技术领域
本发明涉及电机制造领域，具体涉及一种多孔高密封性加油注射头。
背景技术
在电机装配之前，需要在多齿形结构齿轮上涂上润滑油，现有技术中润滑油通过手工一点点挤入齿轮的多个齿之间，这样的操作费时费力，而且润滑油的涂布也不均匀。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种多孔高密封性加油注射头，包括固定本体、安装支架和快速更换接头，所述快速更换接头和油路通过油管连接，所述油管穿过安装支架并由油管固定螺母固定在固定本体上，所述固定本体上设有油脂出油路，油脂出油路和油路相通。
进一步的，所述固定本体下方设有齿轮容纳部和轴承定位部。
进一步的，还包括盖板，所述盖板由固定螺钉固定于固定本体上，所述盖板和固定本体之间设有密封圈，所述盖板上设有导向槽。
本发明的多孔高密封性加油注射头结构简单，能够自动将润滑油均匀地涂布在多齿形结构齿轮上，提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和2所示，本发明的多孔高密封性加油注射头包括固定本体1、安装支架2和快速更换接头3，快速更换接头3和油路通过油管4连接，油管4穿过安装支架2并由油管固定螺母5固定在固定本体1上，固定本体1上设有油脂出油路6，油脂出油路6和油路相通，固定本体1下方设有齿轮容纳部7和轴承定位部8，用于放置多齿形结构齿轮13，盖板9由固定螺钉10固定于固定本体1上，盖板9和固定本体1之间设有密封圈11，盖板9上设有导向槽12。
本发明的多孔高密封性加油注射头使用时，将多齿形结构齿轮13放入齿轮容纳部7，并由轴承定位部8将轴承定位，润滑油脂通过油管进入油脂出油路6均匀地涂布在多齿形结构齿轮13上。

1.一种多孔高密封性加油注射头，包括固定本体（1）、安装支架（2）和快速更换接头（3），所述快速更换接头（3）和油路通过油管（4）连接，其特征在于：所述油管（4）穿过安装支架（2）并由油管固定螺母（5）固定在固定本体（1）上，所述固定本体（1）上设有油脂出油路（6），油脂出油路（6）和油路相通；还包括盖板（9），所述盖板（9）由固定螺钉（10）固定于固定本体（1）上，所述盖板（9）和固定本体（1）之间设有密封圈（11），所述盖板（9）上设有导向槽（12）；所述固定本体（1）下方设有齿轮容纳部（7）和轴承定位部（8）。
