合并上述滤液，将滤液冷却至30度以下后装瓶密封。
2.    根据权利要求l所述的防治便秘药物的制备方法，其特征在于在第二步中：第一次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的12倍，浸泡时间为l小时，煎煮时间为l小时；第二次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的8倍，煎煮时间为0.5小时；第三次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的4倍，煎煮时间为20分钟。
