Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于吸取聚光太阳能电池片真空吸笔,属太阳能发电技术领域。包括包括吸盘、气体通道管和气囊,所述气体通道管一端连接吸盘,另一端连接气囊。该吸笔的吸盘能完全和所吸聚光太阳能电池片重合,这样从凹陷上出来的气压能最大化和均匀低施加在聚光太阳能电池片表面,避免聚光太阳能电池片受不均匀吸力或局部过大吸力而损伤:该吸笔可以根据不同尺寸的硅电池片制作成各种不同的吸盘,应用于各种不同尺寸的硅电池片,使用时只需更换吸盘,同时更适合样品和小规模生产,降低运作成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚光太阳能电池片吸取工具,特别涉及一种用于吸取聚光太阳能电池片真空吸笔,属聚光太阳能发电技术领域。
背景技术
在聚光太阳能电池片的生产、测试或聚光太阳能光电转换接收器的制作过程中,需要将聚光太阳能电池片通过吸笔吸附并移至另一置放位置。
目前所使用的聚光太阳能电池片真空吸笔,其包括气体通道管部以及与气体通道管部的一端连接的吸盘,吸盘的中部表面具有高度差以形成透气缝隙的凹陷部。当吸取硅片时,用于挤压气囊排出气囊内的空气,将吸盘靠近聚光太阳能电池片的表面即可将聚光太阳能电池片吸取并移至另一置放位置,再次挤压气囊,聚光太阳能电池片即可从吸盘松开。其中,吸盘和凹陷的形状和尺寸相对所吸聚光太阳能电池片的形状和尺寸有较大差异,常常会由于聚光太阳能电池片上受到不均匀的压力而导致聚光太阳能电池片的破损,降低生产良率,从而增加产品的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于吸取聚光太阳能电池片真空吸笔,该真空吸笔所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足, 实现对聚光太阳能电池片表面均匀压力的有效控制。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案是: 一种用于吸取聚光太阳能电池片真空吸笔,其包括吸盘、气体通道管和气囊,所述气体通道管一端连接吸盘,另一端连接气囊,所述吸盘的外形尺寸和所吸聚光太阳能电池片的外形尺寸一致。
所述吸盘材料为防静电、不挂尘的软膜材料,所述吸盘的长宽尺寸为5mm x 5mm ,6mm x 5mm, 10mm x 10mm , llmm x 10mm。
所述吸盘上有一个凹陷,所述凹陷和气体通道管相通,所述问陷和吸盘表面具有高度差,形成透气缝隙,所述凹陷的长宽尺寸比吸盘的长宽尺寸小1~3mm 的正方形。
所述气体通道管是吸盘和气囊中气体的流通通道。
所述的气囊是由软性材料制成。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:1. 该吸笔的吸在能完全和所吸聚光太阳能电池片重合,这样从凹陷上出来的气压能最大化和均匀低施加在聚光太阳能电池片表面,避免聚光太阳能电池片受不均匀吸力或局部过大吸力而损伤;2.该吸笔可以根据不同尺寸的硅电池片制作成各种不同的吸盘,应用于各种不同尺寸的硅电池片,使用时只需更换吸盘,同时更适合样品和小规模生产,降低运作成本。

具体实施例
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种用于吸取聚光太阳能电池片真空吸笔,如图1~2 所示,气体通道管2 将气囊3 和吸盘1 有效地连接起来并形成气体相通。当吸取聚光太阳能电池片时,用于挤压气囊3 ,排出其内的空气,然后将吸盘1 轻按在聚光太阳能电池片上,将吸盘1 靠近并完全和聚光太阳能电池片草合,接着于松开气囊3 ,吸笔内的空气就会因气压差而JI顶着吸盘1 和气体通道管2 进入到气囊3 中,产生的吸力就会将聚光太阳能电池片吸附在吸盘l 上,待把吸起的聚光太阳能电池片转移到另一置放位置上,再用于挤压气囊3 ,利用压强差排出气囊3 内的空气,聚光太阳能电池片就会从吸盘1 上脱离下来并固定在置放位置上。
本发明用于吸取聚光太阳能电池片的真空吸笔,根据不同尺寸的聚光太阳能电池片制作成各种不同的吸盘,应用于各种不同尺寸的聚光太阳能电池片,使用时只需更换吸盘,就可以有效地将凹陷4 内的气压非常均匀和最大化地作用在所吸聚光太阳能电池片上,将聚光太阳能电池片吸附到吸盘1 上,避免聚光太阳能电池片受不均匀吸力或局部过大吸力而损伤;吸盘1 的材料使用防静电和不挂尘的软膜制成,避免了在聚光太阳能电池片表面产生静电,污渍和微尘。
本发明中,作为交行实施例,气囊的形状可以使圆形、球行或者任何形状,气囊和气体通道管可以是一体的,气体通道管和吸盘也可以是一体的,气体通道管可以是直的或者任何弯曲的,故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于吸取聚光太阳能电池片真空吸笔,其特征是,它包括吸盘、气体通道管和气囊,所述气体通道管一端连接吸盘,另一端连接气囊,所述吸盘的外形尺寸和所吸聚光太阳能电池片的外形尺寸一致。
2.根据权利要求l 或2 所述的一种用于吸取聚光太阳能电池片真空吸笔,其特征是所述吸盘上有一个凹陷,所述凹陷和气体通道管相通,所述凹陷和吸盘表面具有高度差,形成透气缝隙,所述凹陷的长宽尺寸比吸盘的长宽尺寸小1~3mm 的正方形。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种用于吸取聚光太阳能电池片真空吸笔,其特征是所述气体通道管是吸盘和气囊中气体的流通通道。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种用于吸取聚光太阳能电池片真空吸笔,其特征是所述的气囊是由软性材料制成。
