Abstract

本驱动桥用调整螺母,包括圆环形的环体、沿圆周方向设置于环体内孔中的内螺纹、沿圆周方向设置于环体一侧的若干凸齿以及沿圆周方向设置于环体另一侧的若干向内凹陷的凹槽。旋紧螺母时,可以用钢辊插入到两个邻近的凸齿之间的齿槽中,通过敲击钢辊是钢辊的顶端推动凸齿驱动环体旋转,即可逐渐将本驱动桥用调整螺母旋紧。解决了空间局促不能使用常规工具来旋紧螺母的问题。由于环体的一侧设置有凹槽,因此安装后润滑油可以从凹槽处流入到与本驱动桥用调整螺母相邻近的轴承内,提高了轴承与螺母相邻近面的润滑性能。螺母旋紧后法兰上的防尘罩的凸缘插入到凹槽中,因此通过防尘罩凸缘与凹槽的相互交错,提高了密封性能,有效防止灰尘的进入。

本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,具体涉及一种驱动桥用调整螺母。
背景技术
目前驱动桥装配过程中,桥内调整轴承预紧力的螺母不方便进行拧紧调整,螺母与轴承接触面影响轴承的润滑,对轴承的寿命产生一定的影响,原调整螺母的结构对防尘罩的设计有一定的限制不利于桥内防尘。
发明内容
本发明为了克服以上技术的不足,提供了一种方便拧紧调整以及润滑防尘效果好的驱动桥用调整螺母。
本发明克服其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本驱动桥用调整螺母,包括圆环形的环体、沿圆周方向设置于环体内孔中的内螺纹、沿圆周方向设置于环体一侧的若干凸齿以及沿圆周方向设置于环体另一侧的若干向内凹陷的凹槽,所述每两个相邻的凸齿之间形成一齿槽,所述环体内邻近凸齿一侧沿圆周方向设置有向凹槽方向凹陷的防尘槽,所述防尘槽的槽宽与法兰的防尘罩的外缘相匹配。
本发明的有益效果是:旋紧螺母时,可以用钢辊插入到两个邻近的凸齿之间的齿槽中,通过敲击钢辊是钢辊的顶端推动凸齿驱动环体旋转,即可逐渐将本驱动桥用调整螺母旋紧。解决了空间局促不能使用常规工具来旋紧螺母的问题。由于环体的一侧设置有凹槽,因此安装后润滑油可以从凹槽处流入到与本驱动桥用调整螺母相邻近的轴承内,提高了轴承与螺母相邻近面的润滑性能。螺母旋紧后法兰上的防尘罩的凸缘插入到凹槽中,因此通过防尘罩凸缘与凹槽的相互交错,提高了密封性能,有效防止灰尘的进入。

下面结合附图1、附图2、附图3对本发明做进一步说明。

1.一种驱动桥用调整螺母,其特征在于:包括圆环形的环体(1)、沿圆周方向设置于环体(1)内孔中的内螺纹(2)、沿圆周方向设置于环体(1)一侧的若干凸齿(3)以及沿圆周方向设置于环体(1)另一侧的若干向内凹陷的凹槽(5),所述每两个相邻的凸齿(3)之间形成一齿槽(4),所述环体(1)内邻近凸齿(3)一侧沿圆周方向设置有向凹槽(5)方向凹陷的防尘槽(6),所述防尘槽(6)的槽宽与法兰(7)的防尘罩(8)的外缘相匹配。
