本发明涉及一种齿轮润滑装置，包括机箱（1），在机箱内通过固定轴（2）连接一组相互啮合齿轮（3），其特征在于：在机箱（1）内的下侧设有盛油槽（1b），在盛油槽内设有润滑油（4），所述的机箱内最下层的齿轮（3）的下侧浸泡在润滑油（4）中。本发明的优点：本装置结构简单，对原装置改动较小，采用本装置对齿轮润滑，多余的润滑油流回盛油槽，不需经常增加润滑油，节约了成本。

本发明涉及一种润滑装置，特别涉及一种齿轮润滑装置。
背景技术
现阶段所使用的齿轮传动机构中，其润滑机构多采用的装置为，在上端设有进油口，润滑油从进油口进入齿轮机构，在重力的作用下，润滑油从最上层的齿轮下降，润滑各级齿轮后，从最下层的齿轮流出，有的装置润滑油流出后，没有办法回收进行再次利用，造成了浪费，即使有的装置可以回收再次利用，可每隔一段时间，就需要在进油处，添加润滑油和清理回收装置，这不仅增加的工作量，而且对设备周边的环境也带来一定的影响。经过广泛检索，尚未发现较为理想的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现阶段对齿轮传动转动装置的润滑时，所存在的不利于润滑油的再次利用、污染设备周围的环境的缺点，而提出的一种齿轮润滑装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种齿轮润滑装置，包括机箱，在机箱内通过固定轴连接一组相互啮合齿轮，其特征在于：在机箱内的下侧设有盛油槽，在盛油槽内设有润滑油，所述的机箱内最下层的齿轮的下侧浸泡在润滑油中。
在上述技术方案的基础上，可以有以下进一步的技术方案：
所述的盛油槽的上边缘高于最下层的齿轮的下边缘。
因为最下层齿轮下侧的齿始终浸泡在润滑油中，当齿轮传动时，下层的齿轮通过齿将润滑油，逐级带向上层的齿轮，在传动过程中多余的润滑油，又流回盛油槽被再次利用。
本发明的优点在于：本装置结构简单，对原装置改动较小，采用本装置对齿轮润滑，多余的润滑油流回盛油槽，不需经常增加润滑油，节约了成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明提供的一种齿轮润滑装置，包括机箱1，机箱1内设有腔体1a，在机箱1的侧壁上连接一组固定轴2，在每个固定轴2的端部都套接一个齿轮3，齿轮3设置在腔体1a内，齿轮3相互啮合，其特征在于：在所述的机箱1内设有盛油槽1b，有盛油槽1b设置在腔体1a的下侧，盛油槽1b的上边缘高于最下层的齿轮3的下边缘，在盛油槽1b内装有润滑油4，所述的机箱1内最下层的齿轮3的下侧浸泡在润滑油4中。

1.一种齿轮润滑装置，包括机箱（1），在机箱（1）内通过固定轴（2）连接一组相互啮合齿轮（3），其特征在于：在机箱（1）内的下侧设有盛油槽（1b），在盛油槽（1b）内设有润滑油（4），所述的机箱（1）内最下层的齿轮（3）的下侧浸泡在润滑油（4）中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种齿轮润滑装置，其特征在于：所述的盛油槽（1b）的上边缘高于最下层的齿轮（3）的下边缘。
