Abstract
本发明涉及一种陶瓷单板双向密封高炉排灰阀,其特征在于:阀板(1)两端与拐臂(2)连接处设置有弹簧I(3)、弹簧II(4);本发明在阀板与传动臂之间加上可调弹簧,使阀板密封面在弹簧的作用力下始终保持与阀体密封面紧贴状态,摆动过程中利用阀板密封面和边角和阀体密封面的边角,刮掉密封面上杂物,从而达到密封状态时密封面是保持干净,起到最好的密封效果;排灰阀同时能实现双向承压,延长了阀门的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种排灰阀,具体涉及一种陶瓷单板双向密封高炉排灰阀。
背景技术
目前钢厂、电厂等除尘系统使用的阀门均因密封面磨损严重、夹杂而不能密封,而且经常产生不能关闭,堵料等现象,使用寿命很短。
发明内容
本发明排灰阀的目的就是在于克服上述现有阀门的不足,而提供一种能双向密封陶瓷高炉排灰阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明排灰阀采用以下方案:一种陶瓷单板双向密封高炉排灰阀,其特征在于:阀板(1)两端与拐臂(2)连接处设置有弹簧I(3)、弹簧II(4)。
在阀板与传动臂之间加上可调弹簧,使阀板密封面在弹簧的作用力下始终保持与阀体密封面紧贴状态,摆动过程中利用阀板密封面和边角和阀体密封面的边角,刮掉密封面上杂物,从而达到密封状态时密封面是保持干净,起到最好的密封效果;本发明排灰阀同时能实现双向承压,延长了阀门的使用寿命。
